This is the first time i have used this service and i have to say im very impressed,i sent a question and i had a reply within 2 minutes,Sam who was on customer service was right on the ball and answered every question i asked with a reply with more detail than what i was expecting,i was unsure about dealing with parcel2go after reading some of the things that were written about them but after the superb service i got from Sam i would not hesitate to go with thuis company in the future
I have used Parcel2Go to send parcels in the past and they always have very competitive prices and first class service. I recently contacted their customer services via Twitter and again I was not disappointed. They dealt with my query very swiftly and my Sam answered all of my questions very quickly. Highly recommended company to deal with.
Got a bit lost on the booking the collection of my parcel, still not sure if it was my fault because first time using this service or the actual website.. but other than that thanks to the live chat and thanks to Daniel managed to rebook the collection of the parcel very quickly and easily..great service!
First class service! I had problems with some paperwork (ie I mislaid it!) but Sam came to my rescue and arranged new paperwork and a new date for collection. I am really impressed by the way my query was handled and it quickly it was resolved! Thank you again Sam! You put my mind at ease!

I had a query regarding a parcel being delivered to me. I asked my question on their Facebook page and within minutes had a reply from Sam. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. A real change from most customer service you get nowadays!!

Accidentally booked collection on wrong date. Spoke to Leanne via live chat and she sorted out my mistake within minutes. Very good service.

I spoke with Michelle tonight who finally closed a worrying case for me, after chatting to many of the representatives of parcel to go today, took seconds to be connected to efficient knowledgeable people.
My parcel was picked up by Hermes on the 9th May and over this past week my buyer kept badgering me with complaints about the service and where was his item? He wanted a refund blah blah blah......is it signed for???
Worrying about the buyer i made sure i covered the item for it's whole value and added the additional signature - ok it was a little extra but well worth the money.
I contacted p2g site today and was told to go ahead with a non delivery claim which took about 15 minutes to complete, they said they would email me a copy of the signature and that the delivery was not unusual and was delivered to the buyers address, there were no notes on the delivery.
I sent the email onto the buyer and low and behold he found the person who had signed for the item and the house of the person who had been holding onto the item for him - so why? did they not drop it round to him i ask myself?
I believe the buyer was trying his arm - p2g delivered the item to him and he was hoping i would buckle under pressure and refund him.
I shall certainly be reporting him to ebay.
And i'm sorry i doubted p2g's service which is first class.
Thanks to Sam and Steph for doing their best for me when I asked that a courier picked up a parcel before I had to leave the house. Was initially asked if a neighbour could help out, but it was just one of those days when nobody was around. But luckily the courier duly arrived well before I needed to leave, so huge sighs of relief all 'round. So if it was down to you Sam and Steph thank you, I appreciate it.
I was finding difficulties in registering my parcel to be delivered, and I saw the 'Live Chat' box appear. I introduced myself, and Sarah 'H' was there to help me. I found her very attentive and helpful all the way through the ordering process.
I will certainly be using Parcel2go again and if I need to chat, I hope it will be to Sarah 'H' !

don't usualy use the 1st one that comes up but they found me a great selection of prices . I got stuck on being able to print out my lable drove me nuts so I use there online chat help was answerd straight awawy Daniel sorted out the problem straight awawy

Booked a collection which failed due to the sender not being at home. After 3 days of trying to work out a new collection with the sender, parcel2go rebooked, changed the collection address and had it all sorted within a few minutes. The rep i spoke to, Richard, couldn't have been any more helpful. Couple the help with the cheap (cheaper than Royal Mail) prices and they have to be a winner. Surely?
I have used the Parcel2go service for the very first time this week, I had a small glitch when I tracked the parcel, but got straight onto Sam on the facebook page who was able to help straight away and clear up my enquiry! I would definitely use again if customer services is this good, I have used lots of more expensive couriers in the past who's customer services department have been awful!

I DID I LIVE CHAT WITH DANIEL, THE HELP HE GAVE ME I THINK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL I HAD SENT A PARCEL TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AND HE SORTED IT OUT FOR ME AS I HAD NOT A CLUE HOW IT COULD BE RECTIFIED AND WITH DANIELS HELP THE PROBLEM WAS SORTED. I wanted to get a refund because I had lost the label for my parcel. William straight away helped me and emailed me it instead, so I didn't have to fuss with getting a refund. He also moved my collection date to Friday. A really good help. Give that guy a pay rise...
In honesty i havent always had the best service from live help and it has sometimes been very frustrating. I have been using this service for hundreds of parcels though and they are generally very good. Spoke with Lizzie today and i have to admit, the customer service is definately on the up - fast and efficient, friendly etc, she has definately improved my opinion of P2G from 4 stars to 5 stars.
Usual ebay sale. parcel2go (TNT) promised next-day (Friday) collection. They didn't turn-up and wasted my time. No communication from them. I rearranged on line and they did arrive on the Monday pm. Looking in the wrong village. Maybe they haven't heard of satnav!!
I serious recommend this service, one of the best companies going by far..

I regularly send parcels of various sizes and weights worldwide and I always go through Parcel2go. Their website is easy to use. You can quickly get a quote and compare prices of all the well known couriers.
Their prices are great, especially for international deliveries (I always use Fedex for these) its cheaper to go through parcel2go than buying directly from the courier themselves.
I recently used the live help chat to change a collection date and found the customer service to be friendly and efficient....thank you Richard :)
