The charge off re-delivery was appalling! Shocked as was my customer when faced with this news. I then had to pay out for this charge as customer refused thus loosing profit. You will now loose myself as a long standing and regular customer.
Every thing went well until we got a phone call from the neighbour next to the house we were doing up as our inheritance, to say there is a huge lorry here delivering your bathroom suite. We had not been told exactly when to expect the delivery and if she had not been around and still retaining a key for the house we would have had problems, so our concern was we first of all were not there to accept delivery, we could not check it over for damage or missing parts, it could have been left outside and we non the wiser, or returned to warehouse. the company has been informed of this and hopefully they will insist customers are kept informed up until the actual day of delivery. I have not seen the items as i'm indisposed with cancer and broken ankle but my husband has since been there and said it was nice. we would buy again from this comapny.

Bought a downstairs bathroom, very poor quality products. Three items had to be returned at my cost, and they provided incorrect technical information to my plumber, and promised him replacement part would be sent out next day - never happened Refused to replace faulty tap, note they on give 1 year gaurantee on taps where others give 5 or 10 years, which reflects the poor quality. Would not recommend to anyone, go to a reputable plumbers merchant.
Despite having contacted customer service to remove an item from my order, prior to order processing (for which I was told had been done) the item was dispatched anyway. This meant i had to arrange return and take time off work for this - completely unwanted hassle.
On the plus side, a missing shower seal was replaced very quickly without any fuss.
Overall, I was very happy with the products quality, communication and the competitive prices. Thanks.
I would highly recommend BetterBathrooms from the start to the finish I have been updated at every stage with my order, the guys who delivered my goods were very helpful and on time. Even when my shower head was damaged customer services could not do enough to help me and sent out a replacement in two days. I would definitely use them again and the quality of the goods is excellent.

The value was excellent. It was unfortunate that some items went out of stock and delayed the full delivery. The delivery service people were helpful send pleasant. I will definitely recommend Better Bathfooms in future
We got just what we wanted at a much cheaper price than others we looked at, delivered right on time. We couldn't 't have asked for more. This is the second time I've used Better Bathrooms and can't recommend them highly enough.

Delivered early on the day of my choice as promised. Packaging was more than adequate and arrived undamaged.
The only downside with ordering a bath on-line are the pictures, which being white, don't show much detail. Pleased with this quality product.

I found this supplier by chance whilst trawling the net for a suitable replacement shower door in my en-suite. It was unfortunate that I had already purchased all the other fittings and fixtures or I would have purchased everything from them. However when I undertake the renovation of my bathroom I will certainly be going back such was the range and prices at Better Bathrooms.
I have used Better Bathrooms several times now and am amazed at how promptly they deliver. As I live in the Scottish countryside, for other suppliers I normally have to add 2-3 days on to a stated delivery time. It was late on Saturday when I submitted my most recent order to Better Bathrooms, and it was delivered on Monday. Awesome!!
Paid extra for next day delivery only to find items damaged, then waited three days for a replacement item and was told I can't get refund for next day delivery charge as the damaged goods got there on time, not much use having goods there on time if they are damaged.
Very pleased with the service from BetterBathrooms. Contact with the company about my order was great, very helpful staff. Delivery was very quick and no fuss. I would definitely recommend this company.
We ordered a toilet and wash basin from better bathrooms and opted to pich them up ourselves from their warehouse. When we picked them up the staff opened all the boxes containing porcelain ie toilet, cisten, basin and pedestal in front of us to check for damage BUT did not open the box containing the toilet seat. When we can to fit the toilet seat it had been smashed and because we had signed to say everything was ok when we picked it up we had to buy another seat. So make sure you check EVERYTHING when you sign.
From the moment we'd made our selection we were kept informed of the picking, packing delivery process. One irritating contact was made voice mail, on our landline, at 10.25 p.m after we'd gone to bed. That was not urgent and an email would have been sufficient I think the company are reviewing that late night contact.
***Read the emails carefully.*** I scanned the one re delivery and hadn't noticed customers must unpack and inspect at the point of delivery and return the order with the driver if there was a problem. Luckily for me the goods seem fine or I'd have created a problem.
Our cloakroom suite not yet fitted but seems of of a good quality. We chose the micro corner suite for a wet room. I liked the internal size of the basin and although there were designs I liked better those basins provided very small bowls.
Haven't yet fitted our bathroom but so far we are so impressed with the professionalism of all we have come into contact with. We live a fair distance away and made the trip to the Warrington Showroom. Pleasantly surprised by how lovely and clean it was. It sparkled. From the minute we went in to the minute we left we were treated as valued customers. The staff are professional and friendly. We left knowing that the journey there had been well worth while. There was a slight delay on one piece of our order (which didn't matter as we were still removing tiles). We were kept well informed of how our order was progressing and when it was delivered the two delivery men were quick, careful and friendly. We know we made the right choice and would have no hesitation in recommended you to anyone. Thanks for a lovely bathroom (when it's finished). Oh and we also saved around £500!!!
A good and friendly service. The goods I ordered came on the day they said and it was all in the box and no damage. The chap who answered the phone after a query was friendly and helpful. The website was easy to use and , if an item was not in stock it was flagged up and an eta of said item was displayed. Would that other companies did the same. Thank you.
I had a leak on the overflow within the toilet system I purchased over a year ago. I managed to order the part that needed and with help from the technical guy was able to replace the faulty inlet valve.

I ordered various items from Better Bathrooms and paid for 3 - 5 days delivery. Given a date for delivery so husband took day off work to receive goods. No goods arrived!!! No call received from delivery company to apologise!!!! After several phone calls to Better Bathrooms and delivery company another delivery date given but not one 3 - 5 days after first making order and paying for goods!!! No refund of delivery charge offered!!! Not received goods yet so just hope they are all okay.
