Great price, nice freebie, no problems.
I ordered the Epiphone ES 339 Limited Edition Pearl Black. Not only was the price competitive, but a free set of Gibson strings thrown in also meant I could arrange a 'before 12 noon delivery' for no extra cost compared to buying the guitar alone at other stores.
The guitar itself arrived in pristine shape and adds a whole new dimension to the sounds I make. Looking forward to playing it live.

competitive pricing and effiicent service
GAK gave me a thoroughly professional service. They took the trouble to email me when there was an issue with my credit card and I'd given up on buying equipment. They delivered my gear the next working day and it was very well packaged and protected.

A most excellent service
I phoned them up to get advice & feedback on products, got a friendly knowledgable bloke on the end of the phone who couldn't have been any more helpful & took my order. Some items were out of stock but managed to upgrade at no extra cost. Brilliant.

Often a victim of G.A.S (Gear Aquisition Syndrome!) - Dr. GAK delivers the remedy every time. I've bought a Fender Blues Deluxe amp, Fender Vintage American 59 Strat and a set of Alesis electronic drums (not all at once, you understand!). GAK have been helpful and competitive on price all through and delivery is safe and reliable even for expensive items such as these. On the phone - they know what they're talking about too. No complaints whatsoever - recommended highly.

Best Online Shop for Musical Stuff
I found ordering an amplifier from GAK to be an easy and pleasant experience, better by far than Amazon which I've used in the past.
I had to phone up GAK at one point to ask some advice and when the amp was going to arrive, I found the man on the other end of the phone to be open, friendly and candid, and willing to answer any questions I had, also very intuitive in regards to music and the hardware we need to play it.
The amp arrived this afternoon, I only ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday afternoon, well packaged and ready to play. I have been playing it for the past 3-4 hours and part of me wishes that I was a teenager again, as my progress would have been swifter. Still, that doesn't matter to me now. I am happy that it can create the sounds I like i.e. Punk, Rock and a bit metal and many other sounds I can explore.
I would happily recommend GAK to anyone who is thinking of buying something to create music with, especially with their telephone service, as they would be able to advise on the best possible equipment to use for whatever purpose they need.

My second purchase from GAK (previous experience was excellent). Ordered late on a Wednesday. They got in touch to say that they might not be able meet a delivery date of Friday. No problem for me, and thanks for keeping me informed. I got my lovely VOX amplifier Friday morning. That's pretty good. Thanks GAK. Recommended.

Fantastic service at a great price!
I ordered a Laney RX120H from GAK.co.uk to match the Laney LX412A cab I'd bought from a friend. I got a good price for the item, I got free delivery on my order and I got to pick the day that it would be delivered! (which is convenient for me as I'm not at my home address too often)
The item arrived well packaged and all together in one piece as expected. This is not the first time I have ordered from GAK.co.uk and they are the first site I would recommend (and have done in the past) for buying musical equipment! 5/5!

Unbelievable service
I decided I wanted to by an electronic drum kit and go the finance route. Tuesday 4.30pm, phoned Gak, the salesman explained how everything would happen and said I would get an email fron the finance company shortly. I put the phone down..2 minutes later form arrives. Complete form and 5 minutes later finance accepted. 3 minutes later, phone call from salesman telling me finance was a go and then apologised that the earliest he could despatch the kit would be Wednesday. Thursday 09.15 am Kit arrives at my door. Now that's what I call service.

We were looking to buy a Seymour Duncan JB pickup as an upgrade for a Strat - not only did we get expert views from the knowledgeable & friendly staff - we got to try out a similar guitar with one fitted - got all our questions answered perfectly - were offered a really good price-matching deal & best of all it was delivered quicker than we had anticipated - good one GAK!!
We have now bought several instruments, amps & accessories from GAK & cannot recommend them too highly!!

Shure SM58 required.
I needed another Mic, many Webb sites offer the SM58 but it's not clear if the connecting cable comes with it. At GAK this is clearly stated on their Webb site.
In my case I ordered the Mic, cable & stand for a very competitive price and all were delivered as arranged on time and in good condition. I can highly recommend GAK.

Quick delivery, very impressed.
I ordered the item a Behringer DC9 Dynamics Compressor, on Monday 13th and it arrived on Wednesday 15th as promised. I previously ordered the item from Gear4Music a couple of weeks ago, and heard nothing . I tracked my order and was told it couldn't be supplied until 4th June at earliest. I have brought items from GAK before and their service has always been good.

If you are after first class service, this is the place!
I came in to GAK Pro Audio to buy an iRig and an audio interface. Dan Ward was very helpful, informed and patient. His no pressure approach to customer service was excellent. I intended to spend £100 and spent well over £1000. This was all as a result of the quality os service. I will always be buying my equipment from here.

Fast service, great prices and accurate stock position
It shouldn't be a surprise when a retailer shows something as being in stock and then ships it. But it fails to happen so often that it is a real pleasure to find a retailer who does have the items in stock as promised. Couple this with very keen prices and a prompt delivery and GAK stand out. The final touch is the very good updating on the course of the order and delivery. I'd definitely use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have purchased from GAK a few times now and always competitive pricing, good choice of delivery dates and a few free gifts thrown into the mix. If I'm looking to buy something, their website is the first I look at. Not purchased a guitar from them, usually effects and accessories, but good choice available.
