Very serious web store: large choice, best brands are available, ultra fast delivery to France and order threatment. I can recommand this store to anyone. I would also add that after sale service is very reactive.

The Nort Face McMurdo coat is Brilliant, The service is even better!

We all know that the North Face McMurdo coat is Brilliant, Very warm, waterproof, loads of pockets a great fit. It basically does what it says on the box. A top quality garment with top quality manufacturing techniques. The coat keeps you snug & warm in the lowest temperatures without feeling smothered.

I had never bought anything from e-outdoor previous to this but after reading the reviews I took the plunge and selected the next day delivery option. The communication is outstanding and in my opinion cannot be beaten. I received an email thanking me for the purchase straight away. Another to outline to parcel tracking system and was updated by email on each section of the delivery process. The parcel arriving bang on the time that was due.

A service that is exemplary and well worth a further use.

my order arrived the day after purchase! When i decided to change both the style and the size of the jacket I expected a nightmare but the difference was refunded the next day and my new jacket arrive swiftly after! Can't rate this highly enough!

Ordered a North Face jacket and it was a great product, as expected. And at a great price. Communication regarding delivery was fantastic - ordered Thursday late afternoon and delivered 8.30 Monday morning. Kept in the loop the whole way and given an hour delivery slot too - fab and stress free purchasing.

What a product what a service, my last mountain equipment insulated jacket was purchased in 1982 and only in the last couple of years has it given up the ghost, this new lightline is the biz a sort of direct decendent of my last coat when I put it on it felt like a trusty old friend.
e-outdoor are fantastic the jacket arrived the day after I ordered it you can not beat that for service. well done mountain equipment and well done e-outdoor.

Get it right first time !

I ordered a pair of boots online and received 2 right boots.
These were promptly replaced, with an apology, but it was a hassle sending them back etc

Brilliant customer service

The product I bought was the wrong size, I returned it for a refund as the correct size was not available. I received an email the day after returing the product to say the refund had been processed - that is what you call superb service!! I will certainly use e-outdoor again.

I was searching for a great deal on Barbour Jackets and I found this website by accident after clicking on a link. They have a great selection of products with very competitive prices and very reasonable postage costs. I was delighted with the service and my new jacket. I have already shared this company with my sister and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others too.

Excellent service from e-outdoor.com, let down by delivery company

By far the best deal on the Lowe daysack bought for my wife and very prompt despatch by e-outdoor.com.

However, the delivery company were hard work to deal with, ignoring the request to "leave with a neighbour" despite me selecting this option in response to the delivery arrangement email. In the end, I had to settle for it being delivered to my place of work a couple of days later!

However, that's a minor issue and I know what to do next time we place an order!

I ordered a Berghaus coat from e-outdoors and was kept up-to-date about the status of the delivery on a regular basis - right up until the coat was delivered. Excellent service.

One hour delivery time was smack on time

Item arrived right in the middle of the forecast delivery time. This was very helpfully as I could plan my day accordinally. The Annaperna Jacket was up to the excellent high standard of Mountain Equipment who in my opinion is the premier outdoor clothing company.

Excellent customer service

Bought an item which it turned out was the wrong size. The item was delivered super quick and in first class condition. e-outdoor received the returned item and no quibble at all credited my account immediately. Good customer service in this day and age of internet shopping is crucial but not always forthcoming. e-outdoor stand head and shoulders above a large number of other internet retailers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unacceptable that this site would accept orders

I tried to order a set of outdoor bowls on this web site and although they charge my account with the cost they refunded three days later saying "The web page should not have been available"
Time was wasted in ordering these and I find that taking the order and money totally
unacceptable
They have even sent me an email sating "Thanks again for your order from White+Bishop; we hope that you enjoy owning the things you bought as much as we enjoyed choosing them for the store."!!!!!
How bad is that??????
