I've been eating KFC for as long as I can remember. I always enjoyed their food over other fast food companies. I loved their chicken pot pies. They didn't get my order right one day when I went through the drive thru. The order was way off, and I did not want to eat what I had been given and I didn't have time to go back. I tried to call the local number on the receipt and was greeted with a this number is disconnected message. So I visited their website and sent an email to the address they had listed describing what happened and asking for some coupons for compensation. I got no response. I sent them a second email which wasn't so nice, and got no response again. I've been boycotting KFC ever since and don't plan on returning with my company credit card.
Kunne rigtig godt deres mad, pljer spise i Fields hver uge enda to gange om ugen til 5 persn.
men det sidste gang jeg var der fik vi rigtig dårlig kylling og enda som ikke var bagt ordenlig, det var meget hård inden i, man kan klart se at den ikke var bagt, arbejder selv i branchen over 15 år...
da jeg sagde til dem at den ikke var bagt godt nok om jeg kan få en anden istedet for, men NEJ, den var bagt godt nok siger hun så, og et var chefen selv.....så hun fik lov til at beholde kylling, og vi gik til Burger king. og nu spiser vi altid der, hvor der er service...og forresten hun lagde kyllingen tilbage hvor hun vil sælge den til næste kunde.....
Så det er helt op til jer......

I've been eating KFC for many years... and it's my fast food weakness. I've ate KFC in the US, Asia, Europe as well as from my own country - England.
The problem I have found in the UK is the inconsistent quality. Aside from the annoying service ie) servers forget to include napkins, salt, wipes and short orders on a regular basis. Now the food quality has dropped. Over the last 5 visits to KFC in the north, I've experienced soggy fries and dried up chicken not fit to eat. These franchises need to get their act together!
