I RENTED A TOYOTA AND GOT ROLLS ROYCE SERVICE
Hi, I checked quite a few websites for carhire in the USA and got numerous varying prices quoted. Floridacarhire.com were not the cheapest, nor dearest, so I rang them to see if they could do price match. I spoke to Rob who was most helpful on the telephone. In fact, by the time we had finished, I'm sure we were related. Anyway, he could not do a full price match but came very close to it - so I went with them. I have been with them many times over the past 12 years and I have never had a problem. Excellent service.

Great, reliable and easy to communicate with.
If you have not book with Florida car hire I reccommend you do. I have hired from them a good few times and I must say they are the best I have come across.
Once booked there is no hassle getting your car hire voucher, and once you arrive in Florida the Dollar/Alamo staff are very friendly, they do not try to hassle you with extra insurance or upgrades, as what you pay for is what you get. Take the Gold option with a full tank of petrol.

I have used Florida Car Hire UK previously and found everthing went very smoothly, with no hitches. They responded to my initial enquiries promptly and in detail and their customer service style was both friendly and efficient. I was left feeling confident that our booking would go through smoothly. Their price is very competitive and it is handy that you can not only use the internet but can contact them by phone very easily in the UK. Rob, who I dealt with, couldn't be more helpfull. Competitive pricing, friendly staff, fast response. Used on 3 occasions.
Checked a few companies for car rental in Florida and found this company very competitive with detailed information and several 'options' included. Had one query that required a phone call and had a pleasant and informative conversation with the operative. All documentation arrived promptly.
Will update this review when I've experienced the Florida end.
Up date: All went smoothly. Used the service on two further occasions while in Florida. Fast response of conformation and voucher and no problems at the car rental company. Definitely use FloridaCarHire.com again.

I visit Florida every year and I only use FloridaCarHire. They always work out cheaperst and their Gold insurance cover is a bargain (especially for additional drivers).

Excellent Service
I have booked a car today with FloridaCarHire. Before booking I had some queries regarding insurance so e-mailed them asking for clarification. They called me back and dealt with all my queries with no "if's, but's, why's or wherefor's", just straighforward facts. Most impressed so booked the car and have also recommended my son to try them as he is going to Florida later in the year.

What you see is what you get!
I shopped around all the websites looking for a good deal and just when i thought I had it my sister-in-law mentioned FloridaCarHire.com. Well I couldn't believe the difference in cost! I managed to save over £200 on the best deal i found. Also it was great to be able to call them and speak to them about the rental in detail. Very helpful hire company.

Did all that was requied well and with a smile
My booking was dealt with by Rob Melhuish who telephoned me back on a Sunday, when their office is normally closed to enable me to complete the booking prior to me leaving the next day on holiday. I found him to be very professional, very helpful and he gave sound advice on all aspects of my booking and the collection of the car.
I would definitely recommend and use Florida Car Hire again.

An extremely professional company with an easy to use website. I actually wanted a vehicle that wasn't a standard option on their website and yet I emailed them asking for what I required and the same day they emailed back, gave me a quote and I was able to book exactly what I needed. Overall excellent customer service and if my pick up of the car in Florida goes as smoothly as it was to book it I am a very happy customer indeed.
On a separate note a friend of mine used this company to book a car for a drive across part of the US and again got exactly what he wanted and at a very reasonable price hence my choice to use them.

Competitive prices and easy to book
Recommended by a friend, competitively priced, easy to book and prompt response to any queries. Car hire in March so unable to comment further apart from the initial website enquiries. It would be more user friendly if the travel dates remained in the search boxes especially if you look at many different options. Can be quite time consuming but once you have chosen your car option it was very straightforward.

Very competitive prices!
Great prices but feel that the website could be better, e.g. storing previous details without always having to re-key. Also, I emailed a couple of questions and have yet to receive a reply!

I have checked with our reservations team and they have confirmed that emails were received from you yesterday afternoon. At the current time our offices are closed on Sundays, and all communications are responded to in strict rotation of their time recieved. We do however guarantee that all emails will be answered in full by the close of the next working day. They have confirmed that your emails will be answered within the next couple of hours.

First class service at a great price
After looking to book a car for 2014 to Florida I was pleasantly surprised with the price offered for the large SUV vehicle we wanted,,, but thinking the price was to good to be true on the website I contacted Darren at floridacarhire.com who ran through an instant quote with me and confirmed the price was right. So that's us happy..... Overall the contact I have had with floridacarhire.com has been superb and have been left to feel in capable hands if any problems occur......here's looking forward to Florida 2014 with the car we wanted at a great price...

Easy, efficient and value for money !!
Easy to use website, although I would prefer my date details to remain when I change and compare between car classes. Very easy to book on line, everything explained and transparent, excellent prices, even cheaper then booking direct with Alamo, confirmation sent through quickly and car hire voucher sent next day. Faultless !!!

Very helpful and friendly.
My booking involved a vehicle for 3 months. It could not be booked online. They arranged a time to ring me at my convenience. It was explained I would require 2 bookings, which they did. They checked which would be the best rate to accommodate 2 drivers and also a location close to where I was staying when I needed to change the car. This avoided me having to travel back to the airport to change.
Overall excellent service.

It is not very easy to recover a saved quote. I ended up having to fill all the details in again for a new quote.

Consistently reassuring car rental.
I have used FloridaCarHire.com for a few years now....always found them fine and some of the best prices - esp. like the fact that all insurance is included - helpful when driving in Florida!!!!!!! On one occasion I had to phone and got through to a helpful gentleman that knew his business very well, showing genuine gratitude for using his company. It was a personal touch to an otherwise impersonal booking process......recommended.

Easy to use website, good value for money
I have used this company many times and have had no problems.
My only moan is that for next year using the fully inclusive insurance my wife is not covered. In recent years the driver and one other was covered. Not to happy about that.
All the cars I have had have been good and importanly I have had no pressure from people at the deck when checking in.

Automatic choice for best price car hire in Florida
Have booked through FloridaCarHire on several occasions, as I cannot fault their prices.
I prefer to reserve an Alamo car with the Gold insurance option, and FCH provide an easy selection on their quote/book page with these options. Confirmation of booking was emailed to me within minutes, and rental voucher via email the next day.
First class service all round and will be back again for my next trip to Florida.
