Who needs a long, drawn out review. This was perfect for what I was looking for. Provided was pricing, hotels, conveniences and took no time at all to complete. I'm sure everyone has an opinion of their own. This is mine. NP
We reserved and paid over $1000 to be at the Prince Conti Hotel April 11,12,13th.
My son was involved in a near fatal accident March 29, involving 2 weeks in intensive care/Trauma . We notified New Orleans.com April 3rd, when it was apparent he would need home care after 5 different intense surgeries. We believe 8-10 days notice of cancellation as a result of a family emergency is adequate notice in a business that normally accepts cancellations up to 24 hrs before the occupancy date.
Not New Orleans.com........They had a "NO Cancellation policy during one of the busiest times of the year...go figure.
Keep the money while the medical bills go north of $250,000.....
The hotel we choose was excellent with a great view and location. The
french Quarter was close and there was the casino across the street and shopping attached to the Westin. Secure Parking is a big issue in NoLa and it was provided without any problems. The site NewOrleans.com provided excellent descriptions of the hotels to help you choose what best suited your visit needs, and ours was a reduced price compaired to walking in off the street to book a room. The King Suite was excellent and I would highly reccommend it to everyone.
We stayed here for 5 days. King room. Very clean, comfortable and up to date. Pool looked great, but the weather was too cold while we were here to swim. Garden a
rea is lovely and warm on a sunny day. Staff was great. Professional, helpful, courteous and very pleasant. Breakfast each morning was very good, with a great selection of foods. Our only complaint was there was not a TV guide on the cable set or in writing. We couldn't find anything on the TV in the evenings. We had a great time, walked everywhere because we were within blocks of everything. Would return again anytime and reccomend it to all our family and friends.
THEY LIED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE HOTELS AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHALLENGE THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE HOTEL YOU CHOOSE???
As someone who loves to travel but hates to plan, this site is just what I need for any-and-all things New Orleans! I am frequently back-and-forth between America and Europe, so whenever I make my way back down this is THE FIRST PLACE I GO.

Customer Service was outstanding! It made a difference having someone on the line who is from the area, instead of someone who can only read facts from brochure.

Had no problem booking a last minute hotel when all other sites had most NOLA hotels booked. Found a great price with a lot of free bonus items I used downtown and in the French Quarter.
Even as a NOLA native, NewOrleans.com is the only site I go to check what's going on and when. It's nice to know that when I actually get time off from work to either play tourist or catch a festival or concert, I have all the info I need at a touch of a button. NewOrleans.com rocks!

This site is truely awesome! Just used it to find a hotel for next weekend, and was able to put together an agenda for the entire weekend! Many of my friends and family are planning to visit durring Mardi Gras/Superbowl, so I just sent the link to all of my FB friends. Last but not least, I was just reminded that it's Wednesday and there's music to be heard at Harvest the Music in Lafayette Square! Never a dull moment!! :-)
I'm a frequent visitor of New Orleans. Now, before NewOrleans.com, I thought I knew all there was to know about the magical city. Naïve, right?
But after reading the wonderful articles, frequently checking out mentioned restaurants, and saving money on hotels, I knew I was hooked. From their excellent customer service to the festival schedules, NewOrleans.com is the one-stop-shop for anyone who wants to have the best possible experience in NOLA.

I live in New Orleans, and still get lots of useful info from their website. They list things like tours, festivals, and other general things happening around the city. They also list discounts for hotel bookings, and who doesn't like to save a little bit of money?!

Thanks to NewOrleans.com traveling was made easy, when it comes to a weekend get away or just a day in the city with the family this is the website to veiw. Even being from Louisiana, I dont know everything there is to do in New Orleans and with NewOrleans.com I was able to find new restaurants, hang outs and acitivities to tell friends from out of town. Also, making a hotel reservation was easy from just one site. Thanks NewOrleans.com Y'ALL ROCK!
My husband planned to visit New Orleans to get relaxed and enjoyed their beautiful places and attractions. Visiting big cities like New Orleans is really hard, but thanks to NewOrleans.com for the best information we got. All information we need is here, from their best Hotels, dining, attractions, event and many more that you want to know from their cities. We enjoyed our stay and planning to go back again for the next visit. Thanks NewOrleans.com for helping us to get an easy and relaxing trip.
You can get the best information from NewOrleans.com from their Hotel booking, travel, dining, night life and many more. It really helps me a lot where I can see more beautiful attraction around New Orleans. Keep up the good updates. Best informative site ever!.
We booked our hotel in the French Quarter through Neworleans.com after trying to book through several big name travel sites. Those sites simply couldn't compete with Neworleans.com's hotel selection and prices. The hotel we ended up booking seemed to be exclusive to neworleans.com. And the wealth of additional travel info on the site was extremely helpful after booking the hotel. It's really the only site we'll be using to plan our upcoming vacation to New Orleans.
Being able to customise your holiday to your own needs/preferences is very useful when you're an independent traveller like me.
I have had no problems with neworleans.com, I find the website easy to navigate and always find myself browsing areas of interest, sometimes nothing to do with my original request or tour. Long may it continue to provide a quality service with a competitive price.
Colleen Rush, NewOrleans.com, made a real effort to answer all of my questions BEFORE our little trip to New Orleans; she gave me ideas of what to do that were out of the ordinary rather than the usual tourist spots. Upon our arrival in New Orleans, we were unable to stay in the hotel in which we'd been booked. Upon hearing about the unexpected problem, Colleen made certain that my money was quickly refunded. I would definitely use NewOrleans.com again if I were to visit that beautiful and charming city.
Thank you, Colleen, and thanks to NewOrleans.com.
I love the updates, it is helping me plan my getaway down there in April. I plan on booking a swamp tour through ya'll in the next two weeks. Love the information and am greatful for this website. Keep up the awesomeness.
I love the info and the specifically designed content and of course the contests. It might be because I love New Orleans so much, but I think this is certainly an added bonus. Keep it up and look forward to maybe working with you in the near future!
Just moved back, and it's great to find the new places - at least, new to me. It's terrific for out of town visitors, as a one stop shop for all things NOLA!
I loved that this site great suggestions and recommendations. I work for the world's 3rd largest airline and I'm always looking for great tips for passengers (as well as myself). I'm based in Seattle so its nice to see a bit of ol' New Orleans everyday on facebook!
Loving the pics on your Facebook page. It's nice to see home, when I am so far away, and not sure when I'll get back down that way. Thanks for all the great pic and memories. Keep them coming, and keep up the excellent work. Very nicely done.
You can always find out what's going on in New Orleans when you go to NewOrleans.com. They will give you all the information you need for planning your trip here, or if you are local, they will tell you what is happening day by day. I love knowing what is going on so I can attend the events and take advantage of everything I can!
We get in and out of N.O. every few months and have for years. It can be tough at times to figure out new restaurants and hotels and such without "local knowledge".... and this site has obviously put in quite an effort to get folks to the right places to have a good quality visit. The hotels especially seem to mesh with our ideas of the right kind of places to stay. Quality info. Good stuff.
