ces derniers mois, j'ai réalisé plusieurs commandes sur votre site et en suis plutôt satisfait. Qualité des produits, prix et délais de réalisation sont satisfaisants. Un petit bémol toutefois en ce qui concerne ma dernière commande ; le col du manteau que j'ai fait confectionner a une forme très particulière, excessivement large, et pas très belle. Je compte néanmoins faire des achats ultérieurement auprès de votre société.

could be that I measured incorrectly but I used the T4L instruction so I should have measured correctly. Also the inside of one of the pockets (coat) was torn which is pretty annoying when ending up with coins running around your coat...
In general I am very happy with the concept.
I think it's a great idea. But, maybe when it comes to ordering Coats, I'll have to be much more precise in my directions. The measurements of the coat I ordered are too big and the shoulders need to be firmer.
I found this site to be very reliable. You always get exactly what you ordered, and if you're not satisfied with an order, it is resolved to the customer's satisfaction hassle free.

I've used this company a few times. It is nerve wracking hoping your measurements were right but I've not had any problems. Great choice of fabrics. Delivery is around 3 weeks by courier.
Only reason not five stars is 1) there aren't as many custom options as there used to be, but I guess this keeps costs down and 2) the last pair of trousers I ordered was missing a button.
I thought: "Hey, the Tailor4Less (T4L) site looks great and they offer a perfect-fit guarantee, so why not?" I ordered a 3-piece suit and paid immediately via PayPal. This was probably one of my biggest shopping mistakes ever. Here is why:
- The jacket - which is the most important piece - just doesn't fit. It is too wide and too big. Also the shoulderpads overlap.
- The waistcoat fits much better but still the waist is a little too wide. Besides closing the waistcoat brings some ugly and permanent creases on the surface.
- The trousers should have been slim-fit. They aren't.
Long story short: This isn't a tailor-made suit.
As T4L recommends I should ask a local tailor about alterations. My local tailor assured me that it's not possible to change the style of the clothings. So even if the changes are being made there is no perfect-fit guarantee simply because the style cannot be altered. In case I still want to alter the suit it would probably cost me around 300€ (T4L refunds are limited to 45€). I told T4L exactly that. They asked me to ask another tailor. I did and the second tailor told me the same story.
Well, mistakes happen. Since I needed a new suit urgently I wanted to close the case as fast as possible and genuinely asked them for a refund and offered them to send the suit back. This was more than one week ago. T4L doesn't offer refunds which is absolutely in violation with PayPal and german law because they delivered the wrong suit. All they offer right now is making me a new suit. First of all, I needed the suit 2 days ago I don't need it today anymore. Second, I never wanted T4L to tell a chinese company to make me a suit I wanted an online TAILOR store. Instead I got a middleman who simply accepts orders but doesn't really know what the order is all about. At this point customers are now on there own. PayPal wants a written document from my local tailor store about confirming what I repeatedly told T4L. I HAVE TO GO TO MY TAILOR FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW! What a waist of time! T4L could easily stop the madness by providing the information but they insist on making me a new suit which at this point I don't need and to be honest I don't want anymore. I don't want to spend more of my precious time on this company. I also don't want to play the lottery hopping that next time I will win and everything will be ok. I don't want to wait more than one month for a tailor-made suit. Customers like me are totally lost. All there is are default answering machines telling you how sorry they are. Oh really? What about a refund?
If you are one of those who got lucky good for you. But if the suit doesn't fit you lose big. T4L for me is a money and time waisting machine. By now I could have easily bought a new "off the rack suit" which in comparison looks way better instead I am stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and some criminals who doesn't want to pay my money back. The next time I want to buy a tailor made suit I go to a local professional tailor. T4L, never ever again.
PayPal declined to pay the money back because in case of tailor made clothings Buyer Protection isn't available no matter how right you are they just don't protect you. So why did PayPal even bother to ask for an expert opinion from my local tailor (which btw cost me 15€) if they didn't even need it? Don't ask because this is beyond me. This whole case is messed up. So the only way now is to sue them. I will keep you updated about the results.
I ordered a suit $250 it arrived that was a size to fit a person 180 kg. I weigh around 79 kg and 180 cm tall. The suit came ridiculously large and when I spoke to them they said that my profile says I'm 180kg. Nonetheless, they have no one managing the quality of suit or manually reviewing irregular suit requests. The suit came directly from china, and the quality is not worth the money spent!!
I should also mention that it has costed me a further $82 to send the suit back!
After speaking with Anaïs they said it was policy that they would not give any refunds, I have requested to forward the case to the manager and am expecting a response.
I will let you guys know the outcome of my situation...

I bought my 3 piece suit from tailor4less about a year ago. I have had at least 100 compliments on it. Weather it be the TSA agents at an airport or the professors in my class room my suit turns head. The fit was spot on. That being said however, I relayed my friend to the same web site he went with a black suit and was very disappointed. I told him to request a sample of the fabric but because he was in a hurry he didn't. His suit feels like plastic and it came poorly fitting. I chose to go with the Duncan Grey and as I said absolutely loved it. I recommend this site but I also recommend that you request a sample of the fabric and triple check your measuring.

I purchased a 3 piece suit for over £200 - it arrived in a tiny small box, all creased, cheap tacky looking polyester material that was supposed to be 80% wool and not even the colour I ordered.
To top all of that I then received a TAX DUTY bill from FedEx after the delivery. What a big waste of money and time!!!
And then a complicated way to complain - another waste of time - money gone forever!!!

Gestern war es soweit und ich habe mein Paket erhalten. Es waren 2 Anzüge und ein Hemd. Das Hemd ist schon jetzt mein Lieblingshemd. Die Anzüge sind genau die gewesen die ich bestellt hatte. Sehr gute Verarbeitung und sie sitzen wie angegossen. Ich bin wirklich mit allen rundum zufrieden und werde sicher wieder dort bestellen, da ich ja noch ein weiteres Lieblingshemd benötige. Merci t4l
I just ordered my third suit from Tailor4less and could not be more pleased. The fit is spot on, the fabric seems sturdy and good for a $300 dollar suit. The construction is great as well. Save yourself the time of buying a suit from Macy's and taking it to the tailor and order a suit from these guys. Same quality, but immaculate fit.
The suit I ordered is nice material, although too long in the sleeves. Good but not great on the suit itself. After some back and forth with customer service, they reimbursed me for the tailoring. Overall, I am happy with the suit, and the price was very reasonable.
I ordered a suit from Tailor4less and I am happy with it. The suit arrived in very good conditions and in its covering bag! The quality was beyond my expectations too!
I had only one problem: my order got stuck in customs for almost a week. But the resolution was fast and satisfactory.

Ich habe ein Hemd blauweiß-kariert mit Manschettenknöpfen bestellt, geliefert bekam ich ein komplett weißes mit normalen Knöpfen. Die Bestellung und die Lieferung habe ich beide fotografiert und kann dadurch den Fehler eindeutig belegen. Den Fehler streitet tailor4less auch nicht ab, sie fordern aber von mir, dass ich die Rücksendekosten von Deutschland nach Spanien selber bezahle, erst dann könne eine Neuproduktion starten oder ich bekäme 4,68 € als Guthaben für spätere Bestellungen und solle das komplett falsche Hemd behalten. 4,68 € als Guthaben bei einem über 55,80 € teuren Hemd - selten so gelacht...
Da dies "Geschäftspolitik" von tailor4less sei, solle ich kooperieren oder die "Reklamation werde geschlossen".
Ich soll also als Kunde für einen nachweislichen Fehler der Produktion bezahlen???
Habe daraufhin meine Zahlung zurückgefordert, weil mir die Vorgehensweise zu unseriös ist. Die Frist zur Rückzahlung ist Mittwoch, 25.09.2013. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich das Geld bekomme, bevor ich meinen Anwalt einschalten muss.
Bevor tailor4less meine Meinung "vorläufig" zur Überprüfung sperren lässt, hier schon vorab die Bestelldaten: Bestellung Nr. 494692013 vom 19.08.2013 über 55,80 €.
I have ordered one suit and one short and both came on time, but quality was not that fine. I had to change the pants and ask me to provide the invoice for changing it.
Which I did. But I have never saw any money as refund.
Now I have ordered two suits and 4 shirts, which got on on hold on customs side due to
re-valuation process. So I received DHL mail to clarify the values of the tailor4less order. I did.
Next day I received another DHL mail saying I need to pay 380 Euro to get my package delivered. The total amount of my two suits, 4 shirts order is 603 Euro.
So I need to pay 64% on top of what tailor4less is showing you in your order list.
Once contacted tailor4less they offer to refund 20% (means 120 euro) only and the rest as voucher in their shop (260 Euro). This is not acceptable and even I think it is not legal. I have tried contacted them again but silence at all.
I don't know if Silvia Ribes CFO AFT knows about it , but it is really not a nice behavior.

I have now ordered 2 suits and 5 shirts with Tailor4less, and all has fitted perfectly. The quality of fabric is fabulous, and the tailorwork very very solid and nice looking.I give my warmest recommendations.

I should have never bought from this company. After three months, still unresolved, talking to 4 different "anti-service employees" they basically sent me re-makes.....after I paid for postage......and the shorts came back with the wrong collars....seriously wrong collars.....I sent them pictures and they basically say I'm wrong and re-send me pictures of the shirts from the manufacturer in China......wrong pictures....they lie, deceive and basically buy time........worse experience ever........and I have an impeccable e-bay rating and history.....this company has since removed my posts on facebook and I can no longer comment. They should have fewer people handling complaints and more people in quality control. Enough time wasted.
