Splashing out on a new bathroom can be expensive and daunting. I was told to have a look at better bathrooms by a friend. If I'm honest, shopping online for something like this and not being able to see what I was buying kind of worried me. However, I am so glad I went for it and ordered this online. The bathroom suite I ordered is perfect, looks and is amazing and was HALF the price of buying from a local store. The communication right from the moment I ordered the suite was spot on. I was emailed daily to tell me where my order was, when it would be dispatched and it always had a contact number for me if I needed to call. Delivery was excellent and bang on time. They even worked around my nursery drop off and pick up times. Would totally recommend using this company. Thank you for making it so easy for me!!!!
Having spoken to a helpful person on the end of the phone who assured me that the toilet I wanted was in stock, I ordered it on line and received at the time that the delivery people promised. Can't fault the service.
I have purchased taps/toilets/shower heads/bath for two bathrooms and the quality of the goods is excellent. Prompt service although I had a bit of a delay with delivery at our end [Scotland]. A couple of the tap packets were missing grub screws and I am still waiting for them. However overall I would certainly recommend Better Bathrooms to anyone for quality and customer service.
The build quality of this shower kit is average, but at the price range , (though i had hoped for more) it's as expected.
My bigger concern is with better bathrooms mis-representation of the item on there website. With pictures clearly showing both the overhead rose and the handheld shower head having LED functions, we were very dissappointed to find that the unit we bought only had LED functions in the overhead rose.
Whe calling customer services i was cinically not surprised that no attempt to rectify the problem was made, in fact after being promised a call back i was not at all surprised to hear nothing. I wont be buying from better bathrooms again

Better Bathrooms on the side - thought I would give them a try so off we trotted May day and had a look around and within 1/2 hour we had
bought a bathroom suite, the service was so good and they were very helpful, the showroom is has everything you need. Guess what we are doing this bank holiday weekend off to Better Bathrooms for the tiles.
Very helpful sales department which made it so much easier when making my final selection of products. My bathroom is now looking splendid and up market.
Purchased a full shower set with toilet and sink and taps very good quality and please with product so went on to purchase kitchen taps again good quality would buy from this web site again
Great bathroom with quick delivery, however wasn't happy with the massive shipping prices and the fact you pay that and they deliver when you weren't there and very damaged was impressed when called you sent another part

2 things which I was not happy with:
1. The system box to the toilet cabinet is.not the best of quality and I had a refund for a part which didn't work which I thought was very fair.
2. The toilet seat on my unit had several scratches but because it is acrylic I suppose this is to be expected. Overall I would definately deal with this Company again and the Customer services were very helpfully.
Bought a toilet with two extra toilet seats since my house hold has a reputation of breaking seats. Products very pleasing to the eye. Hope the toilet seat will last us long it looks strong though. Will recommend to anyone any day. You can't beat them on price. Bought the Modena toilet by the way.
I bought a shower cubicle, tray, sink and tap in Wigan on 11 May 2013 - travelled to Leigh to collect.
I was kept waiting 50 minutes for my order, meanwhile 6 or 7 customers who arrived after me were served. I complained, but was told to wait.
The sink waste I received was the wrong one - it was for a sink with an overflow - I had to buy another elsewhere.
The shower tray could not be levelled, even after levelling the floor - conclusion: it must be twisted.
I managed to fit the tray because I am clever and patient, but it remains untrue and I remain disappointed.
If you want great quality bathroom products at affordable prices then this is the sight to use.
Items that go out of stock soon come back in and the return to stock dates are very accurate.
Delivery company used gave 11 - 3 delivery which was not ideal for those working but apart from that hassle free.
Recommended to me by family and i would happily recommend.

No more to add, chose product paid and delivery company phoned to arrange, then delivered.
Would like to say you provided a good service. but after 3 phone calls to your company asking when is it going to arrive and being told soon. when it did not arrive i was not happy as wasted a whole day off!! .
I also ordered a sink but that got damaged on the way to your depo and i have now got to wait till 17th June for new one.
So i am not that satisfied by your services!!
I would recommend this company to anyone, first class in every way.
Been buying from better bathrooms for quite a while now and have spent a considerable amount of money, I'm a plumber and 3-5 days means 3-5 days, but beware can mean 10 days, and always expect a smashed item or faulty item then you can spend £85 on phone calls, and still don't get the item so expect to purchase another set now and again. Other than that, there cheap and affordable, when you get it :)
decided i didnt want the product and after several calls, emails, and online chats i am still waiting for a returns form and code.
bought a few things from betterbathrooms,,and have no complaints at all,from on line ordering to receiving the goods everything was nice and smooth,will use again.
Placed a order 6 weeks ago,one item out of stock,so they sat on the hole order,leaving us with out a bathroom,It was only a mirror,after I complained they finaly sent all other items.Cant understand it.
Love the prices, couldn't find it anywhere cheaper. Bought a whole new bathroom suite plus all our tiles and as soon as the order was placed I was constantly informed of where my order was in the process. It even gave me more delivery information than the courier service could provide!
I was impressed from start to finish. Really easy website and my items all arrived one day before work so there was no hanging round waiting for my stuff. My favourite bit was when i opened my toilet rolls holders, towel rails and robe hooks they were all individually packed in little soft draw string bags!
1 bought a bathroom on 24.03.13 the vanity unit was out of stock until 03.05.13, this was explained that wasnt a problem they would hold my items until the unit came into stock and then deliver all items accordingly.
Upon requesting a delivery date ( which i had to chase for) I was told that they couldnt deliver all my items as some were out of stock until 24.06.13. I then found out that they HAD SOLD my items they were holding onto. I had paid for these items at the time of purchase and they had had my money for almost 7 weeks. I was then left with an incomplete bathroom suite plumbers stood waiting to install everything but couldnt due to incomplete items, with no facilities in the bathroom and the possibility of a larger plumbing bill to change the pipework for an alternative bath, which i had to locate from another bathroom company. I requested to speak to a manager for an explanation as to how this has happend, to be abruptly told no,and had to go through customer services who were not sympathetic or concerned with my predicament. I have found out the Managing Director and will be writing to him to complain. I have also reported them to Trading Standards under Breach of Contract. I would NOT recommed this company to anyone.

Have not yet seen items unpacked , awaiting installation of new shower room . We did not see information regarding only delivering to doorstep ! I am lady of 59 and my father is nearly 90 ! . For that reason not sure we would have ordered from your store if we had known this when ordering . Yours sincerely miss l hamblin .
The delivery arrived in tact and complete, however the downside to Better Bathrooms is the fact that you have to create a user account to place an order? You need a fast order facility.
Goods arrived on the day selected . Lots of emails and texts to let me know order status. Unfortunately one item was out of stock even though it was labelled as in stock on the website.
Easy to use ordering online. I would recommend prebooking a collection time. The service was excellent we arrived at our selected pick up time goods were ready for inspection prior to us taking away. Staff went out of their way to be helpful they loaded the goods for us without us even asking.
Then when we returned to the customer information desk they went out of their way to help us with appropriate selection of other goods we required. No hard sell just the information for us totake away and make an informed choice. We would definitely recommend your company to friends. Goods excellent value for money. Superb from start to finish. Still waiting for the technical dept to e mail us regarding the standard of the bath. Complained to customer services about the bath, on arrival we checked all the items, delivery man was more than helpful and patient. All the items purchased apart from the bath was excellent quality. We contacted customer services by phone and by email my calls and e mails were ignored, eventually spoke to tech guy who confirmed the bath was the usual standard, he said he would get in touch with manufacturer and get technical info and confirm the bath was up to British Standard. When it arrived we noticed you could see daylight through the sides, they are paper thin and wobbly.Supposed to be made from 5mm arylic, actually measures 2mm. We asked if we could change just the bath for a better quality one and was told if would cost us for return delivery and also delivery of another bath, what a joke. We run a small B & B and we have come to the conclusion that this bath is not suitable to use in our establishment. Due to the poor quality, we have
decided to purchase another bath locally. This one is not suitable for our guests
some of our guests are rather large and we are not prepared to risk an bad experience for our clients. This bathroom was marketed at over £700 at RRP
if this is the quality bath coming out with this suite we are sure the customer would be not be impressed. The support under the bath is just a piece of chipboard we expected it to be arylic. The info on website is misleading, it doesn't say the bath will be 2-m thin!!!!!!!!! Still waiting for correspondence as at today 20/5/2013 spoke to Tech Guys (paul) on 10/5/2013 assured we would get info from manufacturer within a few days. Customer Services are very rude and trained to dismiss any complaints, trying to make you feel awkward as if its our fault, suggesting that we have changed our mind, when this is not the case, we just wanted a quality bath.
the driver arrived and refused to help me with unloading the packages due to health and safety.
furthermore he left 3 pallets and didnt let me know he would be able to take these away after 20min of my unloading as stated on the company policy.
now i am left with 3 big wooden pallets which i will have to pay to dispose of . i tried claling better bathrooms to complain but my complains were not dealt with. i was told no one could come and pick the the pallats to be reused.
i will not be ordering from better bathrooms again

Very smooth and slick operation. never bought without seeing before, but all the info was correct. Very reasonable price too.
shopped onine, shopped on the high street, visited every bathrom unit and showrooms in our area, looking for quality at a reasonable price. the bath, shower screen, packaging, communication were all 100%,
not installed yet so cant review finished item
I wanted to return one of the items I bought but they haven't responded to my emails and their phone line's been engaged when I try to call. Not very happy
After initial e-mail overload at placement of order, it goes quiet. I had major delays on delivery and was promised regular updates. Never happened. Even after contacting and arranging a call back for update, still didn't happen. Ordered items with "weeks" to spare, but received delivery day before tradesmen booked. Picking up from Leigh no better. Waited 45 mins for stock to be brought down. Packaging hopeless. Returned 2 items that where damaged.
This is only my experience. I am sure other people must of had better experiences for the company to stay in business.

Very Impressed with Quality of Bathroom Suite. Response service excellent, after opening box to find broken sink top, replaced promptlyafter quick phone call.
This is the second Bathroom suite I have from B.B.
Very Flimsy Cheap Plastic Toilet seat that came with suite is a huge disappointment.
Hence 4 Stars rather than 5

it was so good to see all the different bathrooms on display it gave us so many ideas we ended up very happy with the whole experience and the price was very good value for money too
19 boxes of tiles from Wigan to Wimborne, not one was broken.
800 Quad shower enclosure and tray, Back to wall toilet and sink unit all arrived, one unit arrived damaged but was replaced within two days, shower rail on back order, now arrived at no extra delivery charge, service was fantastic, I will be using Better Bathrooms again for my second bathroom within a couple of weeks.

The products are lovely and we are very pleased with them, however if 1 product is not in stock it holds up the whole order and if you split the order you have to pay £36 for delivery of each item.
Also if you forget something its impossible to ass this to your order as once the order is picked they cannot put anything else with it.
So my advice is make sure that you get everything in one go (if that's possible as our plans changed as we went along) and if you return anything you have to arrange it yourself and pay any costs .
