Jeg købte en elektrisk pastamaskine hos firmaet. Det foregik smertefrit, men der var ikke noget kommunikation omkring ordre efter endt bestilling ud over en enkelt e-mail.
Jeg blev en smule utryg .. jeg betalte, men hørte ikke noget i over i uge og så modtog varen. Jeg ville ønske, at de sendte nogle opdateringer og evt. et tracking nummer.

I ordered a La Spaziale mini vivaldi espresso machine and 3 weeks later it arrived at my door. I was a bit shocked at the packaging as it was packed in a box with packing paper and old packing boxes for protection. I'm not sure if this is La Gondola repackaging or La Spaziales original packaging.

I experienced a situation where the performance of the GBP 500 espresso machine I had bought 2 months before started degrading very quickly. I had to stop using the machine for safety reasons and I contacted La Gondola about this issue.
Carlo replied instantly, excusing himself for the inconvenience, asking me when and where I wanted his courier to be sent in order to pickup the defective machine and repair/replace it for me.
Assuming the defective machine needed replacement, I decided to ask about a different machine. Carlo offered his professional advise and quoted discounted prices for 2 different machines. All of this in a few days and with prompt email replies. I chose one, paid the difference and got the machine delivered a few days later.
I think that you can buy equipment anywhere, but you cannot buy the quality of service. When spending a substantial amount of money, you think about this more and risk less.
At La Gondola, I have experienced a quality of customer service beyond what I had come across before. It is a quality of service which is very hard to improve on.
I have kept the contact details and the day I need more equipment, I wouldn't look elsewhere because I feel you can't really beat La Gondola.

The most vulnernable part of my Simac Ice Cream maker, I believe, is the paddle or more correctly the "Dasher" . I had read that several people had their machine out of action because this had broken. There does not appear to be a source for spares in the UK . I was very pleased to discover La Gondola. They gave a very quick reply to my email giving price delivery etc; Payment was easy via Paypal and the Dasher was delivered from Italy in a surprising very few days . Throughout the ordering process communications, by email, were excellent. Well done La Gondola.
The only thing which I could only point out is the shipment - quick and delivered within a week with standard delivery, however I would appreciate an acknowledgement about the shipment and tracking number. But when I requested that info I got reply straight away. And finally coffee machine - La Pavoni Proffesional - I can't imagine better shot of coffee although I'm still learning. If you wish best coffee go for La Pavoni, from La Gondola of course. Cheers :)
I ordered a Pavoni espressomachine and a tamper - Carlo wrote me the day after to tell that the tamper was too big and recomended a different size. Thanks for that. The machine arrived on time and we are enjoying the perfect coffee it makes.
I am surprised about the difference between local price and the price I could buy the espresso machine and coffee grinder from La Gondola. I think in the end I had to pay around 35% less.
I have recommended the website to other friends and definitely will check it next times that I want to buy other items.
Fick svar på mina frågor på mail, snabbt och korrekt. Min Musso glassmaskin kom på utlovad tid, dessutom utkörd med posten. Enda negativa var väl att enda statusen jag kunde se var 'approved' hade ju varit kul att se att den blivit skickad.
La Gondola överraskade med att kontakta mig flera gånger för att försäkra sig om att de reservdelar jag beställt verkligen skulle passa till min produkt. Personlig service och engagemang som jag inte räknat med.
