A satisfied customer
I needed some nice smart drawer handles to complete a renovation project
and was looking for inspiration and found a great selection. I needed 8 and was not going to pay for 2 sets of 6 of the not too bad ones in my local diy franchise, so buying them as singles was a boon. The website is simple and straightforward, ordering a doddle and the service is good although the tracking order email seems a little less polished but it works !
The handles look great and the chest of drawers that I got for £5 looks like a proper posh bit of furniture!

So far so good!
Easy website to navigate. Prompt delivery with good notification throughout. Well packaged product! Have yet to fit the handles but they look just the ticket!

misleading
Although i missed that they are selling the key hole in singles but you assume that this sort of things are normally sold as pair ( NO brainer!!) so found it really misleading and when i told customer care the tols me rudely that its clearly written rather than offering for a discount shipping for the remaining order so had to get it from somewhere else.

Thank you for leaving a review of our products and services. I'm sorry that you felt we deserved a 2 star review and, for this reason, I spoke with our Customer Services Manager, who spoke to you on the phone.
I understand that you ordered 3 key escutcheons which clearly show that the unit of sale is Single (Each). Many key escutcheons are now sold in singles, both by us and our competitors. Not all customers want to buy a pair and this makes it cost effective for everyone.
I understand that Darren offered to put another order through for you but you did not want to pay the postage and decided to go elsewhere for the additional key escutcheons.
Customer feedback is used by us to improve our website, but in this case I do not feel that the information on our website was misleading. I hope that this will not deter you from using our services again in the future.

Quick and easy!
I ordered the "Artemis" door handles. Our builder originally bought the same handles fromMagnet for £23.00 per pair plus vat. So when we changed another two doors, we didn't want to pay £50 plus for the same handles. I found Handles 4 Doors who had exactly the same handles at less than half the price and they arrived the next day. We are very pleased with them and will use Handles 4 Doors again. They are quick and easy to order from. Thank you!

Quick and issues resolved
Ordered one bathroom lock, quick delivery, well packaged. Screws missing and damaged parts. But one email and resolved with new parts arriving 2 days later.

Fabulous handles for doors!!
The only problem I had was which handles to choose!! There were so many and at such great prices! If I ever have to change any handles again I shall definitely choose handles4doors again. Everything I need to complete my doors and all under one roof. Good prices and quick delivery too!

No joke coming I'm afraid, just an honest opinion as to how efficient Handles 4 Doors were when we ordered door knobs from them. Good selecion and good prices
They offered a good selection of products clearly laid out with fair pricing. Products arrived in tome and were exactly as ordered. Just as important was the quality of the product especially when ordering on line there is always a risk element with what you receive, but there is no way I could have found the same selection and quality locally. I ordered a spring door latch and handles which were spot on.

Vast choice, good prices and prompt delivery
You don't need to go anywhere else. As a furniture maker it would be good to have a printed catalogue to show the same handles available in different finishes but the website is an acceptable compromise. The prices are competitive enough to allow me to buy many samples but not all I would like.

fast and efficient service, good quality handles.
Ordered a single door handle (sorrento Mercury) from handles4doors just to see it for real and check the quality before ordering enough for the whole house. The quality was excellent and good value for money. Ordered on the Monday and recieved it on the Friday. I have now placed a full order for handles,locks etc.

Lovely handles, screws too short
The ordered handles were sent out quickly and arrived safely. The handles were very good quality but unfortunately the screws provided were too short for the false drawer fronts. Luckily the husband has a large collection of spare parts to save the day!

Great Service
I bought four sets of door handles and saved a small fortune on what the likes of B&Q and Screwfix are trying to charge. Packaged well and deliverd on time. Definatly use again. (If i had more doors!)

Great products, Good prices, Great service
Ordered some door handles and locks online. Darren called but missed me, so sent me a mail asking me to contact him. When i did we discussed my order. It transpired I had made an error with the order. We resolved this, confirmed new payment. I then received new confirmation emails. Two days later my order arrived well packaged and damage free. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I would absolutely unreservedly recommend this company to anyone.

Handles were correctly described sizes but didn't say that they weren't varnished.
Size description was full and accurate, despatch was on time and well packaged. Just didn't realise that to match them with the existing handles that I would have to varnish them

No fittings!
We bought handles for a customer's new kitchen... the online order process was straightforward, although I was unable to choose next day delivery which I found out later was because the handles were not held in stock. This could have been made clearer on the website. Maddeningly, the handles arrived without any fixings - madness!

I can see that you originally tried to place an order on 10 May but had a problem with the process so sent an email to us with some questions, including availability of the product. On 13 May our advisor, Darren, called and spoke to your colleague who subsequently placed a phone order. This order was despatched on 15 May. Darren also confirmed this to you by email.
Due to the huge selection of products we offer we are unable to stock every size and style. However, The availability of all products is displayed on the product page where the quantity is added to the basket. Following your feedback I will look at ways of improving this to make it more obvious.
I apologise for the missing fixings, however can not see any record of a call from you to allow us to rectify this. We can get fixings to you by the next day by first class post.

Wonderful service, beautiful door 'andles!
The service was great! We received the 'andles within two days! Even though we had to return the finger plates (too heavy looking for our doors) the Returns part was also easy. We have now ordered the balance of the 'andles, so that all our doors will match! The handles and back plates are beautifully made and enhance the cottage feel of our home.
