Fantastic price with speedy dispatch
Chemical uk were the cheapest price I could find for my sons trainers. I paid for standard delivery and they still only took 1 day to arrive.

Hepfull and FAST!
The Chaps at Chemical records are great, had an issue registering and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
Once I was logged on buying my t shirt was a breeze. From ordering to having it in my hands, was under 24 hours, would have been less but work got in the way.
This is my first purchase from them and it won't be my last.

Brilliant selection of products
Lots to choose from ad good prices. Good clear website. Easy to navigate and use...on a pc. Browsing on a mobile is possible, but the visa plugin during the checkout routine does not work.

Ordered late wednesday night, and had my item delivered first thing friday, free delivery. Also asked to change delivery address once order confirmed, and received an email response from Dean within about half an hour to confirm the change. Can't say much more than that! Great postage, great site layout, only issue is that the stock is a bit limited with respect to some releases that are available on Juno, RedEye, etc.

Only criticism: Genre organization could be better, having garage and dubstep in the same category is super-annoying. I don't really like 140 so it sucks having to wade through it all. I buy primarily 'Bass' music, so it's not really Dubstep, Garage OR House, yet it is distributed across the two categories. I know it is hard with the large amounts of fusion happening, but I think it needs to be addressed.

Fantastic choice, price and service
I get a lot of clothes from Chemical and i've never had a problem with their service. Whenever i've had any issues with the clothes i've been able to send them back for a prompt refund/exchange. Recently I bought a few items and chose the UK standard free-delivery option. Glad I went for this rather than paying as I received the items the following day anyway. I've sent them a few emails before with questions regarding certain items and the replies have always been prompt and helpful.

Speedy delivery even to Australia
I was very impressed with how fast the delivery on my Sennheiser ear pad replacements was. They got to my house quicker than some things posted within Australia!
