Great service wonderfuly quick when your computer is sick

A good website to by RAM from
I have never upgraded RAM on a laptop before, I had a 7 year old laptop with only 256Mb ram with very slow performance. I typed the model of my laptop into google and it brought up the Mr Memory website. The website was easy to use and I could workout the exact RAM memory I needed for the machine. There were some helpful tutorials on the website that showed you how to fit the RAM into the machine.
Mr Memory were quick to deliver the RAM and it was well packaged, all in all I thought the service was very good.

Memory RAM without pain
Recommended to me my by someone who does IT for a living and they did everything promised. It's s scary area to be tweaking on your server (in my case) but when things seemed to be going wrong they were ready to help over the phone and everything was fine. Highly recommended and if I ever do it again I will go straight to them.

Excellent service, packaging and (so far!) product.
My son suggested I upgrade the RAM on my Sony Vaio laptop which seemed to be running slower than I felt happy with. I checked one or two websites to see what this involved and thought a DIY approach would not be too taxing. I liked Mr Memory's website which was easy to navigate and looked top quality - hence giving confidence - and ordered the RAM memory. It arrived by return nicely and securely packaged. After about 3 minutes of work I had installed the memory card as instructed - no problems. The laptop has speeded up nicely and I'm one satisfied and a not very "techy" customer.

First class speedy service
Memory ordered on Sunday afternoon.
Texted 8.30 am on Monday stating advising that it had been posted.
It arrived in Tuesday mornings post and is now fitted and appears to be working perfectly.

Excellent and simple RAM uograde to Asus Netbook
I ordererd a 2Gb RAM uograde for an Asus Seashell netbook. Orginally received the wrong card as Asus had upgraded the machine so it wasn't clear which card would fit. Customer service was great and the retrun process simple. A replacement card was sent out quickly and it was simple to install and worked straight off with no problems and vastly improved the performance of the machine.

The best and quickest service I've ever seen!
Mr Memory has to be the most amazing company I've dealt with. They make it so very easy to find what memory you need and explain in excellent detail how to fit it and what you may or may not do wrong when fitting it. The prices are good and their delivery is 1st Class, literally! I live in the very far north of Scotland and I always receive my delivery the next day without fail. The memory is packaged to the highest of standards and always works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to people who want a faster PC but don't know how to go about it as their service is the best I've ever seen, and I'm delighted at the speed of their deliveries.

What appears to be included is a patient ,caring attitude when dealing with the odd
glitches whenever a simple soul like me makes the most ridiculous errors.

Right product, fast delivery
They had the very specific product that I was able to be sure I was getting the correct part for my laptop. Delivery was very fast, came next day in post with the standard delivery choice.
Price was comparable to other sites.

VIAGRA FOR YOUR COMPUTER!
I am very happy indeed with the service provided by Mr. Memory. Totally hassle free! My 2008 Mac was beginning to find it very hard going keeping up with my many demands... now, to have no pages out at all is brilliant. And, boy, is it fast... almost as fast as Mr. Memory's delivery. Also, the 4GB's arrived surprisingly quickly before the money was taken out of my bank account... which I find amazing! Their website also made it very easy to find the right memory for my particular model. I really wish that I had heard of Mr. Memory earlier, this upgrade has made so much difference to my productivity and I will recommend this company to all and sundry... Many. many thanks!

Speedy return
Received 2 chips but alas 1 was faulty. Contacted company, waited for all the excuses, but none came. New chip arrived the next without even waiting for the original to be returned! This is only the second review I have ever written but the service was so good, I had to respond.

What a doddle an upgrade is with the right information and first class service

Prompt, polite, helpful, tried their best but computer died!!!
Could not fault the service. The ram was delivered promptly, but would not work properly. Tried to help over phone but without any luck despite several attempts. The computer literally died, but it was an old age pensioner. Decided to call it a day and get a new one. Upon returning ram, gave a full and prompt refund.
