Shame the review site doesn't remind about what I'm reviewing. However, I used Gamesbite to purchase 1200 Xbox points. Simple and minimal registration process. Points were delivered straight to my inbox upon purchase from where I immediately redeemed them.

The order was under review, an email was sent requesting further information, as no reply was received the order was cancelled and refunded. The funds leave our account the same day we refund, it can take your bank up to 14 days to credit back to your account, please contact them if you wish for an exact date. (we refunded on the 23.03.13)

please can you confirm if hte bank refunded you

My son kept nagging to get points and traipsing into town for them on a busy Saturday!! Until I finally got my head round Xbox stuff and realised its just a code that is required I said "why can't you do it over the Internet if its just a code you need?". 10 minutes later - one happy boy and one happy mum!! Great service and instant results for an impatient son!! Many thanks

I was stuck for my son's friends birthday. My son said to buy Microsoft points for the Xbox. As the birthday was the next day, it was so helpful to get the code emailed & not have to rely on the post (which would have meant present being late). In the end, I ordered 3 separate Microsoft points & can confirm that they have all been activated & are already in use. Would definately recommend this site as the price was much cheaper & have no complaints about my order.

Code's don't come instantly at all. Took two day's to receive mine. Got an email saying they need a land line number before they can send code, good job I only just got a land line for my Internet. Still don't mean I have a phone attached to it as I have a mobile like everyone else I know. Hope there not selling details to other companies hmmmmm.

Firstly no, we do not sell details to anyone, they are private and confidential.
Secondly your order took two days as it went to fraud review, and as stated on our delivery page, if this happens the payment/order will need to be checked by a member of staff during office hours.

order completed at 20:21pm, the code was emailed at 20:29, it only usually takes 2 minutes but due to the high demand of orders due to the call of duty maps packs on this occasion it took six minutes.

Yeah so i received my 1200 MS Points by email as a JPEG, and it successfully worked which therefore allowed me to purchase the UPRISING map pack :p. Yeah guys you can trust this site. :D

I've been using another instand download site until I put xbox points in a search engine and came up with gamesbite who were cheaper. Very unhappy purchased 1200 Microsoft points and 5 days later still no where to be seen. Email sent to them and have had no reply £10 down the drain

Order of Microsoft points was emailed to me instantly but they would not work. I sent an email asking for assistance but after two days received nothing back so emailed again, got near enough an instant response saying they never received the first email but also explained what the problem was likely to be and the Microsoft points worked fine. I will use their service again.

I'm afraid i have not received any email,the only reason a code will come up as invalid is if A) it is not a UK or EU account or B) It have been entered incorrectly or in the wrong place. i will take a look at your order and drop you an email.

Also i can confirm the order was paid for 17.04.13 at 21:24:53 and the code was sent at 21:30:39, six minutes is longer than it usually take but we have had a high demand due to the COD map packs for which i do apologize.

Very fast and easy

Was having trouble buying points on GAMEs website so came here glad I did very fast and easy

Worse company I've used

Website advertised "instant delivery" on game points, they took the money along with all information they asked for and then put my transaction under review for a day, once I finally got hold of them on the phone he told me he needed something which was not even asked for, "a landline phone number" which was not specified nor does it make sense. I asked to speak with a manager who refused to talk with me after I said I was complaint to hot to ASA an the also put the phone down on me. Ther advertising of instant download was a load of rubbish and they made the excuse of a landline which is not needed or was it asked for, I surely will not be using them again
