Quick service but need to package the item.
The one draw back is you do not package the items to protect in transit. I have ordered the same item twice now, and both times it arrived without any protective packing other than the items original box. The first arrived in an ok condition, but the second was almost out of it's box. And had to be careful lifted from the back of the delivery van. Some of the polystyrene packaging had broken but the item itself was undamaged. Which was very lucky considering the amount of damage to the box. You need to have a vast improvement to your packaging to get a 5 star from me. Until then it's a 4 star only from me.

very sorry to hear this, i have looked up the item you purchased and the speakers would usually have very good packaging to be able to go through the courier service
i will make a note to the warehouse staff though in future to maybe put a layer of bubble wrap around the outer box which will give a little more protection.

Fast, efficient and friendly!

Yes sorted!
I couldn't wait to get my repaired laptop home. Well I was disappointed to see it was still running slow. Something's not right with it. So I took it back the next day and explained my disappointment. Well it was checked right away as I stood there. I must say I was glad about that. It meant we could both see my concerns. The assistant explained it was fixed but needed a new card to get it to the speed I wanted. Again he explained a few alternatives and pointers. I left my laptop there for the updating it required. The very next day I got my laptop back running great. Also the added extra work was completed as the original job and not two separate orders. Thoughtful considerate and quick.

Why order online?
In order to save time as I had previously had to queue, I placed my order online. I phoned the shop before I went to collect and eventually they were able to confirm the order was ready for collection. When I arrived the member of staff couldn't find my order so had to make up another. No time saved.

Good monitor
+ Bought a used dell monitor,arrived quickly and well packaged.Very pleased with purchase.
- They're a bit slow replying to e-mails took 6 days to respond.
Guy said he was sorry but he'd been on holiday for 2 weeks.
I have no way of knowing that.I assumed they just hadn't bothered to reply.
As a result I had to order from somebody else.

Outstanding value and service
I ordered epson compatible ink and it was the best price I have ever found and it also worked well. I will definitely be ordering again as soon as my ink runs out well just before. I think anyone with an epson printer not buying from here is daft!

I was just about to re-order some DVD mailers from a regular supplier when I thought I'd look around for a better deal. I doubled my order quantity, and only upped my original spend by 20%. 3000RPM delivered the order the following day. All round sheer excellence!

Business as usual - I.E. - Excellence!
Never had a problem with 3000RPM ever since the day they opened. (Was a bit annoying that the previous day I was in the warehouse and was presented with a product twice the price of the one I had asked for because the assistant "couldn't find" the one I was looking for, though-even though he knew it was in stock.
But, the online ordering and the pick-up went as well as could be expected.
Still the best place in Dundee for all things PC (and even XBOX!) related!

Outstanding customer service saved the day !
I ordered 100 Slimline DOUBLE DVD Cases. I received 100 Slimline SINGLE DVD Cases, of which 20 were damaged due to poor packaging and/or mishandling by the carrier.
I complained via email. Within the hour I received a telephone apology from Jamie followed by email confirming despatch of correct goods as ordered. Within 48 hours
I have taken delivery of 100 Slimline Double DVD Cases, in pristine condition, delivered by Royal Mail tracked.

Overall impressed and I will use 3000rpm again.
The service was very good, great communication and fast delivery. The Laptop I bought I am overall very pleased with and consider it a good price. If i was being critical it was quite badly marked and scratched, I was expecting signs of use but it was perhaps more used looking than I expected. deep scaratchs in the outer case, a crack in one corner and quite dirty. However a good wipe and it is looking better and the fact it is marked means I wont be too precious about it.
Delivery was very quick although the package was quite battered when it arrived. I almost did not accept delivery as you could see the item through the packaging however the delivery driver would not let me open it without signing first. Once signed for he explained I was accepting delivery so that was that. He seemed surprized when I said there was a laptop inside.
All things considered I am pleased with my laptop and very pleased with the service from you. I shall consider you again for future purchases.

Refurbishment not good
I bought 2 refurbished laptop one for me and one for my sister, mine is fine but my sisters would not connect to the internet, I have had a boffin look at it and he said WI-fi card is faulty, I have bought a new card on E-Bay but this should have been spotted in the workshop.

You could have sent/brought it back and and we would have fixed it but your right it should have been spotted earlier and we apologise.

Fast efficient service from people who know what is expected of them and deliver.
The service you get from 3000rpm is better than I have ever received from any electronics company ever. Tell them what you want and they will recommend the best that they have available to suit you. Nobody tried to sell me anything extra but instead, suggested, ways in which I could improve the system I was ordering to carry out my requirements. Their prices are such that you could probably get a better system than you thought. An Excellent company to deal with.

Great service with a human touch
My 10 year old's sons XBox wa faulty and he was distraught when he heard it would be out of action for 3/4 days. Person taking the repair obviously realised this from his reaction, took it to the repairer who looked at it immediately, saw the fault/jam was minor and fixed it in 20 minutes. When we got home, there was a text on my phone to say it was sorted. One happy 10 year old! Thank you.

Wow !! What a super service.
Computer breaks !! Who to call ?? 3000 RPM were both helpful and very quick.
The bloke behind the counter on 'drop off' was cheery and helpful.
The other bloke behind the counter on 'pick up' was cheery, kind and informative - he even gave me the broken parts back.
Well worth the money and highly recommended.

rubbish packaging
The disks were just wrapped in bubble wrap and the discs inside were just in a thin plastic wrapper which split open in transit so when I opened the package they spilt all over the floor had to bin about eight with a scratch on them not very impressed at all.

sorry to hear this, if you contact us we can arrange some replacement discs.
Shrink wrap seems to becoming the new standard and if dropped in transit will become split, usually this will not cause any damage to the discs.
We are continuing to look at this issue.

Fastest delivery I have ever had and great value for so little cost.
I ordered this paper with some trepidation as it was so cheap I thought it would be useless. I was completely wrong. It was delivered next day and the quality for such a cheap paper is excellent.
