easy, free and excellent service
Envirophone was recommended by a family member. I was dubious about using the site, but found the site easy to use and was very pleased with the option to get Argos vouchers. I would definitely use them again to sell old mobiles and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell/ recycles old mobile phones.

Good price, quick delivery and easy to use.
I have had excellent service from this site. The website was easy to use, fast delivery for the postage label and easy instructions for posting items.
It was really nice that they texted me once they have received the phone and quick delivery of my payment. I would definitely use this site again.

Quick process, received generous payment

Thanks for your prompt service envirophone. The pack that came with an prepaid envelope was easy to understand and simple to use. You kept me up to date with emails telling me when you had received my phone and when to expect my cheque in the post.

iddy bitty okey dokey
I had two old phones at home no one was using so I went on line and used envirofone .It was simple to do my only problem was it took ages between posting my Phones and getting the cheque which I only received today !!
The price jus went down and I kept getting emails asking me were the phones were but at least I got €10 for my two phones so it was ok would recommend them jus be prepared for wait and lots of emails.

Because your phones were sent from Ireland it takes a little bit longer to get to us than UK post. You also chose cheque which is the slowest payment method, but we also offer bank transfers which would clear into your account within 3 working days.

First rate service
My mum had told me that she'd cashed a cheque for me, but turns out she'd lost it in a pile of papers only to find it 9 months later. Envirofone reissued the cheque, no hassle at all! First class service, highly recommend. Envirofone also gave me the best price for my phone.

Very easy service and very quick!!
Couldn't believe how easy it was to use envirofone!! Typed in the make of my phone and was given a price! Filled out my details and was sent out an envelope within a couple of days! Packaged my phone and sent it via special delivery!! Was sent emails to inform me my phone had been received and when it had been checked and confirmed the amount I would received! Within a few days I had the money in my bank! Overall very satisfied customer and have already recommended to friends and family!!

a reasonable price and quick transaction.
I wonder if, had I sood privately I couod have got a little more money. But for the convenience of just clicking a button and getting the money it's hassle free. Wouldn't risk free postage though.

An easy straight-forward transaction, entered phone got estimated value, pack received in a couple of days, sent phone by special delivery as was recommended due to high value. Got an update a few days later to say when cheque would be despatched - simple as that.

Fast, brilliant service
Postal details arrived the following day after setting up account on Envirofone and what phone I was wishing to sell. I checked my status of my account a few days later - payment pending. As I hadn't received a email to say they had received the phone, I noticed there was an online chat service available. The lady was very helpful, checked my account, explained I would receive an email that day, the phone had been received and checked and gave me a date of when the cheque would be posted out - and it arrived on time! All in in a brilliant service considering the phone had some value and I was worried about losing it in the post and being conned. Fantastic would not hesitate to use Envirfone again.

Easy to find phone and clear price shown for trade in. Got envelope within two days, and again within couple of days of sending phone had confirmation e mail.follow up quick too. Cheque within a week. Thank you but wish you'd give just a wee bit for older phones

very efficient
It was my second time using envirofone with high end phones. I knew I would have made slightly more selling my phone privately, but who has time for all that time wasting. Envirofone was fast
Stress free and reliable. I had the cash in my account within a week. I can't recommend envirofone enough.I will be using it the next time I change phone.

No worries
No problems at all with this company. I stupidly left it a couple of days before following through with the transaction (I had 2 phones to sell) and the price dropped by about £8 which was disappointing so I won't leave it that long the next time I get an upgrade but that wasn't the company's fault, I just didn't want to part with the phones immediately my upgrade was in my hands (the "what-if" syndrome kicked in!). The whole transaction was smooth and I had the cheque within a very short period of time. I'll be using them again.

Quick and easy
A quick and easy service! I put in the phone details, received a jiffy bag, sent it back and received payment within a week. Excellent! One minor point, the value of the phone reduced by £20 from the first time I looked at the website to when I actually sent it off. I expect this is because of how quickly phones become outdated - so my tip - don't hesitate! When you have a new phone, sent off your old one quickly for the best payment!
