Cosy new furniture for my cosy new flat!
Loaf furniture meets the look I've been dreaming of for my new space. Couldn't be happier with the Bonjour daybed, now I just need to decide on the bed, sofa and chairs!

Loved it!
My bed, matress and bedding are all gorgeous. Top quality and really nicely finished. They arrived on time and the delivery guys were delightful. Climbed three flights of straits and but my bed together with a smile.

Change your delivery company!!!!
Your delivery company has left us close to cancelling our £1500 order with you. The staff have been rude and unhelpful. We were offered a slot in their 'very busy' schedule - when we asked if we could call back once we had confirmed there could be someone in to receive the delivery (my fiancée and I both work full time and are needless to say also 'very busy') we were told this was no problem - but when calling back only an hour later we were rather haughtily told the slot was gone - this happened not once but twice!!! Staff were rude and told us we should have just booked the slot and rescheduled later as 'that's what everyone does' - well TELL US TO DO THAT THEN. Frankly this was really obstructive and unhelpful. When we called you, we had an equally unhelpful conversation - either we have to stick to your preferred delivery company (and add another 2 weeks to our already 7 week order) or go with TNT who will only deliver to the door - i.e. we have to get the bed upstairs ourselves. Really poor service. We're not buying a forty quid chair off e-bay!! And yet ironically when we did we got 100x better customer service!! Sort it out Loaf. We definitely wont be recommending you to our friends from our experience so far. I'm nervous about the quality of your products now if this is the attitude of the companies you partner with.
PS given your response to another unsatisfied customer below we very much hope that you will try and get it right first time around with us - you still have a chance, so perhaps a little less of the 'loafing' and a bit more action please.

We're very sorry that your experience with our delivery chaps has not been up to scratch. We're not happy if our customer's experience is anything less than top-notch and we're speaking to our delivery chaps about ways we can do things better.

Lovely products and good service
Products are well presented on the website (visiting the showroom is useful but I think the website does a very good job of conveying the products accurately). We bought a bedbase only - which is beautiful and good quality. Delivery went without a hitch on the day that was convenient for us. Would unreservedly recommend.

I love my new coffee table
It has taken my husband and I about 5 years to agree on the style of coffee table we needed in our sitting room. We still couldn't agree so I ordered the Field coffee table anyway knowing that I could return it if he hated it. We do however both love it, hurrah! I changed the delivery date about 3 times, customer services were easy to deal with and made it very easy. I will definitely use loaf again.

What a good night's sleep!
We recently received our large order from Loaf & for the most part, we are extremely happy with our purchases. Our new bed, chest of drawers & wardrobe are fantastic and beautifully made. However two of our items appear to be slightly damaged & marked. We are currently in contact with Loaf's customer services & will hopefully get this situation sorted.

Great service and great products - congratulations Loaf
I had not used Loaf before but I regularly receive their catelogues and liked the look of their products. When I needed a new bed I looked in more detail at what they had to offer. There is a good range of quality beds, which appeared competitively priced. The website is easy to use and gives good detail on the products and specifications. I ordered a double bed, mattress and bedside tables over the phone. The lady I spoke to was helpful, could answer all my questions and I placed the order hassle free. I was given a delivery date and Loaf did not disappoint. I was notified of delivery in advance and the delivery men were efficient and polite. I am really delighted with what I have bought - it looks fantastic. This is a great company and a good find.

Beautiful bed, excellent service.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive telephone communication to confirm and keep me updated about my order. The bed arrived within the estimated 2 week time frame and was on schedule (between 12pm and 2pm) as arranged with the delivery company. The delivery men were polite and professional and carefully carried the bed up to our 2nd floor bedroom and put it together quickly and tidily.
The bed is beautiful, well constructed and sturdy. I would certainly use Loaf again and will be coming back within the next couple of months for a new mattress.

Lovely bed for child's room
Ordered a bed from Loaf for our daughter's room as she has out grown her cot. Delivery was on time and great to have the bed assembled. It looks great and is good quality. I would happily recommend.

The Loaf service is the best since sliced bread. Excellent customer service, simple ordering service, excellent communication re delivery and lovely chaps who delivered and installed the bed. And the bed is lovely. Thanks will definitely use LOAF again.

Third time lucky
The first sofa came with a fault - white fabric line across the grey sofa.
Second sofa - the same again (!!), but this time with an awful delivery experience, too.
Third sofa was fine.
Whole experience exhausting and not what I expected, and no money back/compensation for the hassle.
Sofa is lovely.

Gorgeous bed
Ordered bed and was given immediate callback. Deliver date was explained and even though I knew when I ordered the bed that it was out of stock I was still apologised to for not getting it to me quicker. Time went very quickly and it arrived and looks stunning in our bedroom

We're loafing it....
Had our two new sofas, arm chair, rug and two bugs delivered a couple weeks ago and we are so pleased with them all, family and friends say they look brilliant and are dead comfy! unfortunately the dog took a shine to them too so we had to have the grass and mud stains removed by a professional upholstery firm, as advised by loaf, and they are as good as new again. Thanks Loaf, you have given a great service.

Beautiful quality and style.
I am extremely pleased with my new Mrs. Smith sofa. It is so gorgeous and looks like a piece that would have been twice the price. I can most definitely recommend Loaf to anyone who is looking for new upholstery. We did visit the showroom and loved all of the furniture there and the overall aesthetic. If you are in London then it would not be a waste to drop in before ordering. The sofa is so comfortable too. Very happy all around. Big thank you to Loaf!

Very satisfied.
I bought the best ever mattress online. Took a risk as it may not have been suitable but was delighted. Also 1st time I've bought kingsize and cannot believe the difference between it and my old double mattress.

My bed I ordered previously is falling apart
I recently had an order delivered, wardrobes, chests of draws, bedside tables, mirrors. They are great, really happy with everything.. I ordered this furniture after ordering a bed with you two years ago.. The delivery guys from the company you use said how he couldn't believe the state the base of the bed was in. All the pipping has come unglued, hanging off and the material is coming away from the wooden frame. He said I should let you know as he hasn't seen this happen before especially in a bed only less than 2 years old. Let me know what you think. It is the antoinette bed.

Appaling delivery service- Complaint was made at the time and pictures were taken
There was damage to my bedroom ceiling and the bed was soiled by the delivery mens hands leaving black finger prints on the head board. The men appologised for the damage and took pictures in order to file the report. I would like to let you know how dissapointed i am with the delivery service. In particular the men were rushing and thats when the damage was caused, there was no care taken to ensure cleanliness which obviously caused the marks on the headboard. I would expect a service which either delivered the bed in a covered condition so that it was protected or the men could wear gloves. Dont know why simple precautions were not in place.

elegance and comfort
This bed is a WOW factor!
It looks stylish and elegant with ample of space. Super king by name and you certainly feel like a 'super king or queen' in this bed.
the extra firm mattress is still enough to feel comfortable on too.
Wonderful delivery from Loaf and their colleagues were most considerate to my home when they carried the mattress and bed frame up the stairs. They were quick to set up the bed and most polite.

great mattress, awkward delivery times
Hi, no problems wit hthe mattress its great. We found the delivery a bit restrictive, clearly you need to be in to recieve such a large item, but between mid week working hours only and "not on a Friday in my area", made it difficult. Could delivery run into the evenings and weekends perhaps?

Excellent Service
I had a brief panic seeing as I'd ordered my bed so long in advance and they were out of stock at the time, but I dropped Loaf a note and they re-assured me all was well straight away.
The delivery was on time with plenty of warning before hand and the chaps put the bed together for me no problem...it was a relief as I'd been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for quite some time.
Long story short - great service, fantastic product, highly recommend.

Disaster
I guess you haven't seen my email about the huge gouge carved into my lovely wooden floor by the bed, one of whose casters was defective and had its central spike sticking out.

The online system has a couple of glitches which may end up frustrating you whereas the team will hold you hand all the way to the bedroom.
Our guests at www.thecornishway.co.uk now slip between soft silky sheets at night and sleep the sleep of angels, lulled by the background music of the sea.
The super king in New Forge is vast - it's up to them, snuggle up, or have room for both to make a starburst.

Delivery service not as expected from such a slick and seemingly flexible website
Delivery seemed confused - kept phoning me at my office rather than my husband who works from home and was notified as the one to speak to regarding deliveries. My husband also noted that when he did speak to your delivery people they were less than flexible on agreeing a delivery time and for the delivery cost involved - which was not cheap - he felt this was poor.
All in all a lovely website, a lovely headboard for our bed but all rather let down by the actual delivery process - or perhaps they were just having a bad week?
