Hit the trend on the head!
The delivery was super quick and the my item (black playsuit) fits perfectly especially due to being able to loosen the front and the back of the straps, super trendy and very slimming! Looks exactly as it did in the picture...Looking forward to wearing it with converse and a stripy quarter sleeved crop top! The only thing I can fault is that the back, just above the bum, isn't very figure hugging but its not a deal breaker!
Price was very reasonable and would definitely buy from and recommend boohoo again!

Omg I Think I'm In Love
I absolutely loved my purchase from Boohoo. I heard about it from a blog, so naturally I didnt know what to expect even though the Blogger hgave a great review. I took a chance at it and made my first purchase. Shipping was so much faster than expected and item was better than I thought. I got so many compliments it was unreal. I'm in love with Boohoo now. I'm already working on my second order! !

Would defiantly recommend

1st time but definitely not the last time!!!
First time ordering off boohoo.com and i must say i had a great experience!! The shipping was super fast and the dress was exactly as it looked... even better actually! I wore it for my birthday dinner and turnt heads to say the least! Love this site, the prices are very reasonable and will be buying more stuff from them... ASOS better watch out!

I know why its called Boohoo now.
Don't ever buy from here, i meausred myself up properly against measurements they had for sizing on the site, so far off its not even funny. one item was way too small in areas but fit well in others, then the other item was just way too big everywhere. It said i could return within 14 days of dispatch, but the items arrived on the 14th day. For something that is out of my control, this is rubbish. Stay away from boohoo, go to asos is my opinion, never had this many problems there.

Fabulous little shoe boots.....have had loads of comments about them....asking where I got them.....really easy to walk in....was apprehensive at first as look very high but really comfortable...love them to bits....!

Helpful efficient service
Order was dispatched quickly and efficiently, all sizes were correct and true to the sizing guide on website. Had a small problem on my side as it was an international delivery and the South African customs service intercepted my parcel and they are not very efficient. When I contacted boohoo for un update they returned my email quickly and gave suggestions as to what I could do. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you

Very bad
I got sent the wrong size and it took 15 days to come not 8. It was for a friends birthday present so was very disappointing. Not worth my money or time to send it back. Not happy with the service at all.

Bought these body con dresses for my daughters birthday and wow does she really suit them. they are gorgeous. very true to fit, will not hide lumps and bumps if you have any. Definitely figure hugging

Fast delivery but didn't fit
Unfortunately the skirt I bought in my size and with an elastic waistband didn't fit (was too big) which is annoying. I've given to a friend instead if returning as it was really cheap so that's a plus!

Great buys!
I ordered a crop top, midi and maxi dress! All the items were very cheep so I didn't have high expectations. I love each item however they are a bit thin (which is what I expected). Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend to a friend.

great clothing and shoes website, easy and fast delivery. highly recommended!!! Always have compliments from friends and colleagues when ever wearing Boohoo clothes. great fashion design, but some dress still need more quality of sawing as torn apart after just few washing or even some just first time wearing!!!!

Oh my God!!!
I got involved when my daughter tried to purchase a pair of leggings for a party she was going to, Boo Hoo took her money and didn't deliver her goods. She went through the procedure to report the missing items and was told that they had been shipped, 3 weeks later - no leggings, she had very little feed back from them. I then wrote to them with some quite strong suggestions and guess what, yes, they contacted her full of apologies and blamed the carrier, they have since told her that the goods are being shipped again but as of today she still has not received anything, it must be 4/5 weeks now.
To sum up, very slow to respond to a problem, but seem to be trying to put it right finally, get your act together Boo Hoo!!

Love clothes but received someone elses order
First time customer and received wrong order so not a great start. Annoying thing is I had to make the trip to post office to return items. I ordered online so I did not have to make any trips.
