Sehr guter Service!
Der Service ist sehr gut, meine Anfragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet (oft innerhalb von Minuten). Die Kontaktperson war immer sehr zuvorkommend. Der Versand erfolgte schnell und problemlos (vier Tage von England nach Deutschland). Bei Bedarf werde ich gerne wieder über Open Air Cambridge bestellen!

Honest Advice - A genuine concern that you choose the right product
How refreshing, twice I have contacted these guys regarding footwear and they really want to make sure they and you get it right first time round. Well we did it together and the Meindle walking shoes are the perfect fit and feel like they were made for me.
This is my second Meindle Product as I purchased some walking boots a month before. The shoes were for a trip to Fuerteventura, a little walking and then onto Volcano Calderon Hondo, in use I soon realised I had finely found security and comfort beyond my dreams, I had surely not been choosing the right items in the past, thanks guys you made our climb a great one

Item delivered on time with receipt, refund advice etc.
The buying process was good but was disappointed in the colour of the item. It was described as yellow, but is actually orange. I have no time to return and wait for the yellow item described.

Very fast delivery and great price
My old GPS gave up the ghost one weekend, I ordered a new Garmin 62S from Open Air on Tuesday afternoon and received it Wednesday morning. Excellent service all round and still havent found anywhere that was as cheap.

Friendly, welcoming & informative website
I liked the fact that the website mentioned that this was a real shop with real people! Although I made my choice on the basis of Google search results, knowing that there was a human face behind the webshop gave this business the extra edge. Range of stock was excellent, prices competitive, & delivery prompt within the time frame promised.

I needed to replace my daughter's North Face jacket at short notice as the one she bought six months ago had to be cut off following a riding accident. An identical jacket was in stock on-line, at a competitive price and, despite it being a bank holiday weekend, was delivered, free of charge, extremely quickly. What's not to like! Very pleased with my purchase and the excellent level of service.

I purchased the Osprey Farpoint 40, which for some reason has been a mission to find in a specific colour and back size. Not only did Open Air source the bag for me, but they did so at a competitive price, speedy delivery and great communication. It makes a change to come across a company who are helpful, respond when they say they will and actually deliver the goods! I even made a point of emailing them to say this... Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Now i just want to take it on holiday! :)

i bought a hilleberg nallo gt tent from open air my biggest internet spend by far.as i don,t often shop online i was a bit nervous.on calling to confirm order i was put at ease as money would not be taken from my account until order was dispatched and that is what happend later the same day.an attempt on another site to buy this tent had resulted in money immediately transfered from account and later informed the tent was mysteriously out of stock,thus the nerves.open air did what they said they would in a friendly and reassuring manner.just what i hoped internet shopping would be like.the full package at the best price i could find.will definately check out this site for future gear purchases.

Rapid delivery of product as described.
Have been looking for a particular backpack in a particular colour and size for a while. Most places didn't have it or had it at fairly high prices. Open Air Cambridge had one in stock and this was sent out rapidly in just the right amount of packaging (not too much, not too little). No problems whatsoever.
