I was getting worried about my parcel that something had happened but done a live chat to Sammy Taylor who was fantastic and told me it was out for delivery and if I want for her and the live chat I wouldn't of known what to do so thank you sammy

the auto fill postcode wanted to send my parcel to the wrong side of the u.k. so EMMA filled the forms in with the info i gave her, i was gonna switch off and find another service as i lost confidence but Emma bought me back from the brink of self destruction and helped me to win the day!

I needed to use the Live help and i was connected toa nice lady called Emma who booked my collection for me, she made it very easy and my collection was booked within 5 minutes. I would recommened Parcel to go to anyone as its very cheap and they provide a good service,
I was having trouble filling out the parcel forms to send some parcels by courier as I don't have a printer and using Citylink you don't need a printer. Emma talked me through it on live chat and she produced me with a bill which I will pay a bit later.Brilliant service. Parel2go Rock !!
Despite a problem with a collection, contacted the Customer Services via Live Chat and Sammie Taylor has sorted the problem with minimal fuss. Have used Parcel2Go for around 2 years now and would say have had around 95% success rate so will continue to use them.
£350 lamp NOT DELIVERED to my customer in London, to save embarrassment after chasing parcel2go for over a week for an answer through there non existent customer service, I had to send the item again at my cost to save face. I spoke with P2G through the online chat twice and to which they said we will get back to you in 24 hours (both times it never happened) then I put in a claim through the website for insured value which was in excess of £200. After emails messages flying back and forth and a list of OTHER EVIDENCE that they required being obtained and forwarded on (including an embarrassing request from us to my customer to write a statement to say he never received the product?) as well as to submit pictures of the missing item (I had a spare otherwise that would have been impossible too!) three weeks later, they offered me a settlement of £38. TOTAL JOKE! Don't even bother with these people unless you want to make your company look bad and totally inconvenience your customers.

Having made a mistake with the delivery address, I used LiveChat to contact RICHARD MILEHAM and he has proved very helpful at dealing with my problem. Fingers crossed the parcel will be delivered to the correct address this week.
I used Parcel2go to find the best option to send a parcel to Germany for Christmas. I had a question about one service which was quickly and sufficiently answered by the very lovely Becky. Nice service, not too formal and I received the answer I needed.

It's the first time I've sent a parcel aboard. This was by far the cheapest way to send a parcel to Europe. Arranging collection was quick and easy. The courier arrived when they said they would. A few days after I sent the parcel I realised I had missed part of the delivery address off the label. I had an online Chat with Rose, who was so friendly and helpful, she reassured me she would do what she could to make sure the courier received the updated details. Fantastic service! Highly recommended.
After some rather disappointing customer services from my normal courier, I decided to give Parcel2go a try. Being my first dispatch to China, I was very pleased with the level of customer support. The live chat I had with Katie answered all my questions in a thorough and detailed way while being friendly. Not what I am used to of late from my normal courier. Well done Parcel2Go. I am impressed!
I booked a collection of a parcel, for my daughter, on a date that would have missed their Christmas deadline for arrival in Australia. Panic!! I contacted their on-line chat service and "spoke" to Sam, on a Sunday mind you.
Having explained my predicament I received a simple "No problem at all" response, how good is that?
I then asked what do I need to do to make the change? the response came "I have already made the change and you will receive a confirmation email soon"
I really cannot fault this service and the quality of the reaction when something does go slightly awry. Thank you Parcel2Go and thank you Sam :-)

I have used Parcels 2 Go on several occasions and have found them very reliable - and also the cheapest I could find.
When I printed my latest packing slip however, I came to find my wife had already posted my parcel and not told me!
I contacted their customer services via Live Chat and spoke to Jenny who was amazing in sorting a refund for me. I was worried they would not be able to help but she sorted it within minutes.
A highly recommended company.
I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use of this service from Parcel 2 Go.
A simple form quickly lead to despatch options and the P2G own service I chose was spot on picking up on time and communicating throughout the whole process.

P2Go are a fantastic organisation with many great deals etc.
NEVER go for the Yodel option as after 3 days off work waiting for collection, it never happened, yet tracking details specified it had been collected and was on its way.

I've been doing ebay as a hobby on and off for years and always used Royal Mail services. However after some major disappointments, the lack of compensation becoming laughable and the fees being excessively over inflated I decided after recommendation from a friend to try using parcel2go.
Being unsure of the services and a complete novice i decided to contact the online live chat for some answers to my questions.
Emma was my contact and she was polite, professional and answered all of my questions in detail giving me reassurance.
Tomorrow i will be using the services through parcel2go! Well done Emma. It's the small things like good customer service that are the most important to bring people to a Company.
Headline price is great, but includes next to no insurance cover. So, guess what? They go heavy on selling you a cover upgrade.
Having to wait a day for a collection is a pain and surprisingly slow, I don't know why this is the case?
It's a useful option for the occasional parcel though and I like the ability to see the different carriers options and rates.
I really was stuck with an order, thanks Sammie Taylor for helping me sort it out, I use Parcel2Go all the time and in three years have never had cause to complain, only to compliment the excellent customer service and over-all value for money.
Leanne Is a very helpful agent on facebook as my parcel got lost there is no where I could get help to find it.
After a search on google I found Leanne she is very helpful and do all she can to find that parcel for me, hopefully it will turn up.
Used for the first time to send a parcel a few days ago.
The service was great value but above all, the customer service was exceptional. Special mention to Sally from the management team who personally resolved a delivery query.
I cannot rate this company highly enough and will use them again. DHL and the likes, take note, this company do it better and for quality value.
