The delivery arrived in tact and complete, however the downside to Better Bathrooms is the fact that you have to create a user account to place an order? You need a fast order facility.
Easy to use ordering online. I would recommend prebooking a collection time. The service was excellent we arrived at our selected pick up time goods were ready for inspection prior to us taking away. Staff went out of their way to be helpful they loaded the goods for us without us even asking.
Then when we returned to the customer information desk they went out of their way to help us with appropriate selection of other goods we required. No hard sell just the information for us totake away and make an informed choice. We would definitely recommend your company to friends. Goods excellent value for money. Superb from start to finish. Still waiting for the technical dept to e mail us regarding the standard of the bath. Complained to customer services about the bath, on arrival we checked all the items, delivery man was more than helpful and patient. All the items purchased apart from the bath was excellent quality. We contacted customer services by phone and by email my calls and e mails were ignored, eventually spoke to tech guy who confirmed the bath was the usual standard, he said he would get in touch with manufacturer and get technical info and confirm the bath was up to British Standard. When it arrived we noticed you could see daylight through the sides, they are paper thin and wobbly.Supposed to be made from 5mm arylic, actually measures 2mm. We asked if we could change just the bath for a better quality one and was told if would cost us for return delivery and also delivery of another bath, what a joke. We run a small B & B and we have come to the conclusion that this bath is not suitable to use in our establishment. Due to the poor quality, we have
decided to purchase another bath locally. This one is not suitable for our guests
some of our guests are rather large and we are not prepared to risk an bad experience for our clients. This bathroom was marketed at over £700 at RRP
if this is the quality bath coming out with this suite we are sure the customer would be not be impressed. The support under the bath is just a piece of chipboard we expected it to be arylic. The info on website is misleading, it doesn't say the bath will be 2-m thin!!!!!!!!! Still waiting for correspondence as at today 20/5/2013 spoke to Tech Guys (paul) on 10/5/2013 assured we would get info from manufacturer within a few days. Customer Services are very rude and trained to dismiss any complaints, trying to make you feel awkward as if its our fault, suggesting that we have changed our mind, when this is not the case, we just wanted a quality bath.
the driver arrived and refused to help me with unloading the packages due to health and safety.
furthermore he left 3 pallets and didnt let me know he would be able to take these away after 20min of my unloading as stated on the company policy.
now i am left with 3 big wooden pallets which i will have to pay to dispose of . i tried claling better bathrooms to complain but my complains were not dealt with. i was told no one could come and pick the the pallats to be reused.
i will not be ordering from better bathrooms again
shopped onine, shopped on the high street, visited every bathrom unit and showrooms in our area, looking for quality at a reasonable price. the bath, shower screen, packaging, communication were all 100%,
not installed yet so cant review finished item
After initial e-mail overload at placement of order, it goes quiet. I had major delays on delivery and was promised regular updates. Never happened. Even after contacting and arranging a call back for update, still didn't happen. Ordered items with "weeks" to spare, but received delivery day before tradesmen booked. Picking up from Leigh no better. Waited 45 mins for stock to be brought down. Packaging hopeless. Returned 2 items that where damaged.
This is only my experience. I am sure other people must of had better experiences for the company to stay in business.

This is the second Bathroom suite I have from B.B.
Very Flimsy Cheap Plastic Toilet seat that came with suite is a huge disappointment.

it was so good to see all the different bathrooms on display it gave us so many ideas we ended up very happy with the whole experience and the price was very good value for money too
19 boxes of tiles from Wigan to Wimborne, not one was broken.
800 Quad shower enclosure and tray, Back to wall toilet and sink unit all arrived, one unit arrived damaged but was replaced within two days, shower rail on back order, now arrived at no extra delivery charge, service was fantastic, I will be using Better Bathrooms again for my second bathroom within a couple of weeks.

The products are lovely and we are very pleased with them, however if 1 product is not in stock it holds up the whole order and if you split the order you have to pay £36 for delivery of each item.
Also if you forget something its impossible to ass this to your order as once the order is picked they cannot put anything else with it.
So my advice is make sure that you get everything in one go (if that's possible as our plans changed as we went along) and if you return anything you have to arrange it yourself and pay any costs .
Prices and service in store was excellent. However the delivery was something to be desired. After initial order no contact was made by better bathrooms to tell me that they weren't going to dispatch due to a couple of items not being in stock. After this issue was resolved a delivery date was set. It didn't arrive so another date and a promise it would be on time was set. Again it didn't arrive so finally another date was set and it did come, but late on in the afternoon. So all in all a week delay on a job and a weeks worth of labour paid with nothing to work with.
Although the prices are great the poor service has added to my labour costs so next time I will be more inclined to use a more expensive company but with a better service.
Our builder recommended Better Bathrooms and we bought the Isobelle toilet and softclose seat. Excellent communication from order to delivery, goods arrived promptly and were well packaged. Quality of the WC was good but the cistern was not glazed fully round the top where it joins lid, so looks like a brown grubby line and will need to disguise with some sealant (not a fault, just poor design and finish). Also, the flush buttons are plastic (would have expected metal) and we had to replace ballcock mechanism with a better quality one from Plumbcentre because cistern took an hour to fill. Soft close lid and seat were reasonable quality but mechanism a bit jerky. Expected better for the price (£285 inc delivery) but the over-all styling was good and order and delivery service was excellent.
I am very pleased with the Furniture I purchased. Although it was out of stock at the time of ordering, as promised it was dispatched on the agreed date.

My only down grading was the delivery firm itself. This will not apply to everyone but as Better Bathrooms advice. Keep the delivery driver at your premises until you have time to check your order and get them to take your Pallet away as well!

I made an error when ordering the size of tile I wanted. I realised the error when I got the e-mail invoice. The service I received was second to none. The order was altered to what I wanted, and the delivery arrived on the day that was specified for the original order without any problems. The delivery was also excellent as I was kept informed to within two hours of the delivery time, which allowed me to plan my day. I would always recommend this company from the sales staff (Warrington showroom) to delivery, they were excellent.
overall we are pleased with the bathroom suite ,disappointed woth the delivery time , original delivery was stated 3-5 days but took 3 weeks to come we had time off work to fit this and it was a wasted week and has delayed the renovation of our house .

A very good selection of fine bathroom products at a good price.My new bathroom project was done on a very tight budget,but completed to a high standard.I was worried that I wouldn,t be able to afford the right shower unit,and let down the rest of the make-over.However after some on-line shopping I found exactly what I wanted on the better bathroom website.Ordered & payed for my shower on-line,then drove from Manchester to the Leigh trade counter to pick it up.With out sat nav the trade counter was hard to find,way of a small road in a massive trading estate,may be some early sign post would make it easier for one off customers to find there way.
I wanted a double-ended bath because currently my taps are a bit difficult to access as they are hidden behind a recess in the wall.
Better bathrooms had one 2 inches deeper than the others and in stock too!
However the delivery was phoned through to me and agreed for Wednesday but actually came on Tuesday, luckily was in.
The worst thing was that the bath was surrounded by a large wooden frame, with a vertical section mounted on a basic pallet, a nuisance to me as I had to get the bath inside immediately anyway.
Had I thought about it long enough maybe i could got the van-driver to take it away but I didn't :-(
Never dealt with Better Bathrooms before. Came recommended by a friend who was full of praise. I had a minor fault on delivery which has been sorted out within the day. Amazing care to customer satisfaction even to a telephone call from customer services from a missed call from me. Just amazing, for once, the customers satisfaction has come first.

Very impressed with the tap unit i bought, only thing i found was a problem was it wasnt made clear about the time deadline for next day delivery. Unfortunately I had to wait all weekend before i took delivery.

whilst the order was processed and delivered well, we ended up paying twice.
First attempt was online - website left me unsure if order had been placed. Phoned and was told no order was on system so reordered.
It appears your tele-sales guy was unaware that there may be a delay on internet orders appearing on his screen - He should have been and should have suggested we wait before processing a second order.
The second payment has now been reversed and the problem was handled well when I pointed out the situation.
This however should not happen and it could embarrass customers and cause accounts to overdraw which is not good customer service.
visited the stockroom in Leigh which was easy to find and had a very pleasant showroom attached. I had paid upfront for a basin and collection was quick and efficient. premises were lovely. I also purchased some tiles while I was there. I would have purchased all my bath suite and tiles from here had they offered a free delivery.
Always kept in touch with me by text and email and I was given a choice of delivery date, it would have been helpfull to have an idea what time the delivery driver would arrive though but other than that I would highly recommend them
