Good customer service!

I got my first bracelet very quickly. When I realized I entered the initials wrong, I immediately contacted customer service as it was a gift and I needed it corrected. They got back to me pretty quickly, addressed my issue and are sending me a new corrected one with a return shipping prepaid envelope for the old bracelet. Very quick to help me out without hassle!

At first I was scared to buy a necklace from this website because I read a lot of bad reviews but I decided to buy anyway. After about 2 days I decided to email customer service to ask them when my necklace would be shipped because I needed it ASAP and they got back to me so fast I could not believe it. The email gave me all the info I wanted to know and it made me feel a lot better. I ordered my necklace on March 26 and it arrived on April 1, it was so fast I could not believe it. I do not know what everyone is talking about with all this stuff about never getting their necklace, maybe I was just lucky but when I saw the necklace I just completely fell in love with it! Never Ever Again!

I had ordered a necklace for my duaghter's birthday. It never arrived even though I paid for express. MyNameNecklace's excuse was that it got lost in the mail. Ridiculous. It's not the Pony Express any more. Anyways, a month later got a replacement except that this worthless company did not include the correct chain length, the gift box or personilsed card I had paid for. I have now asked for my money back and then I will post back the junk metal they sent out. If they don't, then I will involve my bank and the OCBA to collect my money and report this shoddy backstreet operation.

FYI, I've just come back from the Gold Coast, QLD, and saw the exact same necklaces been made while you wait in a little kiosk of Centro for $10!! I got one for all my kids for the same price MyNameNecklace charged for one.

UPDATED Review 03/11/13

My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me on January 31st for Valentines Day because he is in Afghanistan and can't give me a gift in person. Well the necklace did not arrive until February 19th and it was of poor quality. It was supposed to have 2 jump rings separating the two charms but both charms were on one jump ring so they sit right on top of eachother which looks stupid. Also, the chain was supposed to be silver and I received gold. Then the gold plated heart charm is very cheaply made because the gold is rubbing off and I have only had the necklace for about a week! Additionally, both of our names were supposed to be engraved on the heart charm, but only mine was. Actually, when you place the order for this necklace (item number 110-01-342-08) it doesn't even give you the option to type in the second name. My boyfriend assumed that his name would be put on the necklace because he was the one who purchased the necklace and had his name signed to the card. I have emailed this company several days ago and haven't received a response. To top it off, my boyfriend feels bad about the necklace. He said because he couldn't be there (he's in Afghanistan) to hug and kiss me for Valentine's Day that he wanted to send me something really special...which he thought he was! My necklace looks NOTHING like the picture online. It is a cheap version with only one name engraved on it.
So needless to say, mynamenecklace ruined my Valentine's Day!

**UPDATED REVIEW**
I am happy to report that all my problems with this company have been resolved. I did in fact receive a response the following day after my initial email, but it went to my junk mail and I never check that. So after posting the review above, I was contacted by a customer service manager named Oliver. Oliver was very helpful and accommodating. He had my necklace replaced with a different necklace of my choice within the same price range. The necklace arrived promptly and in beautiful condition. I am very pleased with the resolution provided by Oliver.
I would recommend any one that has a problem with this company to give them just a little time to respond to your email and work with them. They seem eager to fix any problems and provide a satisfactory solution.

Never Puchasing from here again.

I purchased the necklace Feb. 11 and after going online and checking for status, it stated to be shipped Feb. 14th. It's already Feb. 22nd and I haven't received my purchase yet. I paid extra for express delivery. I was celebrating a late Valentine's Day with my Finance because I was away during that week. The worst part, I've e-mailed them 3 times and according to their web-site, allow 24 hours for a response. Don't hold your breath. I’m giving them another week before filing a claim with better business bureau and disputing claim with my bank. Come on guys, at least let me know there is a delay or it never shipped. Something.

My Name Necklace has the best customer service anywhere (in addition to creating beautiful jewelry). A 2-capital name necklace I bought for my daughter arrived looking gorgeous and ahead of schedule. But a month later when it caught slightly on her coat, it snapped in half. Baby Bracelet Success

I bought a bracelet for a baby when my best friend had hers. I ordered it as soon as the baby was born and received it in a timely manner. I was worried at first that it wouldnt come in time for when I went to go visit my friend, as she lives in a different state, but in the end it came and it was in a pretty gift box that put the whole package together. The bracelet was adorable, my friend loved it and her baby now wears a bracelet that has her name written on it. Customer Service was also good in helping me decide what sizing was best. I'd definitely go back since there are a lot of cute things I can buy as presents on the website.

I've been waiting since August

This company is ridiculous. When the package did not come a few weeks after it was said to I immediately e-mailed customer service. I believed it was because the address might have been incorrect (when I think back on it I now realize that there should have been no problem with the address since I have received different packages from different companies addressed the same way). I corrected the address (even though I shouldn't have had to) and then I was told I was to be charged an ADDITIONAL $8.98 on top of what I had already paid (that's just terrible customer service). Now, here I am, MONTHS later STILL waiting on the package I guess just isn't going to come. I want my money back, but I doubt that will happen. This site is a SCAM. Do NOT order.

Order Local - Not from TelAviv

I would NOT RECOMMEND ordering from MyNameNecklace. Learn from my experience. I ordered a necklace the 1st of December that was to be a Christmas present. Based on the shipping information presented on their website and in their confirmation email, the order should have taken NO MORE than 13 days to arrive, and based on this, THEY recommended shipping it free via their parcel service. If I would have known they were located in TelAviv, I probably would have opted to pay for a tracking system. The necklace shipped on 12/6/12 but did not arrive until 12/29/12: that is 23 days past the date it shipped. Because they are located in TelAviv, the only way to contact them is via email, which can take up to two days for a response back because of time zones. Their customer service response back to: We are sorry for your inconvenience". Really? This was to be a special Christmas present that did not arrive until after Christmas. BTW, when it did finally arrive, the necklace was tarnished and spotty. I guess that's what happens when it takes 23 days to arrive! I had to purchase an alternate gift so my niece would have something to open and their response was "Sorry for your inconvenience". After sending several emails back and forth, two of which they didn't even bother to read they finally agreed to a slight discount. So I got back $14 on an $80 order. That in no way compensates me for the isues I encountered. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering from a local company. It's worth the extra money to deal locally and to be able to speak to a person!

SCAM!!!!

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend on 12/3/2012. I received a shipping confirmation email from namemylacklace.com on 12/6/2012 (with no tracking number). The email stated that it could take up to 13 days for regular delivery. 12/19 came around and still no necklace. I looked on the web site and it says it could take up to 16 days for delivery. So I waited until 12/22.... Still no necklace. I emailed the company, because they conveniently have no phone number listed on their webpage, and I'm told that it could take up to 18 days, haha. So... 12/24 has come and gone, did my girlfriend get her necklace? Nope! Horrible service, has to be a fake. I will be contacting the BBB as well as asking for a refund which I most likely won't get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Biggest Scam Ever. (Still waiting from October.)

NO NECKLACES AND NO REFUND FOR 4 MONTHS. This is rediculius I mean I can not get anything out of this website. I ordered matching necklaces for me and my twin sister for our birthday present. After waiting 2 month for delivery I gave up on the necklaces and asked for my money back. Now for the past two months they have played the same BS game with me. I asked for the phone number, they asked to call me instead because of the "internal phone problems". Is there Anything without any problems in this place? Come on?! Horrible service, no delivery, no refund, and no one to address except a fake representative via email. Shame on you people. Shame on you.

Where is my item?

I ordered my items late November; Christmas delivery was guaranteed; I got a confirmation that my order was shipped December 6th. It is now December 24th and I do not have the items. What kind of delivery takes over 2 weeks??? I cannot get tracking info and now I do not have my gifts for Christmas morning...I would never have ordered from this site if I knew it would take so long. There were other places I could have ordered from. Next time I will.

Not a scam, but stressful purchase over holidays

I was in arms about the process, certain that I was scammed, but just an hour ago my necklace arrived.. the company had agreed to reimburse me for the item but they do not need to now. I got it and am satisfied with the quality for what I paid.

I feel bad for saying they were a scam. Clearly they do produce these items. I do believe they should not rely on the USPS with no tracking for their shipping. It is not a good plan and has left many shoppers stressed.

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 4 necklaces that were promised by Christmas. It shows they were shipped on 12-2-12. I have sent numerous e-mails asking where my order is with either no reply or some generic generated e-mail. They have no tracking number, which is unheard of.Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and I am going to have four disappointed little girls. This is outrageous.

Only received one of my purchased items!

I was very happy to receive my package from My Name Necklace after 4 days of purchasing both an arabic script name necklace and hoop earrings. Upon opening the package I found only one of my items (the name necklace) in a gift box. I opened the invoice included in the package to find that sure enough, only one item was shipped and accounted for. The earrings that I paid for were not sent out to me.
The earrings were intended to be a Christmas present, and the website had guaranteed shipping prior to Christmas day. I have emailed customer service and reached out to the company multiple times but have not had any response yet.

I was very worried that the necklace would get to me damaged as I have had bad experiences with ordering similar jewelry from other companies in the past, with poor customer service. They were very very nice to me on the phone and very helpful, and they alleviated many of my fears. Ordered in NOVEMBER, still no necklace!!

I ordered a monogram necklace on 11/29 and still have not received it. I know that it was supposedly shipped on 12/05, but I can't imagine it taking that long to arrive. I emailed the company, the only way to contact them, and have still received no reply after more than 24 hours. Since I was sent no tracking number, I have no way of knowing whether I should go get a new gift before Christmas. I am so disappointed with this company!! My daughter will be heartbroken. I guess legal action is next. Good thing I am married to a lawyer!

Slow and damaged

I ordered a bracelet for my sister for Christmas on Dec. 2. I emailed once about why it was taking so long to get here and never heard a response. It finally arrived today (12/21) and was BROKEN!! I can not locate a customer service number to call about getting a refund. I have emailed them, but judging upon my last experience with no response, who knows what will happen. If I do not hear back within 24 hrs like their website states, I am contacting PayPal about a refund. Not only am I upset about it taking so long and being damaged, but the material was cheap and plastic-like. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I will not order from here again, not will I recommend anyone else do so either.

BAD product overall

UPDATE: 2/1/13
I was told that I would receive a full refund but its been a month and no word. I also wrote to customer service 3 days ago for a follow up and did not receive a response. This is ridiculous!!!!

My order finally arrived a month after it was placed. I had seen youtube reviews of their monogram necklaces and decided that it was worth buying as Christmas gifts. The necklaces arrived in plain packages stuffed in a bubble envelope from Israel (yes, from Israel!). The items were so poorly packaged that one of the pendants arrived damaged. The 18k gold plated chains also came prematurely tarnished or at least two out of the four chains appeared darker in color. The pendants were not high shine glossy pendants as appeared on their website. It was dull with fine scratches as if it was sand down and not properly polished. One of the jump ring attaching the pendant to the chain was also poorly made. It was in an oval shape and slightly bent. I can't explain what an disappointment this was. I take pride in selecting good gifts and I refuse to give these away. I have contacted customer service but they are slow in responding. I will NEVER order from them again and DO NOT recommend for anyone to purchase from them either.

Very good customer service but the necklace was made poorly

First time ordering from this website i was scared and seen all the reviews but i did so anyways. all my questions was answer when i had problems with my order. I got my necklace today and im really unhappy with it. i can tell it was made in a rush. I know you guys promise to get it here before christmas and you did so but everything is wrong with it. the clasp for the necklace was made unproperly. i couldn't get my necklace on properly. the plate is not properly support. it could break very easy. Christmas disappointment.....

I placed an order for necklaces for the women in my family, whom all live out of town. The order was placed on 11/12/12; the post office returned the package for insufficient address on 11/19/12, and the tracking said the item was returned to MNN on 11/21/12. As a result, I've been trying unsuccessfully to get an update on when I can expect the return package. To date I've received multiple emails apologizing for the inconvenience, however, no indication of whether I'll receive the package in time to mail out before Christmas to my recipients. I've offered to GLADLY pay additional to have the items shipped overnight, but with no response. I'm very disheartened that I'll have to purchase alternate gifts for my family if not received in time.

Piss Poor Customer Service

I too, like others below, ordered from this company and am unhappy with the lack of customer service available. I ordered my item on the 29th of November, received an email that stated that my item had been shipped out, but, of course, the email didn't have any tracking information, and I haven't received the item yet. I understand that I chose the free shipping offer, but I think it might cost $0.99 to add delivery confirmation to something that is sent via USPS, so why not go the extra mile to put your customers at ease? I've ordered items from other companies after I place my order with mynamenecklace.com (that have also shipped just plain ole snail mail) that I've already received (one came clear from the east coast and I'm in CA). Plus, they added delivery confirmation to the package so I could know when to expect it! Also, I don't like that there's no phone number so that I can call and speak to an agent...Over all, just very disappointed with the entire process. I will not be ordering from mynamenecklace.com again.

No confirmation, no necklaces!!

I placed an order for 2 necklaces as Christmas gifts a month ago but never received a confirmation email. Although they still charged me! I sent an email to the customer service department but no word from them. I had to include my customer service ticket number in this review rather than my confirmation number since I never got one!

I'm praying that I can still get my order before Christmas! But I have a bad feeling about this website.

So happy with my purchase from My Name Necklace!

I ordered a name necklace for my friend's birthday because she loved the one Carrie wore in SATC. Not only was I impressed with the price but also the quality of the product once I received it. I had the wrong chain length listed and customer service was very helpful in changing it. I received it within the time frame provided by the website. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be making additional purchases through the website!

PLEASE HELP

It has been about a month, if not longer, since I placed my order from this site and I have yet to recieve my necklace. The site said my order would take 12-18 work days. I did not even recieve a confirmation code in my email, so I can't even track my order. I have no clue about the status of my order. I am wondering if I will even get it. I have attempted to reach mynamenecklace and have sent three emails claiming information on the status of my order. Very poor service.

Returning customer that is satisfied with items and delivery

I have purchased probably 8 items from your website in the last year or so for gifts for my daughters friends birthdays etc . The necklace not correct

First of all it takes too long to receive. I ordered the Necklace on October 17, 2012 and received an Email that it was shopped on the 22. I did not receive it untill November 20, 2012. When I received it my order was not correct. The initals were reversed. I e mlailed and explaned this and sent a picture as requested. Today I receive an email stating that It was made as my order. My ordered stated the B should be on right side and th E on the left. When you put the necklace on the E is on the right and the B is on the left. If there is an issue on how the order was requested, you need a better way to specify the order. There should be a space to put the full name so your company will understand; now they want to charge me a 30 percent restoncking fee. I will not refer anyone to your company, instead I advise them not to order from you.
