In general very good.
When changing computers music and video has to be downloaded again and audio books are lost completely, which is not good.
The listings could be better and easier to use.
It is unbelievable that Appel can't be more professional when it comes to making a new versions of itunes - why change the whole concept, so it is completely impossible to use itumes.
I can only repeat what I have always thought of Appel - it is not for "creative" people, unless you think creatively in the same way as appel developers ... I am a very creative person, but will in no circumstances fit in Appel's dictatorship, I would like to be allowed to have some influence on what I can and can't do e.g in itunes - I will not be locked by Appel's bad choices ....
The new itumes do not make me more positive on Appel - would I ever buy a mac, iphone or another Appel product? - the answer is simple - because if I feel locked by itumes - I can imagine that it goes completely chaos in all other Appel products - Appel is certainly not for me ...
I find them handy to download a song fast if i like it when i come across it. Although, over the last four years they seemed to have increased their prices of songs from 99 euro cents to 1.29 cents. seems a bit expensive for just one song. Certain songs from well known artists can be hard to find or are not available on itunes, their search engine is too specific for certain searches. Furthermore, they seem to place emphasis on selling Karaoke tunes and cover bands.

International buyers, dont worry to shop supplements from other stores, healthdesigns is where you find the best on prices, shipping and trustworthness on everything!
Although I love iTunes, I do hate the fact that the cost have been raised so high. Granted we only have illegal downloaders to thank for this but still, it's hurting us legal folk. I would give iTunes 5 stars had the cost been more competitive and fair.
Free music (and other media) every Tuesday! Hear previews and buy affordable music and pre-order all the great releases! Only music buying source for me.
Need I say more? Oh, one thing - it's annoying that you can't buy everything in every country
like my iphone and my ipod, crashed within a couple years. always would delete songs/information or duplicate them.
I love Itunes but have to confess that sometimes, depending on what device I am using, ipad, computer or iphone navigating can be tough.
I have used Itunes quite a lot, and I have to say they are still the best online music store out there, in terms of content and ease of use. They are nearly always ahead of everybody else. I have never had any problems with the customer service department, I downloaded an e-book whose sound quality was deplorable. I contacted Itunes and requested a refund, and within the day, they gave me back my money and apologised. For a large multinational online company, I think that is very impressive. Their podcast library, online book store, and apps are also miles ahead of anything else.
Itunes is a good place to find movies and music... but they charge too much for their stuff. And Itunes isn't the easiest site to navigate, so Apple really should look at making Itunes an easier place to use.
I love music, TV, movies and I often do buy from iTunes but the fact is that I find numerous problems with their business. For example, I lost some albums I had downloaded a few years ago and when I go to buy those songs/albums again iTunes sometimes tells me that I can download them again for free again but other songs/albums it makes me purchase again. Why is there this inconsistency? I also feel that their prices for some items are to high and not being able to buy items that are available in other countries seems petty? Is there some reason for this? Overall I think iTunes is a good concept but could be greatly improved. The problem is I feel they don't care much about their customers.
It seems to have been designed to make all the decisions for you. As such I don't feel in control when adding/deleting or configuring my devices. The worst aspect is when moving to a new machine and the dreaded message about your device is going to be deleted because registered with more than one library. Obviously a tactic to prevent flexibility and what they consider illegal copying but it could result in a major disaster to your own equipment which is just not on.
I don't know anybody who does not want a simple way to arrange and run their data. If you could access the directories/folders all would be great.
I love my I tunes. I like being able to select music instead of having to purchase a whole disc.
What i really don't like about iTunes, is that Europeans are not allowed to buy american tv-shows,like the americans can.
I would love being able to buy and follow all the new episodes of ones favorite tv-shows in HD (720p) in stead of either being forced to wait for a DVD release of it in less quality or years of waiting before they turn up on european HDTV.
They're alright, but there are other music sights around that allow your music to be played on any portable device, not just apple devices!
