I was extremely impressed with the service provided. An initial email enquiry regarding the product (an office chair) was answered within half an hour by Gemma Rogers and she then answered a follow up question regarding delivery within five minutes. The chair arrived at 8.00am less than 48 hours after I placed the order. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them in future. Their prices are competitive, the estimated delivery date was much sooner than any other company I tried and the carriers they used (FedEx) certainly provided an excellent service too.

I ordered mixed clipboards but asked if I could have 2 colours only, their reply was it was hit or miss, however when they arrived I almost had what I wanted - 24 clipboards in 2 different colours, bar 4 which were white.... great service, communication, speedy delivery and would certainly order from them again!

After trawling through the internet looking for a reasonably priced post room sorter bay I found myself on the Paperstone website. This was by far the cheapest I had come across. I telephoned Paperstone and spoke to pleasant, friendly and vey helpful staff and received the sorter bay withing days of placing my order. Unfortunatley when I received my order I had ordered the wrong colour. I telephoned Paperstone and informed them of the mistake I had made. They advised me this was not a problem and I would receive a phone call giving me a date when their carrier would pick this up, they took my order for the correct colour. I received an email confirming this within minutes of my conversation. I will not hesitate to use Paperstone again.
I ordered a box of Navigator paper, which is 5 reams, a hefty item. A large flat envelope was delivered and I assumed it was something else I'd ordered until I looked inside. Hmm. Two clear plastic view folders, but a delivery note saying it should be a box of Navigator paper. This being my first order with Paperstone I was a little concerned. I telephoned and spoke to a very pleasant woman who was as flummoxed as I was as to how I had the correct delivery note but wrong contents. Immediately she offered to get the correct goods sent out and to arrange collection for the incorrect goods. I explained that I work weird hours and to stay in for a collection and delivery was inconvenient. She promised to have a word with the delivery/collection companies and see what she could sort out. Brilliant! Both drivers turned up together, grinning because they'd timed it to perfection. I was very pleased. The entire process of having wrong goods delivered turned into a bit of fun and a pleasure rather than a pain because it was handled with courtesy and understanding. I will definately be buying from Paperstone again. By the way, their price was excellent!
I was delighted to find the product priced so cheaply but alarmed at the high delivery cost. Nevetheless the product seemed of good quality and we received the goods the next day. I would definately recommend you and use you in the future if the need arises
On the website it says it comes in one pack. When it arrived it had to be made.
I then put it together as per in the instructions and found out that the instructions were back to front. I had to then take it apart to do it again.
As a first-time shopper on this site, I was obviously a little cautious about them. It did take me a while, before I felt happy to go-ahead with my purchase. There are just so many scams out there, that you can never be too sure if your hard-earned cash is going down the toilet, or not.
BUT!! I was so impressed, when the following morning, my parcel was there. AND!!, I was even happier to see inside the box, was..........another box, and inside that box was The Most Beautiful Pair of work-shoes for my Husband, that I had ever seen!. Joking apart, he tried them on and is out wearing them, as we speak. He says they fit like a glove, and are very light-weight, so his legs don't ache so much at the end of the day. The price was right, and with next day delivery costs, they were still less than other company's charge.
I added the site to my Favourites, and although I won't need to shop with them until I need something again, like the work-shoes, it is always worth knowing who to trust and where to go for the best shopping experiences.

Apart from the unit arriving on the day I specifically arranged for it not to arrive, I am absolutely delighted with it. It was very easy to assemble and it looks a piece of quality furniture.
Unfortunately we were sent a dodgy mis matched blackboard along with three normal/new ones because the warehouse was out of stock - bit of a poor show?
It was a small order done during the afternoon. A cork board and some push pins. The order was easy to place and no hassle. The delivery was next day by Fedex to my door, correctly picked and in good condition. No problems, would use Paperstone again.
I was pleased with the priced of the papertowels i ordered, however when i recieved them they looked as though they had been thrown into the box. half of them were all scrunched up.

This was my first order with Paperstone. I ordered two black paper trays. One black, and one silver, arrived. Paperstone sent me a replacement black tray, and it arrived the next, and they let me keep the silver one too! The customer support person was very friendly and efficient too. They have converted me to a regular customer. I could not be happier with Paperstone.
I was tasked with obtaining a reasonably priced poster frame for a colleague who was leaving the company in the space of one day. I paid for next day delivery before lunchtime, expecting to be waiting well into the next afternoon for delivery. I was suprised and delighted to arrive at my desk at 8.50am the following morning to see that the frame had already been delivered!

Just what i wanted no messing about putting the cabinet together,straight forward put it where i needed it and fill the thing up I used mine for putting all my tolls in, and some of them are quite heavy .Delivery took 5 working days and not 14 to 21 as stated in advert,which i was very pleased with.Good communication they phoned to say when it was being delivered (gave me 2 days to make sure some one would be in).Arrived in excellent condition and well wrapped.Would use again,highly recommended..........
