Excellent service from this company :)
I did a lot of research online and looked at (literally) hundreds of different rattan sets, before deciding on the Sicilia Bistro Set from Alexander Francis.
The website was clear, the pictures were of excellent quality and there was plenty of information given about the products. I could tell that the rattan in this furniture was going to be of superior quality to some of the cheaper, or same priced furniture, from other suppliers.
My furniture was delivered within 3 days of ordering it and the delivery men were so lovely and helpful. The furniture itself is BEAUTIFUL, I can't recommend it enough.
I will definitely be using Alexander Francis again for future purchases. Well done for being the best company I've ordered from in a good while!

Stylish quality furniture with speedy delivery
Alexander Francis are a super company to deal with from their knowledgably sales staff to fast delivery followed by the quality and attention to detail of their patio furniture.

Excellent service, Quality product
We purchased several sunbeds for our property here in S.W France.
There was a slight hiccup in delivery, but the matter was sorted quickly and professionally. The sunbeds look far more expensive than they were and gives a quality feel to our business.
Would not hesitate in recommending Alexander Francis !

Product excellent but delivery not as stated on website.
I also ordered from Alexander Francis last year and the product is excellent. However, I had the same problem as currently - the website says delivery within seven days but this is not the case. Delivery has been quoted as week beginning 10th May. As you make immediate payment in full, don't feel that this is good enough.

Firstly please accept our deepest apologies. I can see exactly where it says on the website 'Delivery within 7 days' and I have personally changed this straight away so that other customers don't experience the same problem. We have seen unprecedented demand for our furniture and whilst a couple of weeks ago we were able to deliver within 7 days, some items have now become out of stock and therefore we can't meet this delivery time.

Great Products, Price and Service

Top Quality Product, Excellent Price
After a lot of searching for a high quality black rattan dining set with cream cushions, we found the Alexander Francis range and placed an order. The quality is top notch, with anodised, turned aluminium feet, smoked glass table inlay, stainless steel ice box, and firm, comfortable seat cushions. The only tricky bit was getting it round the back as the table is solid and wont fit through a single door, so we had to lift it over the garden fence from the road. All in all a brilliant product.

Met with all hopes and expectations
Was a little bit concerned ordering garden furniture without being able to see it for true quality, colour and comfort especially as it was purchased and delivered as a gift. However, it was spot on. A year on it is looking brand new

Friendly and helpful service
I purchased all weather garden furniture last year. The company kept me informed through the whole process and when the furniture needed replacement feet a few weeks ago this was done very promptly and without hesitation. I would buy from them again

Brilliant product and service
Great product, we were very pleased with the conservatory furniture. Ordered premium delivery and was expecting assembly and removal of packaging, however the delivery men knew nothing of this. I contacted AF and without asking they refunded the entire cost of delivery. A test of a good company is how it reacts to issues that of course can happen, and I thought they dealt with the issue perfectly.

Brilliant looking furniture - not 100% satisfied with durability or customer care
Brilliant looking furniture and exceptional value. Would highly recommend company and have done so to two friends since the purchase. Required replacement seat which was dealt with very efficiently. Have had trouble with rusting feet only weeks after having replaced the original ones that were found to be faulty during production. Emailed photos to the company and hoped to have response reassuring me they would honour any rusting parts and replace said parts but I received no confirmation of receipt of the photos or reassurance they have registered the problem/my concern.

I'm very glad to hear that you are happy with our furniture. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the rusting feet and the delayed response. This was indeed a production error on a batch of some our feet, however we do now only use stainless steel to avoid any corrosion. I love their furniture and the service was great.
I agonised for months on buying the right rattan furniture, and finally chose Alexander Francis, and I'm really glad I did.
I loved the unique styles and the choices, and the fact you can buy a variety of different coloured replacement covers.
I also like the fact that the furniture is all one piece. It looks, and feels, better than those that have to be screwed together, and the cushions are well made and comfortable.
They were very good at keeping me informed on delays and delivery dates.
The furniture was well packed on arrival.
I would definitely recommend Alexander Francis.

Excellent customer service and product
I ordered an oak shoe cabinet. The order was immediately acknowledged and an estimated delivery date given. I received a telephone call to arrange delivery, which was actually earlier than expected. The cabinet was delivered and unwrapped in my presence and placed where I specified. The quality of the cabinet is really excellent. This was my best internet purchasing experience ever and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexander Francis.
