great products - lousy service!
Still waiting for item 1 month of placing my order for an item that was shown as in stock. Promote their buyers and sack their operations director

SLOW REFUNDS!!!
I returned an item on Thursday August 17th and it arrived to their warehouse in S. Carolina on Monday, August 20th. I contacted them 2 days later about a refund, and they told me to wait 5 days for it. I did so, and when I realized my return wasn't processed on August 28th, I emailed the CS again. They never responded. Typical. Either this company is trying to SCAM me out of my $40, or they're ignoring all my emails. Either way, it looks FP is losing business over this and their Customer Service went from good, to downright garbage. I already filed a claim with PayPal and I WILL file a chargeback with my bank if my money isn't returned to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you like the item enough to keep it, or if you have a FP boutique near you, so you can return the item in-store. I'm never shopping with this website ever again!

LOVE LOVE the fashion! Wish it was more affordable to everyone.
I really really love all your designs and fashion outfits you put together. Each line that comes out I drool over. I found a local place to buy your Free People clothes and was a bit in shock. Nordstrom Rack has your stuff at hefty prices and thats a discount! Don't get me wrong its not that its not worth it. Its just a bit too much. The quality is great and super comfy. I wish I had all the money in the world to buy all your stuff. For now I pick the pieces that make a bang and buy from discount retailers. I'm willing to bet that if you made a more affordable line you would get more customers. Prices from $20-$60 would be perfect. Also do you use fabrics made in the USA? How much do you concentrate on keeping $$ here in the USA? Organic fabric? Fair trade? These things also will bring more customers. Get on the green wagon and start manufacturing sustainably!

How about FP store int San Luis Obispo, CA?
There are a couple boutique stores in downtown San Luis Obispo, CA that carry FP but I feel like I'm missing out on the real experience of a dedicated FP store. I love the brand and now with free shipping on orders $100 and up I will continue to order online but I'd sure love to support our local economy and spend at a FP store here in SLO. Heck, I'd love to work for FP....nearly every outfit I wear consists of a FP item! Please come to San Luis Obispo!

Great clothes, customer service was stellar!
As a guy, I dread going shopping. But Valentine's Day was coming up and Freepeople is my girlfriend's favorite store. So off I went to the Freepeople store. Walking in, I was filled with dread. Yet I left with a bag filled with a cute outfit for my girlfriend which she absolutely loved. Some of her favorite items from Freepeople are their colorful socks and beanie hats, so I picked up 2 pairs of socks and a beanie. I also got her a sweater. The salesgirl were great. They gave me suggestions, yet never hovered, which I really appreciated. I would tell all the guys out there that Freepeople is a great place to shop for your wife or girlfriend. She was very happy when she opened her Valentine's Day present!

FP has amazing style!
I always notice when a girl is wearing Free People clothing. It's an awesome, fashion forward look that is tough to replicate. We could all use a bit more of that boho, whimsical vibe..

Love the selection
Absolutely love the selection. I'm not on a tight budget but I'm not on a big one either and I can always find something. Ships in a pretty reasonable amount of time. Really can't complain.

Great Quality, Great Style, my new go-to
I originally thought Free People wasn't my style until I saw my roommate's amazing looking jeans. This made me re-explore Free People's styles and it's now become my go-to clothing store. Their clothing is perfectly priced for both the design and quality, I have no compliments or regrets of anything I've bought from there. Since wearing Free People, I've converted many of my friends to the brand as my roommate did with me.

Freepeople - Definition of Boho Chic!

I Feel Like a Celeb
Every time I visit my local mall back home, I feel compelled to go into this store. The clothing is absolutely stunning and I always feel like a chic celeb whenever I try clothes on. If you're not into spending over 100 bucks, check out Nordstrom Rack as they've got some deep discounts on Free People clothing.

Unique pieces that I feel great wearing!
Anytime I'm looking for something unique and sure-to-stand-out to wear, I check out Free People's line for the season. The clothes are always a bit different, they fit perfectly, and I feel fantastic wearing them. It's nice to know there's a brand that designs fashionable pieces with personality that are comfortable to wear and incredibly high quality. Can't get enough!

Defines my style
I've loved Free People since I first discovered their clothes at Nordstrom. I love the whole family of brands including Anthropologie. I like to think of them as quality, high end bohemian style clothes. I have never had an issue with the clothing as far as quality goes or with ordering/returning items.

Great customer service!
I ordered a pair of Charles Albert shoes from freepeople.com and they came in a timely fashion in the correct size. I accidentally made my billing address the same as my shipping address and when I realized the mistake, I spoke to customer service and they happily assisted me to get my proper shipping address. I'll definitely be ordering more from them as the whole transaction was easy, even with my minor error that they helped me fix!

Free People always inspires me!

AMAZING clothes but poor customer service online - orders lost, etc.
I love Free people clothing - my favourite in the whole world, BUT I am really unhappy with their customer service. I live in Australia and have had many problems with orders getting lost. Once, the FP website by itself reset my address to my old address. I realised this within 5 minutes of placing the order and contacted customer service. The reply was that they couldn't do anything about it! This is pretty BAD in my opinion!!
Next thing was an order that got lost by the courier; not FPs fault but contributes to the dodgy feeling...
Third thing was an order that was backordered despite showing up as being in stock; 3 weeks later, no update on what is happening despite taking my money...
This is such a shame as I absolutely love the clothes and the quality is amazing.. would love to order again but too scared!!

great great great
I was just browsing to find my absolutely adorable JC Litas and i finally found it on free people. First, i was afraid because i planed to ship it to Germany, and i didn't do something like this before. But everything went well. I ordered, payed and 2 1/2 weeks later and a long humbling process i finally got my Litas. Beautiful packed in a pink plasic and a free people sticker. It was really girly, really lovely. Everything was great and easy. But one thing i really forgot to think about. When the package arrived you have to pay the tax additionally. So you have to bear in mind that if this should be an international shipping, you have to pay those costs too.. First I thought it was included in the price, but this wasn't so. But anyway, I'm confident and happy. Thanks so much free people!
