A smart new shower area in a matter of hours
We are so pleased with our cladding and would recommend it to anyone wanting a modern easy clean finish to their shower area. We wish we had done it ages ago.
The instructions were clear and the pack contained everything needed. Well done IPSL.

Good samples, quick delivery and service
Received samples promptly. One was missing, but there was a courteous apologetic note and offer to refund the cost of samples. Intend to buy, just waiting to complete Bathroom to colour-match before purchase. Would recommend

Very Pleased
I am very pleased with the service I received from the first point of contact for samples, and then a phone call for advice on measurements etc.
The only down side of this was the delivery. It was stated that the boards should be kept flat, when they were delivered they had been transported on their side, so they were slightly warped, but I laid them flat with weights on, which solved the problem.
They are now installed and look fab, will be back to order some more soon

if I could I would give them more
Never having heard about this type of tongue and grove planks or used anything like this before, I’m not really sure why I went for it, guess the prospect of not having to worry about decorating again and the easy cleaning was appealing, and just how difficult can it be to put some planks on the walls of my kitchen. The biggest mistake I made was assuming the planks had square ends fortunately apart from the extra work it caused I managed to minimise the wastage it could have caused.
Any way I had under estimated so had to order some more and when I mentioned the hastle I had to the sales man he was very understanding and apologised he also gave me a discount on my order which I felt was very generous.
I would certainly recommend and use them again, it might have made life a little easier if they had enclosed a few how to tips for working round sockets etc.

Good product and service, colour choices good, size choice limited.
We used IPSL's Proclad wall kit for a shower fit in our spare bathroom, as an alternative to tiling.
Pre-sales information and response via the website and phone was excellent. Our questions were answered and specific requirements concerning delivery day and vehicle access to our property were met. The only problem was that one item of trim was omitted from the order, but that was quickly rectified.
We found the product easy to use - needed two people to manoeuvre and position the cladding, but probably normal with a shower fit.
My only issue was that the sheet sizes offered were somewhat bigger than we really needed for our project, so we ended up not using about one third of the material, which went to the dump (not terribly eco friendly).
It would be nice if a smaller sheet size were available (say 2400 x 900/1000) which would cost (and waste) less on a smaller project. 4 star rating because of this, otherwise it would be 5.

TOP CLASS SERVICE
I'd recommend you buy your wall cladding from IPSL, My goods were of a high quality, but they sell different types of cladding at various prices. There are plenty of designs to choose from and lots of lovely colours. I chose Black Sparkle for all of my bathroom walls and everyone who visits my home comments on how luxurious it looks. They ask me where I purchased it from and with pride I tell them IPSL. Gary, one of the sales people is very approachable, gives sound advice and goes out of his way to help without any sales pressure. After sales care is second to none! I have since purchased more wall cladding for my conservatory, and this time chose Stone colour, which has transformed it into something quite special. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Delivery is FREE too. Forgot to mention that my kitchen has been covered in Red Wine cladding, It is very smart and contemporary. With cladding I have a clean and streamline finish. Tiles retain germs and get to look dirty in the grouting. I'm thinking of doing a bedroom next, in White Sparkle, but will have to wait until we redecorate the room.

Smart Shower Enclosure
Contacted IPSL for advise on what panels to use for the shower enclosure.
The advice was clear and the instructions simple and easy to follow. Samples were sent to enable choice of panel to be made and delivery when ordered was on time.
Overall result enabled the shower enclosure to be built to very pleasing finish.

In the pink !
We decided to update our kitchen and looked at various colour schemes.
My wife and I went for shiny grey units and and black worktops but wanted backboards that would set it all off.
I looked at various alternatives and happened to find IPSL and their Blush range and promptly called them and spoke to Gary in sales who proved to be friendly and helpful .
We chose the pink board and it was delivered as promised and in good condition and we unpacked the board and laid it out as advised by Gary and lo and behold it did what he said and was ready to fit in an hour.
The guys fitting the kitchen had never used this type of material before but immediately found it to be perfect and easy to fit given that the size was almost twice as large as normal standard backboards so there were no wastage that would usually be encountered.
We were so pleased with the finished effect I e-mailed Gary with some pictures.
The whole process was pleasant and rewarding and I have and would recommend their products to anyone looking to add a splash of colour to their kitchens of bathrooms.

Excellent service however delivery cost too expensive
Have to say a very good service. From initial samples to main order all was excellent. Quality of goods too first class. Not wanting to be a typical Brit and find something to complain about but the cost of delivery was way to high. I say this confidently as I work in the industry and have done for 20 years. I appreciate that the item was long in length but the cost from your provider would not have been more than £15 maximum so you made 40% margin on delivery alone!!! Hope you reconsider delivery costs as it does make you think twice about ordering.

hi , purchased from ipsl after many hours trawling the web, although initially i thought they were expensive compared to some other manufactures of this product but i only wanted to fit this ceiling product once , the delivery and customer service was very good on unpacking you could see the quality of the product info on the web site on how to fit was easy to follow . so i have now fitted the ceiling and it looks superb ( for your info i fitted this ceiling product to a conservatory roof fitting insulation above the joist which i had fitted and leaving air gaps either side . many thanks ipsl

Excellent advice, service and product....
Battling with a leaky shower for years, always seeming to find a new place to leak from despite re-grouting and liberal use of silicone. Spoke to IPSL regarding cladding the tiles with a single sheet to eliminate all those grouted joins. I ordered the cladding, fitted it and it is great, no more leaks, no more grout lines to clean. I'll never tile a shower again...

more expensive than other suppliers, also expensive shipping costs
Purchased 2 x wall aquabord kit worth £290 IPSL charged an additional £40 shipping despite a significant spend. Our plumber and joinner were disappointed in the quality of the trim which was a different colour to the aquabord and spoiled the overall finish. Thankfully they were extremely skillful and managed to hide the trim from view within the shower cabinet.
Good customer service though as the courier had damaged our first delivery. IPSL dispatched replacements as a matter of urgency - very impressed!

Excellent product and service
We had Aquabord installed in our shower - fantastic product, delivered on time. Excellent customer service - you actually get to speak to someone in the company who can answer your questions and give advice. I would definitely recommend them.

I have bought a few shower wall kits over the past couple of years from IPSL Proclad. The staff are always helpful & I love the new range of colour shower walls. My new en-suite looks amazing and several people have asked me where I got the panels from. I still have one more shower to do, so I will be purchasing from here again.

I visited the showroom of IPSL and viewed their display of wall cladding. It was a worthwhile journey because I saw the cladding in situ and it gave a much better impression than the samples.
The assistant who dealt with us was extremely helpful and explained the whole procedure to me. All subsequent contact I had with the company was dealt with patient efficiency.

great product,great service and a great company
I bought a shower pack to cover existing tiled area and after looking at web sites of different companies chose IPSL and certainly glad I did.I contacted the company and was given details as to how to fit and exactly what items were in the pack.
The pact came within days well protected and handled by the courier.Soon fitted and am delighted with finished shower unit .Was glad that I could if needed to be able to get expert advice all I had to do was phone. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.
