SIMPLE - QUICK - QUALITY
I ordered 3 Eames DAR chairs. The ordering was easy, the delivery took 3 days and the chairs are perfect. The quality is noticeble good. This site is absolutely worth recomending.

Ordered my items on Monday evening and they were delivered free on Wednesday. The stools are a good quality and easy to put together. The seating is plush and they look very classy in my new kitchen.

Extremely good value.
We ordered four dining chairs. The price is extremely competitive compared to other websites. They arrived within a few days. They are exactly as expected and very good value. They did need assembliing, but that was a few minutes work bolting them together.

Really impressed with speed of delivery and quality of goods.
Only one hiccup, the 4 bar stools we ordered were not the 4 delivered , we had 2 x 2 different sytles, but actually liked both so have kept them, so not a major issue for us. I am giving 4 stars purely for the mix up in order otherwise it would have been a 5.

excellent product and service
I am really impressed with the speed at which this fantastic product arrived. I ordered it on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The product was the cheapest I found online so I am very happy. One small point would be that it would have been good to know when the item had been dispatched.

Easy to order and efficient delivery
We found the website easy to use and the compare feature worked well. We were able to work out what we needed and ordering was straight forward. We ordered on the Sunday and the chairs were delivered on the Tuesday - excellent. The only thing we did miss was a track order feature so we could see what was happening. However as they came so quickly we didn't have to wait long. Packing was good and everything was there. Assembly did not take long and we now have two kitchen bar stools that we wanted. Free delivery was a bonus and the pricing refelected value for money.

Not Impressed with Packaging of Order
I ordered six dining chairs on normal delivery and was delighted when they came the next day at 8.30a.m. However, on unpacking the chairs all the seats were marked due to being packed in with the legs and bolts and screws needed to assemble the chairs. We arranged for the seats only to be sent out and we kept the six backs and all the legs and assembling items. We then received another set of six chairs all packaged the same way, some of these were faulty. We were disappointed and asked for a full refund. The chairs were promptly collected and full refund given. We were given the opportunity to keep the first set of chairs with a discount of 40% but did not want to purchase damaged chairs.

Excellent customer service more than made up for a slight problem with the product
I had a question about a chair I was looking to buy which was answered quickly and accurately. There was a problem with the chair when it arrived - it would not stay up when sat on. I called Lakeland and was quickly given a solution to the problem which seemed to be cause by a slight manufacture defect. However, because of the good service, ready solution and offer to send out a new chair if the solution didn't work, I felt happy to overlook the initial problem.

You only get what you pay for!
I am disappointed with the chairs, they are not made very well & look cheap & nasty.
Unfortunately, I threw the packaging away before assembling the chairs.

Great kitchen chairs
These chairs were recommended by a friend. The website was easy to use and I thought the chairs were a reasonable price and looked nice. I ordered six and they came the next day! They were easy to assemble and look great and are very comfortable.

slow delivery gorgeous chair
Asked for next day delivery but didn't receive item until 3 days later. Though the item was perfect there was no point paying for next day delivery as it came no sooner.

Perfect for me
The stool arrived on the morning of the second working day after I placed my order which is fast by anyone' standards. Simple to put together and first impression is smart and sturdy. I was looking for PC desk seating but to also blend in with my 50's jukebox and slot machine and this fits the bill perfectly with it's shiny chrome and red upholstery so I'm well pleased thankyou

Poor Service
My experience with Lakeland Furniture has not, at this point, been very successful.
I ordered and paid for 2 x 10x4m party marquees and paid for express next day delivery, that was at 9.40am on 22 May 2013, Today is Tuesday 28 May and no sign of the marquees. I telephone the Lakeland office on Friday to be met with a most unhelpful lady on the phone who told me they have no tracking service with the courier and that I was to ring some company called Buzz myself. I asked her to do this for me as this was going to cost me further money on calls, she was most reluctant and eventually agreed to ring them and call me back. I am still waiting for that call. I will be ringing the office again this morning and I would expect a discount and refund of the next day delivery charge to compensate for the poor service.

Bought the cream Havana office chair on offer at £45-great price. Impressed to get free delivery, arrived 2 days after I made the order. Quick & easy to put together, solid piece of furniture & looks really nice in our office.although probably not the most comfortable office chair it's fine for a few hours a day.

Euphoric over Eames DSW chairs!
Easy to order, prompt delivery (two days).
Assembly simple (was concerned that there were no instructions) but there were no problems. Seem to be sturdy and well made.

Fast delivery but not so fast construction
I ordered some chairs on a Saturday evening and was delighted to know they would arrive two working days later. However upon opening the boxes, I found no assembly instructions and although it may have seemed obvious the construction of the legs didn't easily fit the base of the chairs so the chairs and screws had to be manipulated considerably for them to fit. I hope this hasn't compromised their strength.

Great service!
I ordered the Opus white bar stools and as we live in France thought they would take ages to appear but it was less than a week! Sadly 2 are damaged but Lakeland have said they will send another chair so we can change the parts that are damaged. Chairs themselves look great at our new island unit but the seats are shorter than I imagined they would be. Comfortable with the back rest though. We have yet to receive the new bar stool but I have every confidence that Lakeland will send it!
