Shocking to see that a company can do this ! Buyers Beware: Stay away !!
Beware of Deal Extreme !!! Biggest Scammers in the world.
SOLD Millions of items during the sale only to get temporary money and now processing refunds.
All the orders are cancelled without explanation.
They probably did to get more publicity but its a big shame that this company does it again and again without being criticised or banned.
Please stay away from this site, there are better ones out there. I'm not gonna name the others, I'm not their marketing rep but DX. You will definitely be loosing my business.

VERY GOOD
I AM AMAZED BY THE RMA GRIEVANCE SERVICE OF DEAL-EXTREME. WHEN I BROUGHT TO THEIR KNOWLEDGE THAT WRONG ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TO ME , THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND REPLACED WITH THE ORIGINAL ITEMS.THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD PROVIDED YOU ARE PATIENT AND WAITING.

En masse gode ting og skrammel. Husk toldreglerne!
Dette firma handler fra Hong Kong, så hold hver ordre samlet under kr. 80 (ca. $13). Ellers kommer Post Danmark med gebyrgribben!
Har købt meget fra dem, har modtaget alt og aldrig modtaget noget, der var defekt!
Købte dog nogle elektronik løsdele hos dem, hvor der kun var 27 i pakken og ikke 30. Fik en store credit på $1, hvilket var fuldt tilfredsstillende.
Kvaliteten af varerne kan måske diskuteres. Det er jo for det meste Kina-kram.
De kan have meget lang leveringstid, hvis parti-bosserne i Beijing insisterer på, at al udgående post skal toldbehandles specielt grundigt. Som det angiveligt skete i forbindelse med partikongressen i 2012. 2 små, uskyldige pakker tog hver 7 uger!
Normal leveringstid er ca. 3 uger, men jeg har været nede på 10 dage.
De har et kolossalt udvalg af alt muligt. Også til mere end f.eks. hobby brug.
Man bør holde lidt øje med ældre udgaver. Feks. har jeg lige modtaget en USB-dims, der ikke er supporteret under Windows 8. Det står ikke nævnt, og jeg skulle for øvrigt selv finde en driver til min XP.
Deres specifikationer er således til tider mangelfulde eller endog forkerte.
De er rimeligt nemme at 'snakke' med, men det er ikke altid, de retter de mangler/ fejl man påpeger.
Søgemaskinen giver til tider nogle ret sære hits. Jeg ved f.eks. ikke hvad en anti-stess bold med form som et kvindebryst har med lysdioder at gøre.
Det udvalg af ting, der tilbydes imod optjente points for køb og tilbagemelding/vurdering kunne være større. De skilter jo med en masse brugbart i $2 kategorien ovre i salgskassen.

Det er et fuldstændig latterligt firma!
Jeg bestilte et ur for 2 måneder siden, og har endnu ikke modtaget det.
Jeg har kontaktet onlinesupporten 2 gange nu, første gang fik jeg besked på at vente én uge, og nu hvor der er gået en uge, har jeg selvfølgelig kontaktet dem igen, og får nu besked på at vente en til to uger endnu... Det er elendigt!
Det eneste gode der er ved det site er at der er utrolig mange ting at vælge imellem, men hvad hjælper det, hvis man aldrig modtager det....

I have made severalk orders with DX, no issues whatsoever other than the wait for the products to be delivered to Canada can be slow. The low price makes up for the wait though....

Good products, slooow shiping
There are many gadges you can buy with (most of them) cheap prices. The shiping world wide is very slow, but for the price... Many of the items have a low quality, but some of them surpricily have a high quality (for the price)

They sell everything from computers to toys, and they sell it cheap! The customer service is great and the quality of the goods is usually good as well.

High-quality China service
Goods at dealextreme is usually a bit more expensive that in another China stores, but in this case you pay for excellent service. For example, if you received a damaged item, or didn't receive an ordered item at all after the reasonable time, it's extremely easy to get the refund. You even don't need to pay for additional postal insurances, like in many other shops.
Free HK shipping (even without minimal order amount) is also a big pros.
You also will nowhere find so much honest and useful product reviews, as at lovely DX.com.

The truth is they have no competition and for a while this more efficient functioning mind that a few years ago. Now customer orders arrive in good condition and quite fast.

Terrible Store: Order did not arrive, Every inquiry replied with "wait longer", Almost 2 months later and struggling to get a refund
Since DealExtreme had positive reviews, I thought I'd give them a try with a small order. I ordered an couple of items, paid for the order and expected to have the order in around 20 days as stipulated on the website. I received a notice that the order was shipped out on the 1st March 2013.
After 38 days, there was still no delivery so I inquired about it and received this was the reply:
"Dear Customer,
Your order has been shipped on 3/1/2013 10:23:24 PM. As live tracking numbers are only available for free for orders beyond $15 in value, there is no live tracking available for your order.
Please don't worry，maybe your package is delayed in transit, we will follow it up until you received your package.
Would you mind waiting 10-15 days with patience and see if it will arrive?
Your understanding and patience is highly appreciated!
Yours Sincerely,
Customer Service"
I had already given a grace period of almost double the delivery time and complained about this, requested a refund but was just told:
"Delays are usually caused by a backlog of packages or delays in Customs. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation with us. You won't get any loss for your order."
Having no choice but to wait, I waited, patiently, up until it was 50+ days later. There was no follow up as stated before so I requested a refund again.
I was then asked to confirm my shipping address, so I confirmed it... After hearing no response after 2 hours, I used LiveChat to inquire about my ticket to be told that I would have to wait 14 hours as it was now after office hours there and no-one could help me.
Today (26th April 2013), I received a reply!! A reply that said I must wait another 4-5 days!!!
At this point in time, my ticket is still open and I am still waiting for a refund.
I am just very grateful that I tested DealExtreme first with a small order.

Havde bestil et iPhone skin, og det kom mellem 14-21 dagen, og var helt i top. Ingen problemer.
Vil klart anbefale siden til andre, og så har de et stort udvalg af billige varer!.

Good service, sometimes problems with quality, but overall I'm happy
I'm using DX from 2009. There is a veriety of choice, usually with good prices, a little bit higher than Ebay, but you have better customer support, forums and reviews for each product.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to deliver the package to Poland. I had a problem two times - two packages came broken on arrival, and DX gave me money back - I really appreciate it.
Sometimes the description is missing or the quality is a lottery, and noone knows the details, even the stuff - this is the worst thing on DX.

Kina-ting til Kina-priser
What you see is what you get.
Jeg har købt en hel del kabler på siden, bl.a. HDMI og diverse lydkabler, og de virker fuldstændig efter hensigten - også flere år efter ankomsten til Danmark.
Og selvom et produkt skulle gå i stykker, er det svært at være synderligt utilfreds over det. Priserne er nemlig så absurd lave, at du har råd til at købe 10 eksemplarer af varen, før det nærmer sig, hvad du skulle have givet for selvsamme vare i Danmark.
Samtidig er leveringen gratis, så ingen reservationer herfra.
Bemærk dog:
1. Levering tager 3-4 uger, så hvis du har travlt, er dealextreme.com næppe noget for dig.
2. Du må maks. købe for 80 kr. pr. forsendelse. Mellem 80-1.150 kr. skal der betales moms og importgebyr. Dealextreme er fantastisk til mindre køb, mens der skal regnes en del mere på det, hvis du planlægger at bruge for over 80 kr.

It has a very responsible support. So you might be sure that your problems will be solved. Sometimes the shipping is delayed for some time. But if you don't want to wait a lot you should first of all ask support team about the availability of the item.

Dealextreme carries a wide range of interesting product. I always can find what I need on their website. Their customer support was fast and helpful. They send me a replacement unit without any hassle after original one was damaged in transportation. Will definitely shop there again and again.

Very nice!
I've been a costumer on DX since 2010, and it has improved a lot since then. The shipping can be a problem, and I had stuff delivered in over 90 days, but they always have nice solutions for their costumers. I strongly recommend testing the site, because the prices are oftently lower then usual, and you can choose the best option due to qualifications from other clients.

Amazing site, not only do they carry many interesting original, quality products of reknown brands like bandai at a better price than most places, but their offer of free shipping makes it a truly valuable resource, particularly for foreign shoppers like me who hardly get to buy import items at retail price.
