very good

was impressed by quality andspeed of service.only flaw was i ordered a size 20 in a tee shirt but only noticed it was a 24 after i had removed tags.washed it and it fits if a little roomy.as much my fault for not checking.

I was very happy with the quality of the clothes and that there were updates as to the delivery status. The parcel was delivered on time with no fuss. Very good service!

Not a care for the customer

Appalling customer service. First order chased after 1 month not received to be told not our fault it's yodel they are useless you will have to ring them! Er no... My order was placed with isme not yodel! Supervisor at the call centre based in South Africa response... Not my fault we have 5 million customers so complain all you want, it's not my fault what do you want me to do I am in South Africa! Disgusting no idea what customer service is.. now ex customer

A lot of room for improvement, especially considering delivery.

Most of the products are good quality but the state in which they are being delivered is beyond appalling. Yodel is mistreating the parcels, including throwing them around, literally. I am very unhappy with the way you are dealing with complaints. All in all, I am using your service because I already have a BNPL account but I will never recommend you to a friend.

Didn't think we where ever going to get the sofas we had ordered.

Ordered two beautiful sofas in February.A nine week wait ! Got a call to say they would be delivered on 25th April ,waited all day no sofas, three phone calls later I got a garbled voice mail to say the driver had run out of time! Both isme and arrow xl have been phoned almost everyday because promised delivery dates come and went ,no sofas ! More waiting in ,more stress .A break through ,on the 2nd May ONE sofa was delivered ,where was the other one? I don't think anyone knew.More phone calls more stress promised dates ,promised return calls both from isme and arrow xl.If I really didn't like the sofas I would have cancelled the order I came very close to doing this . After a week after the first sofa was delivered on the 9th may the second one arrived after two days of more phone calls ,more stress ! This statement is putting the story in a nutshell ,arrow xl are a very poor company with very poor customer service ,I will never deal with them again,they say there was nothing on computer ! good excuse.It has put me off ordering anything large through isme again,it was making me ill!I hope things improve for the future.

Excellent all round!

Everything has arrived promptly, even items they said could take a few weeks have arrived more quickly, the only times there have been a slight delay have been at sale times. I personally would recommend ISME to others.

appalling delivery time, unreliable service

Item listed as delivery time of FOUR WEEKS which is bad enough, but it's now been nearly SIX weeks and still no sign of the item. Customer Service is uninterested and unwilling to intervene between the 'supplier' and me.

Just disinterested and I can't see why I would ever bother to order from ISME again?!

UPDATE: Just been given a CUT/COPY/PASTE email reply from their CS (honest a total copy/paste of the previous email) now telling me to wait and to contact them in another 18 days if I still haven't received the item. So I'm expected to wait EIGHT weeks for the item, and then if nothing to email them again. Hopeless.

Oh and just to confirm this is for a common consumer electronics item that is in stock in many other online retailers. It's not like it;s some weird and wonderful special order.

Have a complaint lodged, I await their reply with excitement. Ahem.

ISME is easy to use, with very quick service!

We have had 2 very important Church celebration occasions this year, a wedding and a renewal of vows to celebrate 25 happy married years. Of course new outfits were needed for each of these occasions, With being a busy working family but with tight budgets, and with some of us being plus size too. Shopping would have been a real chore, ISME made it so much simpler! We ordered many items from ISME, sometimes ordering more for fit and style preference, everything was delivered in quick time with returns being collected and credited quickly too. Great value for money, great service, thanks to ISME shopping was made easy. I will order again without hesitation and happily recommend ISME to friends and family.

My experience ordering my purchase was so easy. What inpressed me most was a text informing me that it had be dispatched but also the mobile number of the courier which I used to let him know my timings I was at home.He delivered right on time so there was no wasting time for me hanging around.
I can recommend Isme to everyone.

Good range of products, good delivery service and good communications.

I'm so pleased to have found some petite jeans that are a good fit for a change. the description of the jeans helped me to make the decision to buy them and I wasn't disappointed. I really like the delivery & collection system to my local convenience store - secure and reliable and no hanging around for delivery vans etc. I liked the call back to let me know that the dress I had returned had been received and that my account was going to be credited.

if you need and outfit and size is a problem go to isme fantastic up to the minuite clothing in every size its amazing and they never let you down next day your order either ready to pick up or delivered to your door

There are not a lot of places where I can get a good range of ladies petite clothing, but isme is for me.

Is It For Me

Yes Definately! Nearly every thing that I have ordered I have kept. Fast Service, including Super Quick Delivery and an easy Return Service. All in all I would recommend Isme to friends and family.

Bad communication

I ordered an item with this company. The item didn't arrive on time therefore I had to cancel my order, and have not received any response from them.

quality on all levels!

I have bought quite a lot from isme over the past year and am absolutely delighted with the products and the service.I have had only one problem with delivery and that was down to the yodel driver rather than isme.It was swiftly dealt with.All in all shopping with isme has been a very good experience and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Inept or dishonest? It's hard to tell

I ordered an item that was shown as in stock, in early May, for a birthday present. Now it's June & it's still 'awaiting packing at supplier' having had it's latest delivery date moved three times. Customer service staff told me it had shipped & Yodel had it, Yodel said they'd never collected the package. ISME systems and staff knowledge & training is lacking. I get told it's shipped when it's obvious it hasn't & they don't have any stock, and then after it's not delivered the latest delivery date gets shunted forward a fortnight or more. This is my first order with ISME, it's likely to be my last..

Quick, Easy and Reliable

At last I have found a swimming costume I love. It was quick and easy to order and arrived well within the stated delivery time. It was easy to keep a track of what stage my order was at and where my parcel was and when it would be delivered. It was great service and I would recommend a visit to the website to check out their products.

but none of it fitted me. had to send the whole lot back. they were all my size but appeared to be small fitting and the t/shirts were too wide in the neck.

Not good at tracking their deliveries but good variety of products

Well I have only placed 2 orders through isme, 2 mattresses and a tablet. The tablet was "lost" and replacement sent out, the 2 mattressess, well, both due 15/5/13, one was delivered on 3/5/13 the other didn't turn up and after ringing them i had to wait 9 days before they would contact the manufacturer, by which time it still hadnt turned up now i have to wait til late june for my poor daughters mattress!!!

Poor stock management but good customer service

I ordered a Nook which I was expecting within a day or two. However the stock ran out but staff was corteous enough to call me and let me know and gave me a choice to cancel my order.

Isme website is like going into my favourite shop. Love it!

I love the South clothing range but also like to see the alternatives that come up in a search. I recommend Isme for their speed of delivery, the huge range of their catalogue and the different ways to manage your money and account.

totally unacceptable service

I have not received one of my items which the receipt in the package said was in it. I received the package and signed for it in good faith. It contained no bikini bottoms. Several calls and weeks later I still do not have the missing item and received a letter stating that I will be charged for both items. Bought this bikini for holiday and that has been and gone. Extremely disappointed.

Service and Delivery! That's ISME

I placed first order with ISME and could not believe the speed the order reached me as I only placed the order late in the evening and I received the order next day. That's good service. payment, it was much cheaper that other online stores! Will definitely use this from now on!

Item removed from my basket

I was making a purchase but someone came to the door. When I returned you had removed the item from my basket. A jumper in an alternate colour way to one already purchased & which I absolutely love. To say I was annoyed is an understatement as it was the last item in stock. I am really really frustrated!

Ordered a Nook ereader for £29 but it took nearly a MONTH to arrive.

My order arrived the next day which was I was very impressed with.
The products are of good quality and I am very pleased with my purchases. Overall a very happy customer.

Quick ,Easy, Efficient.

Ordered two items which arrived very quickly and conveniently using the Collect Plus option, returned one of them using the label provided and dropped off at Collect Plus shop. Received email a few days later to say my money had been refunded. What more can I say Quick, Easy, Efficient.

Worst online shopping experience

Where do I start? You cannot put in your correct address - you have to choose from an incorrect address the company website provides you with just in order start an account. When you email them, person x (English name) will tell you to call - except when you do call you cannot speak to that person as their customer call centre is in South Africa! When you email them back, person x does not respond but a third person is now in the picture. After many email and phone calls my address is finally corrected on their system. After placing my order, their delivery people still cannot find it!! I have NEVER had a problem with anyone finding my address which is in the centre of London! The best part is no one even bothers to call or email the customer to inform you their has been a problem with the delivery, you have to chase them once again! I have never ever had such an awful on line shopping experience and am totally disgusted switch this company. Obviously I am still waiting for my refund or to even hear from them. Just sick and pathetic. Would actively tell people NOT to order from this company.

Missing delivery

Arrived home to see a card for delivery of a table lamp I ordered, it said it had been left in a green box outside my house, I don't have a green box!!! Also on line it said it had been posted through my letter box, a table lamp? I don't think so, I have rung twice and no one has come back to me.... Crap!!!
