Great quality custom suits at an affordable price!

Just received my third suit, very satisfied by the quality. A great variety of options, but more options (even if extra) would be great. Delivery was quick( three weeks). Will order again very soon. I recommend highly.

Terrible customer service. I asked for my order to be cancelled, but they told me they couldn't because they had already shipped it. When I checked my tracking number, I realized they lied to me and didn't ship my order until after the day they told me they shipped my order, so they could've cancelled it.

They have not been sticking to their policy and they will not refund my money, even after my order was late and I no longer have a use for it. I need my money back, and they're being so uncooperative. I have e-mailed them countless times, messaged them on Facebook, and e-mailed the company, but all I get is "Sorry for the inconvenience," and "thank you for understanding!"

If you want to deal with a company who won't even own up to their own guarantees and who will infuriate you...
If you like incompetence...
If you like being stepped on by companies...

affordable quality

Good products, quickly produced and for a very competitive price. You'd struggle finding products of this quality for this price on the high street, and they won't fit as well.

Terrible quality, ill fitting and bad customer service.

Having spent a long time choosing a suit fabric and going through measuring process I was extreme dissatisfied with my suit. The measurements were wrong and The fabric was so stiff it could stand up on its own. I thought this might be starch so i had it dry cleaned and carried out the adjustments. It was still a disaster.

I wanted my money back but after months of emails was to I could only get a replacement suit but word not be refunded the money I spent on adjustments or postage for returning.

I decided to try again and chose a different fabric. Again what arrived was not suitable. The waistcoat it so tight it cannot be worn and the jacket is too short.

Having contacted customer service I have been told I will not get a refund and thank you for my understanding!

A terrible service. I would not recommend and would urge others to go to a tailor in person.

Difetto solo nei tempi di spedizione

Perfect fit and much higher quality than you'd get fromt he high street. Very pleased.

I've now ordered a suit and 2 jackets/blazers - everything has fit perfectly. Totally delighted - the quality seems better than anything you'd buy on the High St too - certainly at those price levels. Thank you.

Precisi e puntuali

Migliorabile l'assortimento tessuti abiti.
Un altro miglioramento possibile è rendere disponibile una maggiore rifinitura (esempio larghezza risvolti, sagome corte ecc).
Infine sarebbe il massimo se la produzione venisse rifinita in Italia con le tecniche e lo stile del luogo di destinazione.
Leggendo qesti giudizi sembrerebbe che non sono contento, ma non è così, la qualità è ottima, il lavoro perfetto...ma migliorare è ancora possibile!

The Perfect Fit

I received my tailored made suit today and it far exceeded my expectations. Perfect fit good quality, fast shipping.

The stitching is perfect and the cut fits much better than any suit I have bought off the rack. Website is easy to use with helpful videos to show how to get the correct measurements.

I order the material samples first as the colours on the web tend to be brighter than in reality.
Would recommend this service to anyone who wants a perfect fit hand made suit. Excellent value for money I will be using this service again.

Awful customer service! and it was for my WEDDING!!!

I had been in communication with Mikele at the company prior to Christmas, for a suit for myself and 5 suits for my groomsman. I had told them that I want all my suits made in a light grey colour. Finally found the right colour (WICKFORD) and after Christmas contacted their customer service again. This time Alice Cretanu got back to me, she said that they would honor the discount for my/groomsman suits that I had discussed with Mikele at 15%. I got my suit made and received it for which I was happy.

That's when things got bad. I had waited to receive my suit before telling my groomsman to order their suits because if it turned out not to fit, or there was any problems I didn't want them to have to pay and go through the hassel of dealing with it. My groomsman couldn't find the same material that I had ordered when they went to put their own order in. I contacted Alice who said that she would look into it and that she didn't know when they would get more fabric in and that I should wait because they should be getting it in soon. I waited for over 3 weeks with my wedding date coming up. I contacted her back again asking when we could put the order in. I even had all the orders pending but under a different material because the moment that it became available I wanted to get the orders in.

Finally I told Alice that we need to get the same material, I can't have a wedding where I'm wearing something completely different to what my groomsman are wearing. She said that she would look into it. I discussed this with my fiance and she said that we could pick a different fabric (HAWAII) instead as long as Alice would replace the other suit that I had already bought. I contacted Alice back and said that we would be willing to change the fabric to HAWAII if she would make my suit again and I would send her my other suit back - so I'm not asking for a free suit just one made in the same fabric that they are making the groomsmans suits in. BUT I said that I would still prefer for her to get the original WICKFORD material if possible. Alice ignored my last request and said that she would have all the suits made in HAWAII material. I said, alright if that's the way that you want to go, then I want my suit remade and I will send you back the other suit.

I got a reply from Alice saying that they have processed 2 out of my groomsmans suits and that they will NOT make me another suit (even if I return the first one) if I don't pay for it.

I have asked them to call me repeatedly to discuss this, or provide me with a phone number and I will call them. NO ANSWER. I have been ignored. I am now forced to pay another $300 for a suit when I have already paid for one and told them months ahead that I am ordering these suits for my wedding. I was not told till after I had ordered and already received my original suit that they were out of the material, given my communication with them I would have thought they would have at least said, "sir the material you ordered for your suit is in low supply, we don't know when we will get another roll in, but here are some alternative materials..." NO. I GOT NO COMMUNICATION. It seems that they are more than willing to take your money, and once they have it they have it they move on to the next person. I am absolutely disgusted with these people.

I will be writing a review of them and my experience in the local newspaper I work for. While I don't work for the fashion department, I will ask my colleague to relay my story about these so called "tailors". We are not rich, I wanted to look nice for my wedding, now I am stuck having to pay for another suit. $300 that could have been spent on something else to make our day special is now being spent on something redundant. With the amount of money they have made off of us, and considering that the suits are made in China and not Europe as their website would have you believe, the overhead for this business should be able to absorb the cost for making an additional suit specially when they will be getting the other one back.

NEVER EVER GOING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I AM TRULY ANGRY.

Custom made garments at off the rack prices

Tailor4Less is fantastic. There are lots of customization options to personalize your blazer, shirt, or whatever you are purchasing. Lots of fabric options. I've had custom shirts or suits made the the US and they take 6-8 weeks. For 1/5th the cost Tailor4Less will make the same suit, jacket, or shirt and deliver it to your door within 2-3 weeks. The craftsmanship is amazing and the fit is spot on. Take the extra couple minutes when measuring yourself (or enlist a friend, spouse, etc to assist) and it will pay great dividends in a perfectly fitting item.

Ottima qualità dei tessuti e delle finiture degli abiti. Il servizio è abbastanza rapido, anche se potrebbe essere più sollecito (in media impiegano 20 gg.). Considerato che si tratta di abiti su misura non si potrebbe pretendere di più. Un consiglio? provateli!

problème livraison

celà fait déjà 2 fois que nous avons des problèmes avec FEDEX
Les livreurs ne sont pas équipés de GPS , de plus quand ils appellent pour connaitre le lieu de livraison exact , ils appellent en numéro masqué on ne peut donc les rappeler

dommage qu'on ne commande plus à cause d'un problème de livreur

Pour avoir la longueur de manches je devais prendre du 3 ou 4xl. mais je suis grand et pas gros. maintenant je n'achèterai plus de chemise ou de pantalon ailleurs.
