Fantastic
Fantastic company very fast and professional with great customer service! I bought the Joie brisk, which I love, on Tuesday and it was here the next day. It was really great to have a time slot in which to expect the delivery! I had contacted them to ask about the product before purchase and they were very helpful. A real pleasure to use this company and I will be using them again!

What fantastic service, hassle free and next day service!
I ordered the MacLaren Volo which was so hard to get hold of. I tried to place the order online but was having trouble with my card so I called the number displayed on the website and spoke with a really helpful member of staff. I placed the order, paid over the phone and received the stroller the next day. Honestly couldn't fault the service. I'll definitely shop here again.

Totally legit site with outstanding service
Have to admit I looked at the website and was a bit sceptical as to whether it was a real site or not but decided to take a chance as the mclaren buggy was such good value. Well not only was it a proper site but the service was outstanding. Ordered Sunday received notification I delivery on Monday for the Tuesday, changed this via text to Wednesday and sure enough Wednesday pm the goods arrived in the 1 hour delivery slot specified.

Best online service I've ever had!
The product I purchased was the best deal around. The website was clear and easy to use. Didn't need to create an account to pay. Product was picked, packed and shipped within 1 hour and delivered next day FREE of charge!! Excellent service :)

I purchased a maclaren universal footmuff from babythings4u in Scarlett that I had difficulty finding to match my pushchair and this site had it available at the best price. After completing my order I contacted them to add an additional item to qualify for the free delivery via email, and I got a quick and helpful response from their customer service team who both called and emailed me to assist. Whilst they didn't have the additional item in stock I needed, this service and the desire to assist was pleasently surprising and noted and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and using them again myself.

Efficient service and a great product
Great customer experience, easy to order and the product arrived on the day it was supposed to. One suggested improvement would be to provide a time slot for delivery, but not a deal-breaker. Would definitely use them again.

Be warned!!!!!
We will not be using this website again, ordered the pram, it arrived all without problem. Decided we didn't want it so we organised to return it which cost us £15. It got collected on the 5th Feb 2013, we didn't hear from babythings4u so we rang on the 13th Feb, finally received an email on 14th and still awaiting refund over a week later! No mention of long wait for refund on website. 3 stars because of delivery but be careful if you decide to return, like to take your money but don't like giving it back!!!

Great service!!!
Ordered a couple of items off the website, and got a phone call from sales to say that 1 of the items had been discontinued in the colour I'd ordered so he offered me the alternate colour- which I thought really good as they could have just sent this anyway!! Very pleased with products purchased and a great service, I received my items within 3 days of placing my order!!!

I would recommend this company based on my experience. I would also reccomend a Maclaren Xt. Very easy to use. Comfortable for baby/child to travel in, whilst comfortable for mum or dad to push.

Excellent website ad quick delivery
Found my pramette on this website, easy to navigate and what a fast delivery! Really liked the fact that you get a txt and email telling you a 1 hour time slot for delivery. This is important when you have a busy life. Will definitely use them again.

Faultless, fantastic - very happy
Great product that fulfilled expectations and didn't disappoint. Even better service, with great attention to detail. Received my product within 36 hours of placing my order and even got a message on the morning of delivery to notify me of the hour when it would be delivered. Buggy by return
Having selected the item that I wanted on their website, I then spoke to Tom to check stock levels. He was very helpful and within 15 minuttes phoned back with an assurance that the particular item that I wanted was available. A number of e-mails were sent to me as the various stages of pick/pacl/despatch were completed and the item arrived 24 hours later. Great service.

Good price, excellent communication and delivery.
Really pleased with our purchase form babythings4u. We originally ordered this item from Mothercare. However it did not turn up on the date Mothercare told us and we later found out it wasn't in stock. I then searched online and found babythings4u, took a bit of a chance ordering from them as I'd not heard of them before, but was glad that I did. The order process was simple and the delivery was excellent - quick and great communication from the courier company.

Ordered a Maclaren Buggy prior to which I made enquirers to ensure it was the one I wanted, all emails were responded to promptly and were very helpful.
Product arrived next working day as promised. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect with the product however the team at BabyThings dealt with the issue, dispatched a replacement the day I notified them of the fault. Were very helpful for the whole order

Easy website to use and perfect service
Ordered my maxi cosi elea from them as cheapest I could find on the Internet. Is 2011 model but with larger hood which is perfect. Looking forward to using it next year. Delivery company weren't the best but all sorted in the end. Not websites fault though so not negative on their behalf. Thanks

Outstanding service
I`ve ordered stroller on Monday evening and got it on Wednesday. Price compering with other much cheaper. Very good idea with text information about delivery. Love it that you know what time is your product gonna be at your place. Will definitely recommended to a friend.

Helpful 1 hour delivery slot. Shame I had no idea of delivery time (i.e. AM or PM) until the day of delivery, but good that a specific time was given (by email and by text message) when it came through. Our Maclaren Techno XT was the cheapest we found on the internet :-)
