very disappointed with quality of bag- they have used groupon as a con- they should be hunted down by trading standards
i got my bags but 1 fell apart after using twice and they were worth less than the voucher price let alone what they say they are worth
Like everyone on here, got a voucher, got my bag, rusbbish quality! Arranged return, all of a sudden email doesn't work, website does work, I'm trying to go through groupon now and hopefully try adn get some of my money back.
Like they say nothing is free in this world.
No sign of bag after 3 months, website disappeared. Were quick to reset my groupon code when it wouldn't work to get me to pay the extra money (above the cost of the voucher given to me as a Christmas gift).
Emailed them after 2 weeks of waiting for delivery to be informed that:
'All orders placed between 16/12/2011 - 06/01/2012 are being dispatched before the end of January. This is due to the high amount of orders placed over the festive period when Nellypot was closed.
I hope this helps and thank you for your patience.'
It is now 12th March - Patience has gone, and so has my money!!!
you are all so right my bf baught me this voucher from KGB and it took 4 months for it to be delivered and when it came it was the wrong bag, i also placed another order and it didnt come so i supose i wont be getting that order. its a joke !!!!!!
Ordered 9th Jan with voucher bought for Christmas pressie. First couple of emails asking about the delay were responded to. No responses to my last 3 emails and the site has gone too. Seems they were fobbing me off with delays to make it impossible to get a rebate from my credit card.
Not only are these people scum I would say they actually take joy in upsetting people.
I initially purchased 2 vouchers from discount sites in Oct and Nov and received my bags promptly.Although clearly not worth £64.95 as stated on Nellypot, I quite liked the bags and at a total of £20.90 thought they were fine. I then purchased another 2 vouchers from KGB and Groupon..different story. Ordered Feal Bag in Black and Navy, paid the extra £10.90 inc p & p, money debited on 19th Dec...surprise surprise no bags, now no website. Have emailed Sagepay who are aware of this company. To add insult to injury, I have just found the bag I ordered in another colour on www.bagsmorebags.co.uk for £16.25 along with many of the bags featured on Nellypot at a quarter of the price. Don't discount websites check out offers before they take them on! Not happy!!
I first used nellypot in October when I bought a kgb voucher, My bag did arrive a little late, but I wasn't too concerned, I then got another 2 bags from them with no problems. Then I bought another bag on 31st December using a 60% off voucher that I got with my purchases. The payment left my account on 3rd January and I still haven't received my goods yet 2 months later!!! I have sent numerous emails to them, and on the 3rd February they emailed me to say my bag had been dispatched, but it's still not here yet. In the FAQs on the website, there is a part saying there is a 3 week delay, but they are taking the mick now I feel, 2 months later. I will be contacting trading standards on Monday regarding this, and will use the phone number stated earlier for Sagepay to try and get my money back. I'm very angry with them as I was quite happy with the service I received previously, and even recomended them to friends, but have since told them not to even bother!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same problems as previous poster. 4 x £12 voucher plus £77 spent on more expensive bags and postage. One bag out of three recieved which was street market quality, barely worth the £12 voucher! The fourth voucher I didn't even bother with. I have no doubt this 'Becky' from Nellypot was buying cheap crap bags worth pennies from china or such like and selling on as 'designer' to make a profit. To add insult to injury the website is now closed and emails won't send. I have contacted Groupon and am waiting reply. I would not be surprised to see a similar webstore open under a different name with the same shoddy quality of merchadise.
I bought 4 vouchers at £12 as Christmas gifts. Then, against all advice, I paid a further £47.70 directly to Nellypot. This leaves me £95.70 out of pocket...and not a bag to be seen!!
This disreputable company, which have used every trick in the book as delaying factors, may have simply become overwhelmed by the volume of orders. If this is the case why not remit all payments?
I feel that this company reflects very badly on Groupon, who surely should research the capacity and authenticity of their partners.
Groupon are at least morally culpable as they took the original payments.
I'm afraid that Nellypot has severely damaged their credibility.
Total con. waited months for orders to arrive............when one did was awful.......sent the bag back............no refund. Still waiting for refund and second order........what compounds the issue is I paid Nellypot P & P and extra £5 for what I'd thought would be a lovely bag!!!they were having a laugh and this has made me much wary of buying Kgb & Groupon deals
In the end, despite using a Groupon voucher that was supposed to get me a bargain, I paid nearly £30 for a bag far inferior to my usual M & S purchases, with a shoulder strap that was clearly substandard. I was attempting to get a new strap, which they promised to send over 2 weeks ago. I will not be so quick to buy a Groupon or any other 'money saving' voucher! I cannot get Nellypot to respond so I suspect I've cooked my goose now! BEWARE!!
Absolutely disgusting - bought bag with Groupon voucher as I felt secure that this would be a safe site - how wrong am I - the whole site is/was just a scam so that the owners could get £10+ off everyone - a nice little earner. I wont trust a Groupon voucher redeemable site again. At the end of the day its not the loss of money its the principal its a shame more people will have been scammed by this pathetic excuse for a company - PS dont bother trying to email them either as the email address has been deleted.
I bought a Groupon voucher for a Nellypot bag and as have many others, I have also not received my order and got no response to my emails.
I have contacted Groupon for more information, telephone number or address, for this company. They must have had this info in order to have negotiated the deal. They refused to forward any information and after several emails the have offered to give me £10 worth of groupon credits. I think Groupon should research their partners in these deals more diligently and their failure to give further information enables retailers like this, who are at best incompetant and at worst dishonest, to continue their doubtful business. On a further note am still awaiting the Groupon credit.
I agree with everything that has been said. I'm still waiting for my bag to arrive and ordered it 2 months ago. Customer service had been okay up to a few weeks ago but now they are just ignoring my email. I've checked their website and it doesn't seem to be online any more? Can anyone verify this and does anyone have an idea of how to claim our money back?
This company is set up on FALSE PROMISES... other than scamming customers out of products and money it wouldn't surprise me if they was doing the same to the government.... they are not advertised as a LTD or PLC company so obviously not VAT registered, therefore who you going to claim money back from as they would have no removable assets. Therefore, takes small claims court out of the equation..... REPORT REPORT REPORT.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Like most reviewing this company I too ordered bags from their website that I never received. I ordered three bags with KGB deals and I only got one of the bags. When I then realized that I had not received the remaining two i wrote them after the time they recommended on their website and I 2 months later I still have not heard from them. According to my account on their website the bags was dispatched on December 5th butI never received them.
I have written them countless times and from different e-mail accounts and I still have not received a recognition of my loss of bags or money. I have not heard a single thing from them, not even a "We are looking into it" email. This is completely unacceptable and I am looking into how to go further with this when it comes to online companies. I have seen these bad reviews on countless sites... I only write here to warn people before ordering from this company. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR BAGS TO ARRIVE.
if i could i would rate this company with a big fat zero, i ordered a handbag on the 21st of december 2011 and i have emailed several time, to no avail, no reply, no handbag, i think it is downright rude to totally ignore customers that pay good money and pay in good faith, utterly disgusted

Do not buy anything from this company. I had a group on voucher to purchase a bag. It was meant to be a present for my daughter. They e mailed to say it was despatched on 4 December. I have not received it yet 17/2/12. I tried to contact them but there was something wrong with the web site. Since they have published their e mail address I have contacted them weekly not even an acknowledgement. I feel this is like stealing. Lynda Bury
Ordered bag via groupon in december. never received bag. groupon did say they would contact nellypot, still waiting for out come of that.have now contacted my credit card company for help. quite simply stay away from NELLYPOT. should have a Zero star rating !
Unlike some of the reviewers I actually received my bag (bought with a Groupon voucher). However after only a few weeks use the handles have split where they are stiched. (This bag was advertised at £64.95 !!!) I have emailed nellypot fro a returns label as I'm not prepared to pay postage to return the bag as I don't believe for one minute that they will give a replacement or refund and I'll just be out of pocket on postage costs. Surprise surprise no reply! I did think of trying to contact Groupon but suspect that I'll get nowhere. Might try Trading Standards as surely they should not be able to get away with such shoddy service and be allowed to keep trading.
Disgusting company - do not use - EVER
After purchasing a £12 groupon voucher for £60 I bought a bag from Nellypot, costing me a further £20.90 including the delivery cost. The bag eventually was delivered but faulty as it has its strap missing (correct me if I am wrong but isn't this one of the main objectives of a bag?).
I tried contacting Nellypot on 5 separate occasions to no avail before contacting Groupon. Groupon advised me they have contacted Nellypot and they in turn would be in contact with me within 10 working days. Shock, horror, this hasn't happened. When I have contacted Groupon again they have advised to wait a further 10 days. I have asked for my money to be refunded from Groupon and will have to take it on the chin as a bad experience with regards ever seeing a refund from Nellypot. Surely if they can respond to Groupon there is somebody there with an ounce of conscience.
Its a shame as it unfortunately leaves a sour taste and I wil investigate further and in more detail prior to purchasing a Groupon voucher ever again.
I purchased a bag on 6th Jan via a Groupon voucher. I have not received any confirmation email and after numerous emails to Nellypot I have heard nothing. Absolutely awful company!
However, I have found a number for Sagepay who are the company that provide the card payment facility. If you contact sagepay they will log a complaint against Nellypots account. this should force their hand into actually responding by either giving a refund or providing the goods. Their number is 0845 111 4455. This is in no way Sagepays fault. They just created the card payment system but hopefully if enough complaints go through, Nellypot will do something.
I purchased a bag through the groupon discount vouchers on 11th dec. I have been trying to contact nellypot on several occasinons through different means without being able to. No bag, no answers, no customer support, no web site contact. The very worst company I've ever come accross.
I bought a voucher from Groupon which I redeemed with Nellypot on 17th December. I contacted Nellypot as my bag hadn't arrived and was told on 12th January that it was due to be dispatched early the following week - still nothing.
They have ignored my email I sent a week ago, and I have no confidence that I will get my order at all.
I complained to Groupon last week, who said they'd pass my complaint on. I have now asked Groupon for a refund on my voucher, I don't know where I'll stand with getting the money I paid on top of the voucher back from Nellypot though.
Horrendous service, origionally ordered a bag before christmas about the 11th December did not expect it to get here before then but it was ok as it was a present for myself not someone else. Good job too as i have had to order again because never arrived. My order was processed, dispatched and shipped then refunded, canceled and voucher reactivated so i had to go through the whole process again of ordering which i did on the 18th Jan! Guess what?.... i am still waiting! I sent another e-mail asking if they knew when the bag would get here but also stated i didn't expect them to reply as they never do!although since the e-mail my progress has changed from processed to dispatch so who knows i may get lucky and actually receive the bag?!
I bought a voucher on Groupon and then purchased a bag 9th DECEMBER, I am still waiting for my bag and even a reply from this company. I have sent e-mail after e-mail no reply. I am now planning to take legal action. This company should not be allowed to trade.
i received a voucher very nellypot for my christmas. Although I read the bad reviews i felt I had to use the voucher. I puchased a bag for less than the value of the voucher however they did not credit the remaining amount. I also still had to pay the p&p. I placed my order on 28th December. I have never received an email saying my bag has been sent however when I log into my account it states it has been. I contacted nellypot to ask whether it had been sent or not. Im yet to receive a reply to my email or my bag!!!!

purchased my bag over 5 weeks ago and only just received it. Had problems with the purchase and the lady was very very helpful she was even replying to emails at 11pm so that I could make the purchase.
Once I had paid my money they disappeared off the face of the earth. I place my order before the pre Xmas deadline which made no difference. They then took the bag off the site as it was out of stock and some how still managed to send out a replacement. I had an email to say the royal mail had my bag over a week ago, however the postage stamp only had yesterdays date on it. Funny that!

Very poor, my wife ordered a black bag which upon arrival was brown even though the picking note stated it had been checked twice!!!
Sent it back following the instructions as advised & have heard nothing since despite emailing them several times.
Surely they cant get away with this, they should not be trading!! all we want is a status update of our return because at the moment they have my money. Very Poor.....TALK TO US!!!!!!
Nellypot.com suck! I am from the united states of America and i purchased a bag for my sister. However its now been over 6 weeks and no bag has arrived. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact customer support but have had no luck could someone PLEASE contact me to arrange a refund! Not a good service at all.
