Thank you for the excellent service the plug and play was worth having installed, bar a small hiccup regards collection of old TV which was duly resolved we are highly delighted with the Samsung 37 inch LED TV and look to many years of good watching.

Very good service
I was pleased to find all the makes and models of TVS I was thinking of buying were available from Direct Tvs. I was even happier when I noticed the price was better than else where. I was stunned when the TV arrived on time the very next day without issues or excuses and worked right out of the box without any faults.
I was offered various optional packages for a fee of course, which I felt was a nice touch.
There was an issue with a fraud check that had me filled with dread that a simple order was about to become a nightmare but my bank and Direct TV just sorted it out nice and quickly. It became a none issue very quickly. Apparently we customers do not buy TVs that often... who would have guessed :D
The quoted price did change at midnight just before I ordered it which was just my luck, but the price still beat other stores offers so I still got a bargin. I would recommend double checking prices just before you buy for this reason.
I would also recommend spending some time browsing whats available because you can get some great TVs for reasonable prices with kick ass features. So take your time, browse whats on offer.
Its hard not to like Direct TV when even their disappointments are good news for us customers.
If they sell the new Humax HD Freeview box, I'll be back to pick up one of them from Direct TV later in the year.

Hassle-free TV
I couldn't believe the price of the TV I ordered compared to certain other sites which were up to twice the price.
Only hitch came with the delivery driver who couldn't find my address, left a message on my work phone (on a Saturday morning!) then gave up. I had to wait for another week as they only delivered to my area on certain days.
Apart from that, no complaints.

Absolutely fabulous
My new Samsung LED TV arrived bang on time. The price was by far cheaper than any other dealer. The whole buying process was a very pleasant experience and I unresrvedly recommend Directtvs.co.uk

Absolutely Fantastic Service
I ordered my LED TV on Wednesday Night and it arrived with me first thing Friday Morning. The service I recieved has been the best I have had from any Company. I can only highly recommend direct TVs. Very impressed.

Great Service from start to finish
I was looking for a Sony HD Freeview TV. I found one on direct TVs' website and phoned to enquire about stock availability. Was advised that to take advantage of Sony's free 5 year guarantee I would have to collect the tv, but that they would reserve one for me. As it wasn't too far away, agreed to collect. TV was waiting for me and sale completed within a few minutes. No complaints at all about directTVs, or about product, which worked out of the box without problem.

Perfect
Our old TV gave up at 3pm on Wednesday. I placed an order with directtvs at 4:00pm, and our new TV arrived in time for our 3 year old to watch Chuggington at 8:30am on Thursday. I make that 17.5 hours without a TV. We survived. Just.

Super fast delivery
Despite requesting the free delivery option that can take up to 10 days, the goods arrived the next day (today) and were exactly as ordered. Also, goods were delivered to a work address without quibble. First class service. Thanks.

Very happy with service
Fast delivery, no hassle, good value for money.
We ordered a tv with a scratch so it was reduced, but I still can't find where the scratch is! it looked like new!

i rang customer services and was given the information that i needed for the products i was looking at they were very well informed about technical dater and price and compaired other products about same price range,staff polite and nothing seemed too much trouble, placed order payed and was sent confirmation email almost straight away, pick up products within1 hour and all was straitforward,would recomend to all.

Fantastic experience
Direct tvs were great when contacted by phone they were more than happy to help. The delivery was really fast recieved the t.v within 2 days which was in perfect condition and I have had no problems what so ever with it. Would deffinately buy from again.

Excellent service!!! Easy purchase, Very quick delivery and the TV that i bought is tremendous. Can't fault direct tvs! I had never heard of them before but would gladly use them in the future and have recommended to friends and family!

very good Service
I didnt know about directtv before I was just shopping around for my CINEMA SYSTEM. When I phoned in to order CINEMA SYSTEM unfortunately my credit finished and they call me back immediately that was awesome, It arrived ontime the next day.
The product is fanatastic, the price was right while other stores e.g currys, argos price were higher.

1st Class Service
Having previously used one of directtvs.co.uk sister companies I had no reservations in using directtvs.co.uk.
The price was the best by some margin on top of which they provided a well spec'd blu-ray player for free.
The order was picked and despatched quickly and with no issues
All in all a great on-line shopping experience :-)

Excellent Service and Speedy Delivery
I ordered a Samsung LED TV on the Sunday Night and despite having problems with my credit card (not Directtvs fault) one phone call to them on the Moday morning sorted the issue and the TV arrived at 7.30am on the Tuesday. Excellent and efficient customer service.

Awesome price - good service
I rang up and talked to somebody in the morning about purchasing a TV. Luckily the TV I had wanted was in stock and on deal. If I went into collect the TV I also got a 5 year warranty so a bargain.
I got there and was out within 5 mins.

Quality service
The television I ordered was an excellent price compared to other suppliers.
Delivery was free and very, very quick.
The customer support staff were extremely helpful and sorted out a self-inflicted problem with no fuss whatsoever - I accidently ordered 2 televisons and they amended the order and made sure I didn't get 2 delivered and I got my refund quickly.
I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

A very happy customer
I bought an LG HD tv, adjustable wall-mounted bracket and HDMI lead. I rang to place the order and the person who dealt with my call was very helpful, polite and chatty. He even went to check that the bracket I was ordering would fit the tv. The goods were delivered the next day, were packaged well and in perfect condition. I'm extremely happy with my new tv.

Excellent service, recommended
The salesman who I spoke to was great, very straightforward and informative and arranged the reservation and collection of the TV I was ordering. Following the call to I very quickly received my email order confirmation containing all the details I required. The service when I visited them to collect was also excellent, all points were covered wthout any unnecessary hard sell. All in all I was very pleased with the product, its pricing and the service, and would not hesitate to recommend direct tvs.

Superb Service!
When the website informed me there was an issue with what I was trying to order and re-directed me to call the Customer Service Centre I thought here we go!
Not a bit of it. My call was answered immediately, I was given great technical advice allowing me to make an extra purchase and the on-line discount was extended to my order. Order was placed at 1.00pm and I was shocked to open my door to the courier making delivery at 8.20 the next morning. Fantastic service, thank you!

Brilliant Service
I ordered the TV at about 6.30pm and it arrived before 10.00am the next day. I would recommend to anyone, in fact my neighbour has already used directtvs with the same result.

Fantastic service
My TV arrived on the date I specified, confirmed by e-mail. I had a call on the day to say they were on the way - on time which meant no waiting around. The tv is exactly as described, and a real bargain too. I will definitely use this company again.
