Aspetto da 3 mesi!!!

Salve,
Ho ordinato una borsa il 24 febbraio e dopo esattamente 3 mesi ancora non l'ho ricevuta!!
Alle mie richieste di informazioni, mi hanno risposto chiedendomi di aspettare ogni venerdi, per sperare che i fornitori avessero inviato loro la merce.
Dopo 3 mesi ho proposto di annullare l'ordine, ma non ho ricevuto ancora alcuna risposta.
Speravo di avere trovato un buon sito sul quale fare i miei acquisti di qualità, ma al momento non ho né la borsa, né mi fido piú di questo continuo rimandare di settimana in settimana.
Sarebbe molto più serio e professionale riconoscere di non poter accontentare un cliente piuttosto che portare una situazione avanti per bene tre mesi...e oltre!!!!

Я сделала 2 заказа один 29 апреля, другой 1 мая, до сих пор ни один из них не отправлен, на письма они отвечают обещаниями что на этой неделе отправят, итак уже 22 дня, еще хватае наглости говорить что по контракту 20 дней не прошло!!! Не знаю отправят они мне заказ или нет, но я буду добиваться либо заказа либо возврата денег, так как заказ на сумму 2080евро!!! Когда вы отправите мои заказы, я обязательно напишу хороший отзыв!

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв мы понимаем его разочарование, но 20 рабочих дней означает, с понедельника по пятницу за исключением государственных любой партия контролировала то порядок 29 апреля истекает срок поставки понедельник за то, что rigiarda порядка 01 Времена могут доставки истекает среду, 29 апреля.

Таким образом, мы совершенно по доставке и мы просим вас исправить вашу отзыв, поскольку это не отражает истину.

Servizio lento ma merce perfetta.

Non il servizio di se per se, ho scritto una volta sola al customr care e mi hanno risposto, lenta la spedizione. Scrivono 15 giorni e sono stati 17, sarebbe più bello però avere il prdototo ordinato più velocemente. Comunque polo Moncler ricevuta (e provata l'autenticità con la telefonata), soddisfatta e specialmente soddisfatto il marito!! :)

Delayed, not keeping promise and very very slow

Yes, thank you, finally you have admitted that you are slow. Maybe you have another standard in your country, but a delay of 11 WEEKS in delivery/refund is not acceptable elsewhere. Especially when it is stated clearly in your conditions that you will deliver the goods in 10 days upon order and refund in 30 days upon applying for reimbursement, which you have both failed to achieve.

To comment on your feedback:

1. I did not tell anyone not to buy from you. I simply tell everybody what we have been through and seek solution to get our money back from you. We are still working with police to build the fraud case by the way.

2. We have received email from you promising refund several times in the last 2.5 weeks but nothing happened. We haven't seen any bank confirmation as you promised. So we tried to make a new order to see if you will be more willing to be an 'honest' merchant if we ask for goods instead of money directly. And now you have again promised us and again nothing happened on the date you have promised, which has actually helped with our case.

3. Yes, we are a small retailer. We checked your policy when placing the order and the policy stated that retailer can order up to 10 goods per order. We have followed your rule. I don't think the new policy you have recently changed applies to our order placed 6 months ago.

4. Talking about following policy, have you followed your policy regarding the delivery / refund lead time?

5. I choose to leave message here since this seems to be the only way (except prosecution) to get your attention and get some feedback (though only empty words until now) from you.

6. Last but not least, your manager has promised us again that you will send us bank confirmation latest last night but there is nothing until now.

There use to be a long text in this post, and I decided to make a short version for anyone who is interested.

We have placed several orders last year. Fashion queen was not able to deliver all the goods so we have required for refund in cash. We have the refund confirmation email from fashionqueen on 23/1 this year.

After that we have neither received the refund nor any goods from fashion queen. They were not even answering our email for a month. Then we started posting here on Trustpilot but only received empty feedback on this website, not even via personal email. After we have announced that we are approaching the police to build a fraud case here on 22/4, fashion queen started to answer our email, but 3 weeks have passed since then what we have received were only empty promises.

Ho fatto un ordine un mese fa e ancora ricevo risposte molto evasive del tipo:il suo ordine è in preparazione oppure il suo ordine sarà evaso entro l'inizio della prossima settimana,ho aspettato a lungo,un mese è tanto e oggi mi hanno chiesto ancora di aspettare l'inizio della settimana prossima.Questo doveva essere un regalo per una persona e nn so + cosa dirle sulla fine del suo regalo....credo proprio che se lunedi non avrò la conferma della spedizione prenderò provvedimenti

Trustpilot ha pensato che fosse corretto ripostare la sua recensione anche se secondo noi ( come dettoci al telefono) non era di toni corretti in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna sua email di cancellazione.

Terribile esperienza!

Sono estremamente delusa dal servizio e terrorizzata poiché ho una richiesta di rimborso e un ordine ancora in corso! Non rispondono alle email, prendono sempre tempo ...non è assolutamente un sito da consigliare! Faccio regolarmente acquisti su internet ma questo è il peggior sito che mi sia capitato. Come si fa a non rendersi conto che la pubblicità così negativa va solo a loro discapito??? Sono tre giorni di seguito che scrivo per avare notizie sul rimborso del mio ordine annullato (per via del ritardo enorme nella consegna) e sulla spedizione di una borsa pagata profumatamente...Credo che presto mi rivolergerò ad un legale.

Egregia Signora Squeo,

Grazie per la sua recensione, capiamo il suo disappunto ma troviamo altrettanto di cattivo gusto per un ritardo nella consegna mettere in discussione più d'un anno un cui lei ha fatto regolari acquisti da noi senza problemi.

In questo modo è troppo facile sparare a dosso , capisco se avessimo sempre sbagliato ma è capitato solo una volta con conseguente cancellazione avvenuta il 29/04 e come ampiamente ben scritto sui nostri termini e condizioni i tempi di rimborso sono al massimo 30 giorni e sinceramente non sembra che siamo già alla fine di Maggio, in merito al suo ordine ancora d'evadere , capiamo e stiamo facendo il massimo per evadere entro la fine della settimana.

Per ultimo le vorrei anche far presente che la richiesta di recensione pervenuta da Trust Pilot non era inerente agli ordini da lei elencati ma a quelli della sciarpa Gucci che ha regolarmente ricevuto.

MOST DISAPPOINTING ONLINE SERVICE EVER

I am extremely disappointed by the service offered by FASHIONQUEEN.NET.
I had to send almost 75 e-mails to arrange a full refund of an item I never received because it was of bad quality and they decided not to send it to me.
I put the order on 22 January 2013 and only today (08 May 2013) I got my money back.
I would never recommend this site to a friend or relative of mine and I will never buy anything from them even if it is for FREE!!!!!!

Grazie per la sua recensione, di sicuro ne faremo un grande tesoro per migliorarci, purtroppo con il cambio dalla collezione invernale a quella estiva abbiamo avuto un pò di ritardi nell'evasione di tutti gli ordini , in merito alla sua polo Moncler controlliamo immediatamente, ma le suggeriamo anche di contattare il nostro Customer care che dal 8 Aprile non ha più ricevuto sue email.

In merito alla Originalità della calzatura Hogan, noi mettiamo la mano sul fuoco ma quando avrà avuto la perizia la preghiamo anche di postarla qui su Trust Pilot e certi del suo esito siamo sicuri che metterà anche 5 stelle.

Ich habe in Dezember vergangenen Jahres ein Gürtel bestellt. Nach hundertmal e-mails und Briefe schreiben habe ich bis heute noch weder mein Geld noch die Ware. Das einzige was mir übrig bleibt meinen Anwalt einzuschalten.

Ordine 34285 del 25 febbraio - aspettavo per 2 mesi poi ho chiesto rimborso - finora non ho ricevuto!!!!!
Ordine 35480 del 23 marzo - finora non ho ricevuto!!!
Alle mie numerose richieste ogni volta rispondevano che viene fatto "entro fine settimana", e sono passate parecchie di queste settimane!! e adesso non rispondono alle email!!!

In merito alla sua recensione capiamo il suo disappunto e ne siamo spiaciuti , ma vorremmo qui di seguito rispondere hai suoi quesiti, anche se da un nostro controllo interno risulta che le abbiamo sempre risposto in modo regolare manca solo quella della giornata di oggi, purtroppo la legge sulla privacy ci vieta di poter pubblicare qua quanto scritto a testimonianza.

In merito al suo ordine 1770 è stato dopo un tentativo di risoluzione differente cancellato in data 11/04/2013 e come è stato scritto a lei nella medesima data , ma anche come riportato nei nostri termini e condizioni abbiamo un tempo massimo di 30 gg per effettuare il rimborso e siamo sicuri che entro la fine della settimana verrà eseguito.

In merito all'ordine 2385 siamo in forte ritardo e qui ne siamo molto rattristiti ed il customer care sta operando al massimo per far si che entro la fine della settimana riceva la sua consegna.
