Very professional customer service and fast order processing
I had a very helpful staff on the telephone to complete my payment by bank transfer. The order was dispatched within a few hours of the same day.
The articles are of very good quality, exactly as advertised on the website, and at a much cheaper price.
I liked the way that I could follow up in live time the order processing on the website client account interface.
I will definitely order again from this website, and would like to thank once more the nice customer service whom I spoke to, when completing my order over the phone.

Great site, good quality, Cheap
I highly recommend this site, as I live in Australia I was a little weary of being ripped off. But i have now used this site twice with no problems at all. The product quality is high, and delivery to Australia was approx 10 working days which is excellent.
I will definately be ordering a lot more from this site

Amazing and cheap, exactly what I wanted
No problem with this site at all, easy to use, easy to buy from, and it comes in perfect timing.
It did take more time than I expected for the parcel to be delivered, but I'm a uni student and we have to collect our post from the uni sorting office, and they are extremely slow at sorting all the parcels out, and so I reckon it was there waiting for me but they hadn't sorted it.
Apart from that small little thing, everything was perfect and I would definitely use this site again if I ever need anything from it!

Excellent customer focus, they listen to you and give sensible answers.
I phoned them up as I had been let down by another company (originally wanted to order from Devil wear but they were out of stock), nothing was too much trouble. Placed order and goods dispatched same day - received in time for my son to take away with him.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good prices and fast delivery!

Lower prices hiked by high shipping, innapropriate courier, item arrived badly packaged andamaged
I innititally bought from them as the item had sold out on another site. I was happy to find the item cheaper by £10, but then most of the way through checkout I found the only courier option for delivery was £9! I bought it anyway as I didn't have another option.
It was delivered a day late by a courier I hadnt heard of. I work full time so I missed the delivery. I rang the courier to rearrange delivery, and they told me they couldn't redeliver outside my working hours, on a Saturday, or to my work address!! Absolutely ridiculous, but not the fault of the courier. Devilwear should realise that some people work fulltime and cannot wait in all day on a weekday for a package.
My only option was to pick up the package by getting a lift to the depot - on a business park miles out of town, so I had to stump up extra for fuel!
When I received the item, an expensive skateboard, it was only wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and had torn at the end - meaning my skateboard, a present, was scuffed and scraped.
After the hassle with the courier I decided I was lucky to get the board at all and decided to call it quits.
NEVER AGAIN, AVOID.
I've also read alot of online reviews about some online website service they provode that they have ripped people off through - if I had read those first I wouldn't have purchased in the first place.

Fantastic jeans at an unbeatable price
My son loves these jeans. We bought his first pair from a Jack and Jones store and paid over £60 for them. With DevilWear, we bought an identical pair for less than £40 - I'm much more comfortable with that price! Add to that fast delivery at a reasonable price and you can see why I rate this transaction 5stars.

Great price fast delivery!
Ordered a coat that was £90 RRP, and £73 elsewhere online for £40 plus postage. Fantastic deal, very impressed with Devilwear, will be shopping there again.

Almost Perfect
I sell online and DW give excellent support from there online "live chat" to quick prompt delivery to my customers..........they are almost perfect in my mind, i would say 98%.
The only thing that stops them being perfect for me is they do not have an RSS Feed that suits my main way of selling which currently is via Ebay. It remains a major task each night checking individual listings to amend the levels of stock. This one thing is a real irritant and restricts my thinking with regards to expanding and adding more of DW's products to my inventory which would benefit both myself and DW's profit levels.........so come on DW let's have an Ebay RSS Feed please

All good but longer shipping time
All the service was really good,the only bad thing is that we wait for two t-shirts more time than what was said(pheraps is because of easter's holiday).Also the sizes were strange and it' s a bit difficult to find the right one.

Great service, superb selection
Recently bought a jacket from Devilwear, great price compared to other websites.
When the jacket arrived it had a tear in the collar, I e-mailed Devilwear and received a reply almost instantly telling me how to return the jacket.
Within two days Devilwear had e-mailed asking if I wanted a full refund or another jacket, and within another two days I had a replacement jacket.

Fast shipping to germany, nice product, bad website
The website didnt look too trustworthy and at first and wasnt that easy to use in terms of usability. But in the end, im happy to finally have my favorite cap.
It was cheap, the shipping was quite fast and i can only recommend the shop

Ok but a few bad points
I bought a jacket for ny husband that he had been searching for for ages. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. There was no choice of colour when I ordered it online so presumed it would be black as advertised. We could not send it back as there was no returns form or label in the package. He does wear it, and it is a lovely jacket, but I'm disappointed as we could not send it back.

Orderd two von zipper tees and one hoody , the hoody and one of the tees came the next day even after i went for the cheapest shipping option.
One of my tees was put of stock i got the email almost istantly saying that i could have any other tee at the same price! again it arrived the day after .

I found Devilwear during a google search for a particular product. They had the product available, and it arrived within the time stated. The only downside for me was having to pay p&p. Good service!
