The product arrived in less than 24hours
Ok. I am Centrally located in London Victoria.
But I was delivered before 12 for an order placed around 2pm the day before. It was due to arrive the day after!!! :-)

I've used Lenstore twice now, and both times I've been really impressed by their service! My prescription is not a "standard" one plus I require toric lenses. because of this other contact lens sites have taken a prolonged time to deliver my lenses (almost a month from one!) LENSTORE however processed my order immediately & my lenses were delivered just TWO DAYS later!!
In addition to wide range of lenses, solutions and accessories at fantastic prices (having done much research they were the cheapest for my particular lenses).
I would definitely recommend Lenstore & will not hesitate to order from them when I next need lenses.

No nonsense and fuss free - how web ordering should always be!
Really pleased with the service I received on Lenstore. Was fuss free and quick delivery to boot. In reality paid a little more than the cheapest web operators but big advantage was not having to mess about with forwarding copy prescription or eye test evidence and the associated delays.

The Lenstore site is really user friendly and once you've placed your first order, subsequent orders couldn't be easier. They even remind you via email, when you might be running low on lenses. My lenses are usually delivered the next day which is brilliant when you live in the middle of the countryside like we do!

Didnt notice this supplier at all which means it was seamlessly simple to find and order and everything I wanted was with me in a couple of days without complexity so I never needed to think about it much.

excellent speedy service
Amazingly fast service, more than once I have been amazed at how quick my items have arrived. Also delivered in a box that fits through the letterbox so no having to track down deliveries. Good value for known products and a handy guide if you have come from specsavers etc to get your equivalent brand.

Little time of being blind
Oh yes I get mine from lenstore online
Good range of brands and a price for every pocket and seem to cater for all Contact lenses .Even though I thought these came a bit slow this time that's why I rated 4* instead of 5*this time , and the postman got the address wrong,Tesco took three weeks to get my first lenses and I had to pick them up 20 miles there and back . So not bad lenstore.

Tried another provider... and came straight back!
Keen to budget, I checked lense prices on the ITV money saving website and decided to try an alternative provider 'Contactforlenses'. I ordered my lenses, paying up front for them, and then waited... nothing. I emailed to request an update...nothing. I telephoned to be advised I would have an email with information by the next day... nothing. I did this several times over 8 weeks but...nothing. Too late I checked the reviews and found all the other people who had paid their money and received absolutely nothing. I stopped to consider my previous experience with Lenstore - easy ordering, lenses received within 2 days, polite service, quality products - and realised how stupid trying to save just £7 had been. Anybody considering alternatives should stop right now and only order their lenses from the Lenstore site. Trading Standards and the Police involvement - and I'm still £40 down and I'm not alone. Don't do it - trust Lenstore and no other online sites!

Consistently excellent service
I've been using Lenstore for a few years now. I have never had any issues whatsoever and deliveries have always been speedy (usually 1-2 days). The process for re-ordering has been very easy and there have been a number of times where my contact lenses have been discounted. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I've seen the light, I told lenstore the optic size, my preffered manufactur'r, I need and just like that it's received by me the day after.
At 63 yr old I always like to see and touch the people I am buying from, so I've always had to walk up to the optition, take the necessary eye tests and pay the fee ( my spectacles prescription were never good enough ) I had to pay up front then phone them to see if they had recieved them then go back to the shop to buy them. NOT NOW - when I'm on computer I log onto the site, enter the manuafacturer and the optic sizes, then answer the door to take delivery a couple of days later. So I've got more time to golf, watch tv news or do the jobs the wife tells me to do. making happy me and happy wife !!
