I enjoy shopping online at KandCo because of the convenience the fast delivery and easy returns and the payment options.
First class service as usual from a first class company. Quality items at value for money prices. Easy repayments make it an excellent choice for these stringent times. As a pensioner, I know that I can spoil myself occasionally knowing that I can afford to buy items of clothing or household goods without 'breaking the bank' & keep within my budget. I have shopped with this company for years & will continue to do so. The reward scheme is a boon also. Thanks.
I have been trying to resolve a complaint since March and to this day KandCo have still not had the decency to resolve it. I keep getting fobbed off with continuos emails saying that someone will get in touch with me direct but this never happens.
My next email to KandCo will be to ask for the name of their chairman as I am so unhappy with their supposed customer service, I haven't witnessed any kind of customer service from them!

I personally have had nothing but a perfect stress free experience with K and co Catalogue. I have unfortunately found that I would be reluctant to order furniture from them in the future due to manufacturers faults which to be fair is not really a direct reflection on the catalogue itself, and which they helped me with swiftly and faultlessly. Recently I have found the womens clothes range to have a better choice for a good wide range of age groups.
I ordered three items from K&co, and two of them turned up right on time and I was very happy with them. The third item was a little late, but I wasn't that bothered until I opened the parcel to find that I had the item I'd expected but in the wrong size. What a disappointment. I looked on the wesite to see how to return it for a replacement and keyed in my information to have the parcel picked up by Yodel. They gave me the date for collection and I stayed at home all day and guess what.........yep, that's right, they never showed. So I had to make a special trip into my nearest town to use the Collect+ service and get the parcel on its way back. I haven't had my replacement item yet and I'm beginning to think it would have been a lot easier to buy it at a local store.... and it would have been cheaper too.
I have ordered from Kandco before with no problems but find them very over-priced. When i recieved a voucher for £30 off when spending over £60, that made them a lot more competitive. So i've ordered some curtains,pillows and duvet. Five out of six have already been delivered and i knew the day they were coming because i can check the delivery status online. Very pleased.
I was feeling rather glum, the winter had me done , so looked online at some pretty frocks to stop me feeling glum, and there i saw some dresses , i thought oooooooo i'll get that one , so ordered it and low and behold the next day it did come , i tried it on it cheered me, up i wore it out next day , to a local fest for charity that happens every may, many compliments came my way on the dress i wore that day , so when i came home i ordered the others, they came the very next day, all fitted all great quality, i'm cheered up now way hay , other things i have bought from laptops to underwear , from perfumes, shoes, designer rugs i just find every thing there , they are so helpful in every way , im so glad i shop with them , KANDCO you bril your fabulous with out you i couldn't manage , i hate shopping around the town its more than i can manage , but to try things on in one's own home delivered by a friendly face , this service you provide to me , no one could ever replace xxxxx thank you so very much , ps i wrote this little ditty special just for you to show my appreciation for every thing you do :)
I have been using Kand Co for over 30 yrs when it was GUS and i can honestly say that i have never had any real problems, ok there is sometimes hiccups with orders and so on but usually they are OK. Maybe they could be a little cheaper on some of their products mainly electricals but i suppose thats the way things go now. Yeah i like it and i will keep shopping with KandCo for as long as i can
I am writing this review about a beko fridgefreezer that i have not recieved yet ordered it 23 may was supposed to be here by the 31st may it is now the 1st of june and im still waiting after contacting k n co numberous times i am still none the wiser on the whereabouts of my order!!! I was offered 10% off my product as a good will gesture and then finds out the product is £140 cheaper than wen i ordered it! Not good enough k n co! Also 2 of ur staff members gave me phone numbers 2 track my order and the phone number i got was for delivery of small items and items that dont come from a supplier! Formal complaint is going to be put in!!
I have shopped with Kandco since it was Kays 40 years ago and still love it . I always get surprised that delivery is faster than they say it will be too ! I love the styles and the prices , and the prices are reasonable too . The bed linen ranges are lovely and though I feel the cost of the garden furniture is rather too high I love the variation
I have been using K&co for a long time, and I would not consider using any of the other catalogues, they have provided a great service, and on the odd occasion that I have had to get assistance from their team, they couldn't have been more helpful, they provide good quality merchandise,supported by EXCELLENT customer service
There are two ways to look at this . You get a good deal as in bargains and choice, and you are usually able to find a good deal of items to buy .I always look to the site to buy shoes and household items but I have bought various things such as a new kettle and bed linen . I always pay over 20 weeks and it helps me budget .Goods are delivered in a couple of days with no hassle . I suggest you check out the wide range of goods available .
Nothing but trouble which I find surprising because I have shopped here for a while now but this order has been trouble. I have contacted KandCo so many times with promises of call backs and help and none came. Cancelled the order and went to amazon. Guess what delivery within four days. OUCH.

I shop quite regularly with K&Co, I find the service very reliable, and delivery fantastic, I mainly shop online as I find that easier but if I have to ring up the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think the only criticism that I have is that sometimes I find some of the products a little pricey.
On the whole Kandco are great but with luxury products like TVs and other electricals I often find myself shopping elsewhere because there is usually a massive price difference compared to other companies. they are great in other areas such as delivery and returning items and the rewards system is a nice little perk but if they were more competitive on price then that would be perfect!!!
I have been with Kandco for over 30 years and yes I have had a few problems but these have always been sorted. I mainly shop for clothing and the quality and choice is good. I have had another catalogue and have found that they have gone "very older lady" and the prices for the same type of items are a lot dearer than Kandco. I might be an "older lady" but I like to be up to date (not "mutton") with my clothing, especially workwear
As a customer of many years I have had very few problems. If in the past there has been a problem it has been quickly and efficiently resolved. The staff are always pleasant, polite and happy to help. Deliveries are quick and not normally late or wrong. The goods themselves are of a good standard. I am very happy to be a customer of k&co
I trust Kandco and they always deliver what they promise - I have never ever had a problem with quality of good and delivery service is excellent.

I have been a Kays agent for a long time now, under the GUS umbrella, and use the catalogue quite a bit. I have rarely had any problems with them, but think they were better before the big changes a few years ago.
Buy now pay later used to mean you started the interest free period a year after purchase, but now it means you pay interest if you haven't paid the item off before the period starts, meaning you might as well just order the item on fifty two weeks.
The payments are due every four weeks instead of monthly (the way most people are paid) so it can make things difficult if there is a month when two payments are requested.
The prices are, of course, higher than on the high street, but they aren't bad considering delivery and returns are free and there is a really good product range. I've even bought mobility aids from them. I just wish they would sell crafting items as I make greeting cards for a hobby and would love to be able to buy them over twenty or fifty two weeks. There is a massive industry for this hobby and I feel Kays are missing out on a big earner by not selling the items people who do it want.
I like being a Kays agent, but not as much as I used to. I doubt if I'll be giving it up soon, though.
Love being able to shop online. Delivery is now much quicker which is a real bonus and trying on in the comfort of your own home is fantastic. Prices can be too high so don't buy as much as I cold. Great before a holiday when you have lots to buy so can spread the cost.
I have shopped with these for years.It is now even better. as a full time working women, I don't have time to go shopping. even though I love shopping. this is perfect for me, order, delivery is so quick, can't fault it at all. try on in private at home and able to return for free is a brilliant bonus as not all places allow you to return things at no extra cost. the range of items available is spot on. You can spend a bit more on certain items, but been able to spread the cost is good. I will continue to shop with Kandco,
I have been using K and Co for a few years now and have never experienced any issues. Delivery if items are in stock is always quick and its really to return if the items are no good. Weekly rates with no interest are also brilliant. All in all I would definitely recommend K and Co.
Having used Kandco for many years I am delighted with their service, they deliver orders very quickly, sometimes within 12 hours of an on-line order. When you speak to their staff they are very polite and helpful. The products are quite competitively priced so its worth checking out when you find something you want elsewhere to see if Kays price is as good bearing in mind that delivery is free. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The best thing about shopping with K&Co is that when you pay off bills monthly you get reward points which you can save and up and purchase something you want for free! or you can use some reward points towards your purchase (you can choose how much you want to use)
Returns are easy too and the customer care team and friendly!
An ok company if you just order clothes, order anything else and if it goes wrong you hit trouble.
Take for instance the vacuum cleaner I ordered, I took it out the box, plugged it in and started to Hoover up, within 1 min parts started snapping off it, I rang customer services and what was the response I got? Sorry under our terms and conditions you have used it so you can't return it? Sorry but WHAT? You sell something which is not fit to use and I can't return it, after standing firm she then tried saying you have to get in touch with the manufactures , erm no I don't care what ur claim is ur terms but my contract was with you not the manufactures after stating I would take this further the woman did arrange a collection, but not without accusing me of damaging it? Sorry ur on the other end of a phone, sorry do you have magical powers to go back in time n watch how I used the item to determine if it was my fault or not, shoddy customer services, she then added, no sorry told me that when the manufactures examine it if they agreed. With her I wouldn't get a refund, lol funny how I got a credit refund the very next day. From now on will just stick to ordering clothes not worth the hassle to order other items from you.
I was planning on buying a tablet til I noticed another of your sites selling it much cheaper and claiming its original price to be at the sale price in Kay's I find this a lot. I also bought something and a week later price was higher so you change prices a lot. I buy here as a need basis not a want basis as all items are already double the price or triple than they are anywhere else summerhouse for example 400 amazon 900 same size shape same item in Kay's bought a bed with damage and was told would be given a 75pound discount and it never happened they gave me discount on their purchase price so be warned pay 600 for a bed they only giving discount on 200 made several and I mean bout twenty complaints and always assured it will be added to my account only to call again for no note on account and no one knows what I am talking about. Delivery service most are rude and heavy items left on doorstep I use a walking stick to get to door there are a few exceptions, but fragile items always arrive in bits. Kay's don't care about customers only money which they are quick to take and no matter how long you have been loyal paid on time etc if your bank makes an error or anything else gets in way of payment say you get paid on first and that's a Saturday so you won't get money til Monday they will drop a charge quick as you like finishing my payments then giving them the boot.
K&Co always keeps you informed of delivery status updates which I find convenient around a busy lifestyle on top their friendly couriers.
The choice of products and the ease of ordering on line or by phone is still up to the mark, what lets this service down is the delivery service. Time and time again orders go missing but the couriers say they have delivered the goods changing their version of
where they have been left (with neighbours left in a safe spot etc) all not true.
The condition of many of my parcels are also not up to scratch (parcels ripped, damaged, crushed and parts falling out and missing).
