Sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy about our service. We do find it a strain to catch up after a bank holiday. We are a small business located in Somerset and one of our most loved qualities is the extensive range we stock, when it comes to herbs & superfoods. To keep this wide product range on the go we sometimes need to pack up a customer's order especially for them. This means that we are unable to dispatch the products immediately. We always endeavour to communicate with customers if there is likely to be a delay by email, and give an estimated date for delivery. For this reason to guarantee next day delivery we need orders to be in before 1030 am, as many of our products are hand blended or prepared specially for the customer. We'd like to extend our apologies to our customer, and graciously point out that we do say this on our website:

Delivery Schedule: We will aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 business days. (We do not open on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays or between Christmas & New Year)
However in some cases we will not be able to do this.
This will be if we are waiting for a bulk stock item to arrive & a product is temporarily out of stock.
After 3 days your item will be put on back order, then you will be notified by email.

We do appreciate how frustrating web shopping can be though, so we are always looking to improve our customer service by making realistic promises and keeping to them.
