Service with a Smile
I was trying to purchase a Yamaha RXV675 Amp and tried various shops to be told that the Amp had been delayed until the early part of June. I then tried Electric Shop who actually had one in stock. I checked this with them to make sure it was the new model, for which I received confirmation that it was. I then ordered it and paid for Special Delivery and had the Amp the following day. Excellent Service.

First class service and prices
Excellent company to deal with. Ordered on line, called within 24 hours to arrange suitable delivery time and day and delivered as agreed. Price was also best on offer so very happy customer all round!

Good price and service, but non-existing packaging for expensive & fragile item.
I ordered a Humax HDR1000S Freesat PVR from ElectricShop. This was my first ever order with them. I chose ElectricShop as they were the cheapest reputable store I could find on the web. Order communication was good, and the item arrived promptly today.
However, when I opened the grey mail bag, I was very disappointed to discover that this item had just been shipped in its retail packaging, and not in a box. This is not ideal for fragile products that contain HDDs. I actually ordered a YouView box direct from Humax last week, and that was sent in a strong cardboard box and packed with additional airbags to insulate the product from the inevitable rough handling by couriers.
If Humax ship their products like this, then so should resellers of their products.

Great Service Every Step of the Way
Bought the Fagor SPOUT7GF Freestanding Spoutnik Microwave which I am so pleased about. It looks so trendy in my kitchen!! Navigating around the website was so easy and I love paying via paypal & this online shop allows that so I am well pleased.
Next to John Lewis, I am happy to use this site again and again.

Very good service, happy to recommend
Ordered 2 food processors on a bank holiday. Was phoned soon after to check I had meant to order 2 & hadn't made a (expensive) mistake. Was also offered a choice of delivery days, the soonest being just 2 days later. Was impressed with this service - very professional. Have already recommended the website to friends & family.

Exceeded my expectations
I ordered from this company as I would from any other Internet company. However the service I received was much better than the norm.
I provided a credit card with an old address on. Not only did they check before confirming the order, but the item arrived, via a decent cordite, very quickly - and with good communication too!
I'm VERY impressed with the service and pleased with the price.

NO PROBLEMO
I purchased this online sunday,received courtesy call from a member of staff to confirm that the item would be delivered on the following wednesday. The item was delivered at approx 10am, The item being an lg nb2520a soundbar was nicely packaged and was undamaged. Excellent service and delivery by the electric shop would not hesitate to use them again.

Shown as in stock but wasn't even being sold.
Odered a Panasonic Soundbar based on price and availability. Shown as in stock and when I received my email confirmation that also showed in stock. I was suspicious when I didn't receive a order has been despatched follow up so contacted electricshop to be told they didn't sell that model any more. Touch and go now if I will get the soundbar from another source in time to give as a christmas present.

Not a happy experience
Cooker was damaged on delivery. Replacement also damaged and had to wait another 2 weeks for engineer to call with replacement part.
Customer service department very helpful and efficient liaising with delivery company and manufacturer but I would not use Eletricshop.com again or recommend as the cooker should have been replaced by them within a few days. Buck effectively passed to manufacturer!

We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the service provided. The situation was most unfortunate the first appliance was damaged and the delivery note had been signed to confirm this and the appliance was replaced.
The replacement was reported damaged the day after the delivery, and the delivery note made no mention of any damage. Therefore on this occasion with your agreement we contacted the manufacturer to see if they would assist. We understand the engineer visited yesterday to replace the damaged splash panel.

Good Price; Poor Delivery
The price and the availability of the product from Electricshop was great. However the delivery service would not specify a delivery time and we had to arrange for one of us to stay in the house for the full day in order to accept the delivery. We would have been better off paying a higher price on the high street and taking it home with us. This would have saved us from wasting a day waiting for the delivery.

Easy process, but a bit longer than expected
Ordering online was easy and email communication updating me on the status of the order was fairly regular. My only gripe was with the time taken for delivery. We were originally told 7-10 days and received a phone call on day 13 to inform us that the earliest possible delivery would be the following Monday (day 19). After I kicked up a bit of a fuss I was told the delivery could be made on the Friday (day 16), which was fortunately the last day that wouldn't have caused a delay to our kitchen build.
Easy to order, simple delivery process (I wasn't at home so my contractor accepted the order on my behalf), but unrealistic timescales when items aren't in stock.

Excellent service, good value, delivered on time.
Needed to replace a Bosch steam generator iron which had failed after many years use. Went to the Electricshop website, found a replacement, at a price far better than Argos, ordered on line, advised of delivery. Product delivered on time as promised.
Agreat service from a highly professional company would highly recommend them.

Zanussi the Appliance of Cooking
This black smooth cooking hob is just what the doctor ordered for a non complicated cook. It is very simple to use and well engineered for installation.
It took two of us approximately twenty minutes to install into an existing opening. So from removal of the old hob to reconnection and then installation just twenty minutes.
The areas heat up very quickly and being different sizes means there is no lost heat or over working to heat bigger pans, etc.

Dishwasher, delivery.
The price of the dishwasher was fantastic, the online shopping a doddle.
What I must of missed was the delivery instructions. Didn't check the email.
Dishwasher delivered 10 days later. I don't like washing pots.

Amazing customer service.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with The Elwctric shop. Not only did I get a great deal on my product, I received a phone call as promised to arrange delivery. Parcel arrived on date as promised. Cannot fault service in any way. Would recommend to a friend.

product good and excellent value
very disappointed with delivery as this was a day later than specified after taking a day off work. I was originally told deliveries were till 4.00pm I telephoned the office at 3.50 and was told the items would be with me that day as deliveries did not finish until 6.00pm. I telephoned again at 5.50 and was given the telephone number of the couriers. I phoned them and was told that the delivery van had broken down that morning and that the items would not be dilivered until the following day, I asked why no one had thought to contact me and was told it wasn't in their policy to do so. I would'nt mind but the items were not for me but for my 87 year old uncle.

I ordered a TV with electricshop.com at 8am. I was phoned about 1130 to arrange delivery. The TV arrived 2 days later.
The price was lower than any others I had seen for the same product.The service and delivery were the best I have encounted in a very long time.If this company keeps these standards, I would recommend them for anything you need.

Good service
The phone call the night before to say the Belling range would be delivered the next morning by 7.30 am, and to their word it came ready for the workmen to assemble. Which was very good service.
