Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for giving us 4 stars despite the problem with your Grenson's. Of course you will be aware that we would offer a full refund including shipping costs for faulty products.

We thoroughly check all footwear prior to despatch so it is disappointing to hear that this problem got through our quality control.

If you have the time it would be enormously helpful if you could email a picture of the defect - I can then discuss this with our despatch department which will help us avoid a recurrence of this problem.

In the meantime thank you for your purchase and we sincerely hope that the error does not distract from your ownership.

Thank you for leaving a review. I agree that some of our styles require more images - and this is something we have been working on. Where possible, all new styles are now being photographed professionally to obtain four views of each shoe. Unfortunately having such a large range it will take some time for this to be extended across the whole site, but we are working towards this.

The particular brand you bought offer up to 20 new styles each season often with up to 3 different colours. Unfortunately we are not able to stock all of these and this can leave us short on images - as we have to rely on what the manufacturer makes available - which is usually just one shot.

Another function of offering such a wide range is that not all items are held in stock at our warehouse - some we know are available at short notice from the manufacturer so we offer those for sale too - and this was the case with the shoes you ordered.

With regard to your delivery time - I note that you placed your order on the evening of 15th April and we advised you on 16th April that we would expect your delivery to take 6 - 8 working days. It was despatched on the 18th, so should have easily made that original prediction. If you receive the order later than 8 working days please let me know so we can look into this for you.

I hope we can retain your custom the next time you are considering ordering some footwear - if the shoes you are interested in have only one image we can try arrange for more to be taken before you place your order.

I have found the email you wrote - it is frustrating that your request was not acted upon - I will be looking into this. Unfortunately it seems they did not communicate this change in address with despatch in time to prevent your parcel being delivered to home.

Thank you for your review. Having looked at the details of your order I agree that we have failed to keep you adequately informed regarding your order.

You placed your order on the 27th March and we advised you by email on the 28th that we were expecting to deliver your order within 7 to 10 working days. Unfortunately we were let down by a delay in obtaining your shoes from the manufacturer. However we should have kept you better informed regarding this delay - which is our usual policy.

I will email you regarding this matter to hope we can make up for our short comings in dealing with your order.
