Ingen problemer. Hurtig leverning (standart lev. kom 7 dage efter).
Jeg har kun et men. Jeg fik aldrig en mail omkring forsendelsen. Track Trace er altid godt. Men da pakke hurtig kom, kan jeg ikke sætte noget minus der.

Goed behandeld en geen tegenvallers
Espressomachine besteld bij La Gondola. Was aanzienlijk goedkoper dan in NL, en weinig bezrogkosten. Was wel spannend of zij die verwachtingen waar konden maken. Ja dus. Nu kijken of ze nog meer interessante artikelen hebben.

A great source for hard-to-find Italian kitchen appliances.
We have been unable to find a source for an affordable electronic, 110v, pasta machine in the U.S. Not only did La Gondola have the machine, they were able to air freight it to us in California at a reasonable cost. They are responsive and answered e-mails about shipping and cost on weekends. I enthusiastically recommend this merchant.

Snelle, goeie service!
Op woensdagavond had ik mijn quickmill besteld, dus je zou verwachten dat ie donderdag in bestelling wordt genomen en dan nog 5 werkdagen onderweg is.
Maar nee hoor, maandagochtend had ik hem al binnen.
Super!!!

Waiting for 10 days for response
I've ordered a quickmill 10 days ago and paid with CC. Delivery time is about a week I can see on the website. Now, when I login into the website, it says I have to pay a different amount then what I've already paid and it doesn't tell me that I've paid. My account was also registed with an unknown e-mail adress (giovanni@fareaffari.com) and a different login and pasword was applied. I don't know what happened.
I've tried to get in contact through mail,chat,Skype and phone, but no one answers me yet. Please get in contact with me, of I'm forced to cancel my payment.

Binnen een week geleverd in solide verpakking, bovendien is de levering via tracking te volgen.
Handig zou het zijn om een gebruiksaanwijzing bij te sluiten of een verwijzing te geven naar de Nederlandse site waar deze is te downloaden.

Bedre end forventet
Jeg købte en is-maskine der skulle have lidt små-skrammer - men de var lige til at tørre af, så jeg sparede simpelthen 800kr.
Forsendelsen var billig :-) omend der gik et stykke tid før de sendte den - og jeg fik aldrig nogen besked om at den var på vej

De bestelling duurde iets te lang maar na een aardig telefoongesprek hebben we voor een mooi prijsje een heel goed no-nonsense apparaat gevonden wat super lekkere koffie maakt.

Wij hebben bij La Gondola eind vorig jaar een QuickMill Espresso machine gekocht.
In aanvang hadden we een aantal vragen over het product, welke snel en prettig beantwoord werden via het email contact.
's Maandags bestelde we het apparaat en aangezien het uit Italie moest komen, dachten we dat er wel een paar weken overheen zouden gaan. Tot onze verbazing en verrassing werd de koffiemachine al dezelde week donderdag's afgeleverd.
We zijn heel tevreden over het apparaat, zeker gezien het feit dat de prijs zeer concurrerend is met wat je voor een dergelijk produkt in Nederland betaald.
