Excellent experience! Efficent and friendly
The memory sticks I ordered looked great and arrived on time. It was my first time to use Flashbay and I think you have a great system and staff - very clear, transparent and efficient. Jack Walton was exceptionally nice to deal with - I appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy but always responded in a timely fashion with out trying to push me into a decision. I also like the option of ordering online or over the phone - sometimes it's nice to deal with people instead of technology.

Very helpful, prompt and delivered what was promised quickly
Mark was very helpful and send a variety of quotes with proofs as to what they would look like with our logo. He was quick to send out the dummy USBs which we were impressed with. He was very patient while my directors decided what they wanted to do, but once a decision was made Mark arranged for the items to be delivered within the timescales promised (A day earlier than promised in fact). Great service, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, lovely product, fast delivery
I spent ages trying to decide on which USB company to go for. I had samples from several - however, the Flashaby samples that I was sent were so much better quality and I received a reply promptly to everything I asked, nothing was too much trouble for them to help me with. Their service was great, the USBs were really fantastic when they arrived very quickly after ordering and my clients love them. I will definitely be ordering again for next year.

Flashbay review and recomendation
Vary pleased with Flashbay they help us out with a very very quick turnaround with a 100 flash drives complete with our logo. Juan was effecent but with a personal touch.

They made sure we were 100% happy with how the product looked
Flashbay were great when we went to them for some branded USB memory sticks. Because of the different shading in our logo, it wasn't possible for them to just print it on to the USB so we had to create a simplified version. They made amendment after amendment as we struggled to get our logo looking as good as possible and were so friendly and helpful the whole time. No amount of chopping and changing was too much for them and they did all they could to help get our logo as perfect as possible. Their patience was unwavering.
They have been a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with the end product.

Within 24 hours of contacting them Juan provided me with a box of prototypes to enable our decision process. They mocked up three or four designs within another 24 hours and 24 hours later we were ready to place the order.
