commandé un tournevis sans fil ,arrivé en panne,retour du colis,et ....
plus de nouvelles ,.1 mois et demi apres,bon d achat.super,obligé de recommander,des malins chez dicount
mais ,ce sera la derniere fois
pou indice,la derniere commande passée ,il y a 3 ans,le litige a duré 5 mois

j'ai acheter un réfrigérateur en date du 16 janvier 2012 , l'article référencé en stock livré sous 5 jour a finalement été livré le 16 Février...
l'article livré était abimé !!!
il ont proposé un echange standard puis absence de réponse pendant 1 mois !!!
Hier le 13 mars , il ont finalement repris contact pour offrir un bon de réduction de 20€ !!!!!!!!!
en cas de refus , c'est a moi de retourner le produit ( un frigo !!!) et attendre pour en recevoir un nouveau , si il en ont en stock ( soit encore 1 mois sans frigo!!!!!)
il s'agit d'une entreprise malhonnête prête a tout pour décourager le client !
I bought two netbooks from cdiscount (one for my sister!) some months ago, and was very pleased with their service. However, this week they have announced that they have gone into receivership - this is reflected on their homepage, underneath the company name. Google cdiscount and you will see quite a lot about this on the web.
i ordered a camera a month ago and they took the money straight away. however im still waiting for my product. the customer service department ( or lack of) just say they dont know when ill get it! i;m goin to have to try organize a refund! why sell something you dont have in stock!
would never recommend this company to anyone! look else where for your products!
I ordered a 46" inch tv on 14.10.09 which was debited from my card that day. I was told it was in transit on 16.10. On hearing nothing i chased them to see where my goods were to be told they had no stock. After several phone calls and no response i cancelled the order on 28.10.09 and was told a refund would be done in 5 days. When no refund was recd i chased again and recd an e mail to say this may take upto 30 days. I have now taken this up with my credit card company to try to get a refund. How many times has this happened to other customers!!!!!!!!! They are certainly making a nice profit in holding onto customers money
Don't touch this company. Their website does not reflect the true stock levels they carry. Even though it may say in stock - it usually isn't. They take your money straight away and then keep you waiting while trying to source new stock, all the time making interest on your money.
