Quick delivery and helpful customer service
I've used this company on multiple occasions and never had a problem. If I've had to return something they've been quick to help out and offer refunds.
The only issue is that I feel that some products listed in the shop must have been discontinued as they never have stock in.

Efficient & fast service
The orders arrive on time or if the item is not available then they keep me informed of when it will be in stock for delivery. Overall, a good service is offered with many top aquatic brands for sale at a reasonable price compared to other online websites.

I must say i have been impressed with fast delivery. Even the item has developed the problems which is no fault of the company, it was a pleasure to deal with great customer service which was fast and helpful.

One comment I would make is the cost of standard postage (mine was fre courier so I can't complain) is far far too high.

Very good site with a very good range of stock
I would recommend charterhouse aquatics to my friends. A very good range of stock (all in stock) and a very good turn around on delivery. Very good price on stock too. Will be using them again :)

Fantastic prices
Great prices and quick delivery everyone should use charterhouse. The backing was damaged on one juwel background but that piece had to be cut anyway.

The product was carefully packed with bubble wrap then placed in a box.

I ordered 3 items online which on there site said all was in stock next day they rung and said one of the items where out of stock and I would get my delivery on the friday
Then I checked status online on Friday and a different item was out of stock so had to ring return the item that was out of stock then pay 20 for Saturday delivery

Prompt good service
Ordered from Charterhouse Twice now (both times for seachem prime) Cheapest place on the net overall when combining price with postage. Only downside for me is they specialise mostly in Marine where as I have not been brave enough to try going marine yet so the only product that I need from them is Prime.
