Service second to none.
Upon my having a query, they addressed it quickly, resolved the problem and them despatched the item speedily. I was then informed at every stage of the delivery, as to its progress, right up to the point of it being delivered at my door. A most exceptional service.

so good i got one twice
I bought a cozibag for my daughter. Ordering was really easy and delivery unbelievably fast. Less than two days. Love it, and so does my daughter. Its huge and pink and very hard wearing. I was so impressed that I ordered another a couple days later for my son. Again prompt delivery. He loves it too. His gaming chair is out and the cozibag is the main attraction. I may buy one more, this time for me.

Comfy, well made bean bag.
I'd been looking for a bean bag for some time and was lucky enough to try a cozibag out at a friends house. I liked it enough to buy one that evening! And it arrived just one day later - very efficient delivery service.

A company that you can trust
The bean bag that I purchased comes with the bag filled with the beans installed into the bag. Once the order has been placed the delivery is very fast to Ireland. And the bag that I purchased is very comfortable to sit on.

It's absolutely huge!
Great quality & speedy delivery but I hadn't quite grasped how big the Slump Cozibag would be & it totally overwhelmed my conservatory.........I had to return it sadly.

Good service
Fast, efficient delivery, delivered within the 1 hour time slot.
Bean bag colour not as expected. I did not get a swatch in advance as I thought white was white but in fact it's pale grey.

Really happy with customer service, product and delivery
I knew I wanted a leather bean bag and scoured the internet. There's very few out there. I was a little wary of spending so much money on something I'd not even seen, let alone sat on! Customer service was prompt and helpful, product looks great, delivery was speedy and efficient. Very happy!

Ordered pouffe at 10am on Thurs, arrived 24 hours later via DBP couriers - who tell you in which hour slot they'll arrive! Perfect!

Not great!
When I ordered my original beanbag, I checked I'd be able to change it if it didn't go in my new room, and was told yes. It was white leather, and I realised the tan one would be far better, so asked for exchange months ago. Told this would come in January, it didn;t, then told Feb, no tan beanbag ... then finally one delivered 6th March, faulty. It really was faulty, scuffs and thin parts, told this could be the norm ! Took ages to get agreement for new one to be sent !!!

Arrival time was put back a few weeks and customer was updated along the way, with a final email being sent 25/02/13 to confirm that stock was back in. We even waived the return postage charge on the original order (at a cost to us of around £30) as a goodwill gesture.
We didn't for a moment try to avoid exchanging it (we never would do that), we simply wanted to ensure that the customer wasn't confusing the vintage style of the leather for it being scuffed. Item was indeed faulty (which is very rare) and we exchanged it as soon as this was confirmed by our warehouse staff.
There was some confusion regarding the exchange process when it happened and we definitely should have explained this more clearly to the customer. For this we sincerely apologise and learn a lesson from it.

The Biggest BeanBag in the World!
I ordered it at 10.50 on a Tues and it arrived within 24 hrs with no extra charges! It's tan and real leather: a beautiful pice of furniture. My wife and I sit on it to watch 3D movies on our TV - you need to be close -ish to get the full 3D effect; it is quite big enough for us both and a grandchild. We're really happy with it - as are the 3 grandchildren who can all sit in comfort together. We are well impressed with Cozibag.

Fantastic customer service
The tan Santiago was not in stock when I wanted them so after a lot of deliberation I decided to wait for delivery rather than choose another style.
It was about 6 weeks (everything else was in stock) I was kept updated along the way and when they arrived ... Wow ... Well worth the wait and the money
Scott in customer service was great I would reccommend cozibag to anyone wanting a really good quality leather beanbag for a great price. Make sure you have the room they are huge :o)

Nice cosy website but poor on communication and delivery promises
Having waited around for most of the day for my bean bag to be delivered, it is
now at 4.30pm they tell me its out of stock and will be delivered next week....
Surely when placing the order they would have been aware of their current stock levels?
I hope the bean bag lives up to my expectations and is worth the wait and the inconvenience.
Great prices, great promises but have literally failed to deliver.....

We also realised that a website error meant the customer was given a delivery date of the following day, just before she completed the order (which appeared after the original information regarding delayed delivery), clearly confusing matters further.
We have now fixed the bug on our website and will upgrade the delivery service once the new stock arrives (next week).
Once again, we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Outstanding quality & service - don't look anywhere else!
I found Cozibags via an internet search, liked what I initially saw, liked even more that you could order samples of the fabric you were considering, so you could ensure you made the right choice. I am a difficult customer to please (so I'm told!), and this is a fantastic service that a lot of companies would do well to imitate frankly!
I then ordered the bags themselves on Friday, received an email stating they would be with me the next business day (Monday). They arrived this morning (in the most enormous box!) and wow they are fab. I hadn't even considered they would already be filled either, so good not to have to do that myself (other ones I've purchased in the past have required this, which is fiddly to say the least!
The quality is superior to what is available in the shops, for a fraction of the price, they are even better than described online. If I were to furnish my entire house with bean bags I wouldn't consider purchasing from anyone else. Very impressed, fantastic service and great products. Not worth looking anywhere else.

Product Great - Delivery a complete mess
The Beam bags are great, good quality and value for money. BUT delivery is a mess. I have just odered refills for orginal bean bags. I've had contradictory emails and text about delivery. Waited in until 4pm yesterday expecting delivery. Got a phone call at 4 to say my order will be delivered the next day (today) This morning, sure enough I get a text saying it will delivered between 10 and 11 this morning. During that time period I get an email saying the delivery will be the tomorrow. This is shortly followed by a text saying the same thing. The delivery did not happen between 10 and 11 as promised. So I've stayed in for almost 1.5 days waiting for expected delivery. Will it arrive tomorrow? I have no idea....
Serious flaw in the service, people can't afford to keep waiting in for deliveries that don't happen. I

Great quality, quick service
Bought the bean bag chair from Cozibag as a replacement for a similar item I had got from a high street store but which tore at the seams after only a few days. The Cozibag chair arrived very promptly and I really appreciated the customer care and updates I received after placing the order. Particularly liked being given a one hour delivery slot which was honoured. The product itself looks really good, is comfy and is well made. I also think it's good value for money. I am delighted with my purchase, so glad I found this website and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Excellent product and service from Cozibag
I am very pleased with my beautiful new leather bean bag ordered from Cozibag on Sunday night and delivered Tuesday morning. The chocolate brown colour is rich and the leather feels lovely, this is a quality piece of furniture, so big & comfy I don't want to get up from it. I was kept well informed all along the way regarding the status of my order and its delivery. Top marks on all counts! Beautiful soft Tan leather Sao Luis bean bag.
All our friends love it and comment on the quality and fantastic look, its sets the lounge off perfectly. Calling it a bean bag does not do it justice. In my opinion you will never get a better quality "beanbag" and I have OCD when it comes to quality and finish of a product.
Final point , excellent communication from Scott via email, as I originally pressed the wrong button and ordered a Black one.

Once purchased, the e-mail interaction/updates were both timely and informative.

Excellent purchase process
I knew what I was getting (the high back XXL) because we'd all fought over one in a friends house for the weekend. The website is clear although I'd like to see bigger pictures showing all the different colours (I didn't have time to order samples). I asked my inlaws to take delivery which was simple as I could tell them the hour in which it would be delivered. If you want notification of delivery time via text, remember to enter your phone number. All worked out perfectly and super quick. All I need now is to see my son's face on xmas day when he sees the size of the box!!

Easy to order, selection of delivery times and able to contact you if they had any queries . They also turned up on time-fantastic!! The bean bag is a xmas present so I may have to buy 2 if my son gets a sad on because it's for his big sister.
