I have never had a problem with Gameseek. i've always had good service all items in stock fairly fast delivery lots to choose from. I also find the information on games very helpful as i shop for the Grandchildren and don't know a lot myself

The best thing about them is that they don't only sell mainstream games, but also holding very rare ones I did not find in any other store. Also fast shipping. thank you

The worst customer service I have ever had experience with in my entire life.

GameSeek sent me 6 items all thrown in one shipping box with absolutely no retail packaging. I received 6 products with manuals and batteries thrown in a big box.

Customer service was not willing to do anything about this and kept insisting I will need to PAY for shipping back to the UK if I'm not happy with what I received. GameSeek customer service lady continued to be completely unreasonable and unhelpful until I made a dispute in PayPal. After the dispute in PayPal, they said they will send 6 empty retail boxes to my address. One month later no boxes received, I emailed support again and the lady told me she will check on it again and have them sent. Now, 3 months later, never was ever sent the retail packages.

Completely unprofessional, the company is unaware of how to run a business and have helpful customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous DO NOT PURCHASE FROM. If you have to absolutely purchase from them, make sure you do it through eBay or Amazon so at least THOSE companies that actually have customer service has your back because I guarantee GameSeek will not!

I bought a Warthog 10c flight sim from Gameseek quite some time ago but was unable to make it function on my top notch gaming PC.
Assistance was promised over the phone from gameseek following a number of telephone conversations with Karl.
No assistance was ever forthcoming and despite recent attempts with gameseek to
obtain help now and more promises I now find my telephone calls to Gameseek have been barred.
So, reluctantly I have to say I rate Gameseek as big ZERO on customer support.

I ordered a Street Fighter IV Arcade Stick from Gameseek and I'm very happy with the speed of the delivery and the ease of the purchase. Not only that but the online purchase and checkout was painless. In addition, I get timely newsletters about new stock without the volume feeling excessive. I would definitely recommend these guys and buy from them again.

I ordered a rare item for a very reasonable price, the best I had found. The shipping was reasonable, and even though it had to be shipped across the ocean to the States, I got it very quickly (much quicker than I expected.) I am happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.

Great personal touch, felt like they really care

I ordered this collector's edition quite late on and most places had no stock. Gameseek did and the whole process ran like clockwork. It was a really nic etouch to get emails confirming order and advising on progress taht were written in a very friendly way. Will definetely be using them again.

amazing pad

I had purchased the wired xbox after glow pad and it is the best pad i have ever used, i find it more comfortable than official 360 pads.

The only thing i do have to say, is that for future seeing as in most cases wired 360 pads are used to play on the computer, include an instruction booklet or something on the back linking you to somewhere that exsplained how to get the drivers nessicary for to get the pad to work on the pc

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

The item I ordered and paid for has never been delivered over 12 months later!! Customer service was rubbish as the contact number rang out before eventually terminating everytime I rang it. Approximately 30 times I tried! Automated emails were returned whenever I emailed about my order, again I got nowhere. Eventually I contacted my bank, believing Gameseek to be a fraudulent company and am yet to receive a refund due to Gameseek questioning my request.

As you can imagine, I am very very dissatisfied with the service I received. The item was a Christmas present (2011) for a child. I have never received the item, a refund, an acknowledgment or an apology in over 12 months and would recommend that nobody touch this company!!

A very bad and disappointing experience. Will be surprised if this review gets posted on the website!!
