only let down by there courier service not delivering when said

Such wonderful customer service
I ordered the wrong sander and requested to return and have the right one sent. My call was handled so well by a very helpful person who answered my call. Arrangements were made to collect the unwanted sander at the same time as the delivery of the new one the very next day. A partial refund was made for the difference the day after that. I would certainly use this company again.

Great range, great prices and great service.
Ordered a few times from FFX now and they have always been very keenly priced compared to the competition. They have a huge range including all the top brands. Orders have always been delivered promptly, and DPD give a 1 hour delivery estimate which is great if you have to wait in for for delivery. Only slight criticism is the website can be a bit difficult to search and navigate at first.

A company that care.
My parcel was delayed by DPD (who I find are normally very good). I emailed both DPD and FFX, letting them know about my issue, DPD were quick to rectify the problem, and FFX followed up with a courtesy email, to ensure I was happy with the resolution.
You can really tell the caliber of a company when things go a bit wrong. Both DPD and 'Tom' @ FFX showed that they care about their customers. What more can I ask for...
...ok, I want great prices too - and on this occasion, FFX beat the competition hands down.
I will certainty be using them again.

I would highly recommend ffx to anyone who want to get the best experience from buying tools on internet. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. All aspects of internet trade are of the highest standards. At the moment (May 2013) I can not find cheaper prices online.

Fairly priced with good customer service
A pair of Knipex Cobras and a Bacho 10" adjustable cheaper than anywhere else !
The hammer and screwdriver you could get at the same price, but as i was ordering off this site anyway i threw them in. Free postage as well as a multiple items discount.
Will probably use FFX tools again.

This store is exemplar - other retailers ought to take note at just how it should be done!
I'm usually wary of retailer's claims, misleading pricing and possibly false reviews, but FFX really does offer top quality goods at great prices. Easy to navigate website, unbeatable prices, simple ordering and checkout, regular updates and arrived well packaged the next day! The tool is top quality too.
I hate cliche's - but I really couldn't ask for more! I'll certainly be shopping at FFX again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Brilliant!
Looked around locally for the Makita LXT Combo set then online. FFX were by far the best on price, also i ordered it on a Monday night and it was in my hands on site on Wednesday afternoon. Excellent.

Cheaper and quicker than Amazon !
I've recently discovered FFX - what a find !
I'm a very frequent Amazon customer, but a few purchases lately have come from FFX - a circular saw, clamps, and square.
I haven't been disappointed in any way - excellent web site, prices and delivery.
On that basis, will continue to include FFX when shopping around for best prices.
P.S. I have no connection with the FFX organisation whatsoever, apart from purchasing these items from them

pleased but not perfect,,,
great price, good service from seller
only beef was with the courier, always had problems with DPD and usually i avoid
them
comunication was good with them this time and although i had conflicting
delivery dates i decided to get it left with a neighbour
realising one of my neighbours is an arse i tried to get it delivered to where i am
working at the mo,
changed it to this address and despite this and notifing the seller it was delivered
to my house, luckily i was in,,, second delivery too
i had recieved a email to tell me it would be delivered between 4 and 5pm and it
was,,, trouble is i cant get a signal where i am working
as it req a sig,,, how can you sign for it to be left in a safe place at your house
unless they have been and left a miised you card very inefficient

Fantastic with unbelievable prices
