Website Order or not non delivery Orders keep being cancelled

I have from the 21st May 2013 placed an order for two filters The first being a 77mm Polariser (It is very good) But I had to order it 3 times before it arrived They kept cancelling my order. NO REASON GIVEN

Since then I have placed an order for a 77mm UV filter and the same thing has happened (its now been cancelled twice) I have just placed an order 3rd time lets see if it arrives. Why dont they contact me and explain why they keep cancelling my orders
I have no problems with my credit cards Maybe this company does not want to sell any goods maybe keeps their despatch warehouse nice and quiet.

faulty goods, returned goods, no refund

I bought a Sumvision media player from them, I received it , but it was faulty when playing. I got in touch with them, they said return the item, and they gave me a freepost address to send the item back to, so I sent off the item. Several weeks passed, and I still never heard about a refund, so I e-mailed them, they said that they never got the returned item. They told me to claim off the post office, why should I have to do that, it was their returns, it was not postage that I was selling to a customer, it was their responsibility , not mine, and now I am out of pocket to the cost of the media player £40, they have got their money for the goods, and now they will probably sell the goods again to another unsuspecting customer, how do they get away with it...If I had it all to do again, I should have read the reviews, as there are people who have been using this shop for years, and now they are getting ripped off,just like me. So don't think that it will not happen to you, as it just might, is it worth the hassle, quite honestly, NO, it isn't

Everthing is fine untill you want to contact them.

I have used this company for some years now and never had any problems with delivery or the products bought.However i recently placed a battery on backorder because they had no stock.After waiting one month i decided to e-mail them for an update,no reply so i tried again,no reply,so i tried a third time,yeh you guessed right,no reply.So i used the live chat function which was replied to immediately.As i dont like being ignored i just cancelled the order and got one from elsewhere.

Outraged !!!

I was happy when I found out about 7dayshop, after browsing the internet for days I found a tablet which was free delivery, I ordered it in plenty time for Christmas to be precious 10\12\12 it is now 29th December and the item has still not arrived. I have sent email upon email and keep getting fobbed off. They asked me to call the post office of which I did twice. I was then told it was sent without proof of postage and it wasn't sent recorded delivery either. So does anyone know where I stand? It cost me £129.99 and my daughter was very dissapointed to say the least.

I have sent more than 20 emails to the Support team and they are now going unanswered!!!

Great until a problem arises

I have used 7dayshop over many years, and overall I had no issues with them as was very pleased. About I month ago I ordered some TV headphones at an ok price. When I checked the website a few days later to see if the order had been dispatched, it showed as being on backorder. I then emailed them to ask what the delivery was likely to be and what I had to do if I wanted to cancel. No reply. Repeated a couple of times and still no reply. A month later and the item is still on backorder with no communication at all from the company. Since the item was only £12 I am ok to write that off, but the experience means that like many other customers I will never use them again. So its like this - If everything goes ok then fine, lucky you. But when things go wrong expect the worse customer support ever. As they say you pay's your money and takes your chance.

Dire Customer Service

This seemed to an excellent site for electronics and gadgets at a VERY good price. I've been using 7dayshop.com for a few years with no problem, until i bought i faulty tablet computer. They refused to accept it arrived to them and then after numerous emails, of which it's a non personal reply almost every time, eventually they replied after i emailed proof of posting, they then said a new one was sent. I'm still waiting. I can honestly only recommend using 7dayshop for small cheap products (£20 or less), though i doubt i'll EVER use them again. NOT happy!.

Great prices and quick delivery.

I have placed several orders via 7dayshop and all have been delivered quickly and the at the best price going. They keep my cameras going with consumables for web and print work that i supply.

Poor customer service

There is no telephone number, so you have to ping-pong multiple email messages to get a basic question answered -because they seem to skim read your emails.

This has happened twice so far - all this year unfortunately. I had been a loyal customer for many years.

Apalling customer service!

I have used this company for 8 years and was saitisfied with them untill now.
They let me down badly and are refusing to answer my emails complaining of the BAD customer service they provided me.
There is no telephone number for this company that they will answer and if they dont like the emails you send them they will ignore them.
Dont be fooled by the "We have a wonderful cusomer service department" trumpet blowing, it`s NOT TRUE!

Sold a used item by 7dayshop..appalled at customer service

I have bought a wireless router from 7dayshop. It is clearly a used item sold as new. Damaged packaging, worn instructions and fluff on the rubber feet. If I wanted a used or 2nd hand router I would have bought from eBay. I complained but the complaint was ignored and a customer service rep called Dan sent me a generic email of how to return it if it was faulty? Not good enough. Disappointed at 7day shop, appalled in fact. Beware

Waiting.....

The item i bought from them was barely working not to mention was delivered much later than expected. I used the contact page only to find no contact number just a email box, e-mailed them numerous times, now over 2 months and all i get is spam mail from them. hoping to take some legal action against them.

Great value and service

I have ordered a number of times form7dayshop because they are almost always the cheapest supplier for items and stock a good range. I've bought a variety of things such as camera equipment, flash memory, batteries and a pen knife. Everything has been top quality and the free postage if great.

Batteries Value and Quick

Bought batteries from this company. An AA value pack of sixteen batteries in cases. Del was quick and the price was great value. Benn using the batteries and working and charging great.

Decent products but beware of some of the claims.

Sometime own brand items can be crap. Other times they can be a real bargain and a decent find. This company has both. They obviously get products made for them in China and sometimes this can be a bit of a hit and miss affair. Generally a very good company to do business with.

No customer service

What a shame they don't have any customer services as the products and prices are good. However that is meaningless if you don't send out the right goods or answer emails.

I ordered a twin pack network extenders but only one pack arrived. I emailed three times but in over three weeks never received a response (there is no contact telephone number). They were getting the emails as I got their automated response (of course they say they always respond to emails). I don't mind mistakes being made but having no customer support is unforgivable. I put in a dispute with Barclaycard - not something I have had to do for 10 years - and got my money back. What a hassle and for that reason I am out.

Won't use them again - faulty goods and no answer to my emails

Like many other posters on here I have used 7 Day Shop in the past for things like batteries and found them to be ok if a little slow in delivery.

My latest order was for two sets of inkjet catridges - one for a Canon and one for a HP printer. They took several days to arrive.

I put the Canon ones in the printer and almost imediately they are low on ink, which says to me that they were not refilled correctly. I have several inkjet printers as a professional photographer and normally use own brand genuine cartridges - these were 7 Day Shop's 'own brand'.

Have sent two emails now explaining my unhappiness several days apart and just had the automated response. No phone number available. Nobody has got back to me.

I will be informing my credit card company to refund my payment due to supply of faulty goods, not fit for purpose.

I will never use them again and would urge you to avoid them.

I have been using this company for years and I can't say honestly that their service is perfect but then neither am I.

However their prices are excellent their service normally pretty prompt and their range superb. Compare their prices to Ebay for example and they wipe the floor very often.

Would prefer to rate as no stars!!

Ordered item as 'in stock' 10 days later still not delivered and after contacting them they admit that they have not even despatched it!!! Disgusting company, destined for the scrapheap if this is the standard of their customer service. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Advertising out of stock items

Ordered a webcam from 7dayshop 19 days ago, shown as in stock. They sent me the wrong one. I returned it immediately. They said they would send a replacement, but didn't. Then they said they were out of stock and would issue a refund. Still waiting. Will not be using 7dayshop again.

I would probably by a lot more products from 7 Day Shop if the website was better. I find the layout drab and confusing. The products are very keenly priced and the delivery service is good. Recommended.

Buyer Beware

I have bought various items from this company and always received good service but "DONT" buy ink cartidges from them, regretfully I did, some of the inks were faulty and when I contacted them they refused to exchange them or give me a refund because I had opened the blister pack. How could I put them in my printer without opening the blister pack?

Misleading advertising and misleading support

They recently advertised homeplug network extenders. I ordered one not knowing you need a pair. I asked for a refund and was offered a second unit and a refund. The refund was only £1.99 , i wouldnt have bothered had i known. When I tried to cancel they said it was too late as items had been dispatched. A waste of time and I wont use them again, Amazon every time.

Why Amazon shows that product "in stock" but 7dayshops does not have?

I bought some headset on Amazon which should be delivered via 3-5 working days. I even received notification that it has alredy been shipped. But afterwards I received "out of stock notification" from 7dayshop. Just for interesting why Amazon shows "in stock" wheras it is not true in 7dayshop? If would know about it I could select another headset and other sellers.

In this case good value for money!

I bought the Balanzza Mini Digital Luggage Scale, price £14.99 including postage and packaging. The item was ordered on 21.10.2011, dispatched on 24.10.2011 and delivered using the first class delivery (envelope with bubble foil inside) to East London area on 28.10.2011 undamaged in perfect condition! The item itself has its own original packaging (cardboard box with moulded plastic insert inside), so there is very good protection against damage during transport. In order to verify whether the item is really on the stock (sometimes information about availability of the item published on the webpage may not be accurate) I sent e-mail on 21.10.2011 and received answer on 25.10.2011. It was my first purchase with this supplier and my first impression is very good. I think that in this case it was a really good value for money. I hope they will be keeping this high level of service also in the future!

Absolutely Terrible!

I ordered the following:

2x 32gb SD cards
1x USB card reader

So far the order has taken 2 weeks to arrive with no end in sight, this was ordered using their "Rapid" delivery option, I have requested a refund, unfortunately this appears to have been ignored!

Terrible customer service

I used to buy from these lot all the time, and used to be spot on in terms of delivery and service, but over the last few months they have fallen dramtically! i ordered a memory stick and took 2 weeks to arrive, i understand they are off-shore but that is way too long (they send it 2nd class)
I e-mailed them to ask what was happening but kept getting an automated reply and no real answer. In the end i just waited and the item arrived.
I will most probably never be using 7dayshop again, unless they have something really cheap!
I have moved to babzmedia.com for my blank media needs, my item arrived next day after ordering from them :)

Order did not arrived

I ordered the item which did not arrived for 3 weeks and I have been told to goto postoffice to check if it's there.. Went to post office, no item and when requested proof of posting.. they stopped replying to my emails.. no phone no.. what I am suppose to do?

Don't touch them

Dreadful service.Still waiting two weeks later.
They don't answer emails and when they do its the standard fob off.
They will not phone you or let you phone them or even give you a phone number.
They say "We do not have a telephone number"
What sort of company does not have a phone number?
