An amazing service, and a very good team who know how to treat there customers.

I have only just started purchasing from the patrol store, first thoughts it is. Very clean and efficient service they deliver. As I had a small issue with a pair of boots I had bought, I Phoned in and the service I got was 12/10 I mean, how polite and helpful the People at patrol store were. They immediately dealt with my issue and was resolved within two days of me phoning them, this company clearly puts the customer first which is everything. As most stores don't really pay attention too what their customer actually wants, I highly recommend patrol store for its 5 star quality service and the best customer service I have ever had. Just goes too show some companies, not many do take there customers seriously which is everything too me highly recommend these guys! Make sure you check them out!

Have used Patrol Store many times over a few years, always impressed with fast delivery, just on hiccup recently when I wanted a Janes book, I phoned as couldn't buy online and operative explained Janes gone under so no stock .... that's fine but he could have been slightly more helpful. Apart from that I consider them to be an A1 company to deal with

Iv had a good experience with patrolstore and i will highly recommend them to anyone.
Really pleased with the item I brought from patrolstore and I will use them again.
The delivery was great turned up 2days before I was expecting it and on day of delivery I had text/email and a tracking number so I could follow the delivery progress.

Poor

Bought a pair of Lowa boots, the stitching failed within 3 months. Patrolstore refused a refund claiming warranty only covered a repair. I informed them that as the goods are faulty this is a consumer complaint but they still refused. They did however state that the boots are normally very reliable unlike Magnums which have hundreds returned - interestingly enough they continue to stock Magnum boots despite their self proclaimed negative views of the product.

Lowa boots come with a repair warranty which we would have collected the boots from you or provided a postage paid returns label for no charge and returned them to you.

Magnum boots start from £44.99 where as Lowa boots cost ~£150, this difference in price does reflect a difference in quality, however Magnums do remain an incredibly popular light weight, affordable boot suitable for many users.

Best supplier by a VERY big margin

This is now my 3rd order from Patrol Store. Not always necessarily the cheapest but as with everything, most people dont mind paying a little extra for worthwhile service and each time, i have received exceptional service that is worth paying the extra little bit. When they say next day delivery, they mean next day. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff and top quality products.

The BEST online experience I've ever had

I shop online pretty much every week with a varied customer service experience. And I have to say that this was one of the, if not the best experiences.

I was looking for a boot in which I managed to find in my size but was currently out of stock. Despite this I continued with the order knowing that the boot will be delayed by a week until the stock arrives. TWO days later, my boot arrives before 08:00am!

Extremely happy with the delivery speed and ease of use with patrol store, and I can safely say I will be using them again in the future.

Brilliant!

I received an email from patrol store with some deals on footwear, I had needed new work boots for a while but didnt want to spend £90. The boots I wanted were in the deal so I placed my order approx 6.30 in the morning 12th feb by late morning had emails saying it had been dispatched. The following morning I had a text with delivery time 10.30-11.30 and also an email. Shoes were delivered exactly 10.30 13th feb. I could not fault this service, quick and reasonably priced. I will order again most defiantly.

Excellent value and service

Ordering was simplicity itself and the value for money on the shoes I ordered was outstanding. There was no problem with even the smallest detail, my order was despatched within a day, was able to be tracked and arrived absolutely on time - I even got a message letting me know the time window that it would be delivered in.

Great Service, only fault is cost for sending an item back.

Absolutely can't fault the ease I had communicating with the company, when it cameto exchanging my boots for a bigger size. Charlotte was very helpful. Item was delivered super fast and I love the text messaging service. It doesn't matter if i'm not in. I would tell all my friends and family to use this site. Only problem was, i had pay £7.00 to send my boots back, and this doesn't happen on most websites now. Returns are normally free. This hasn't put me off, I would use this site again in the future.

Lack of information

I ordered the OP. ZULU Z5 TORCH BUNDLE from the patrol store.
It took over a week to arrive, and then the torch didn't work, so I sent it back.
I've just contacted them on the live chat, and Charlotte tells me she dispatched a replacement 30/11/12, which to be fair is the day my return would have arrived, and being a Friday I'm not shocked it hasn't arrived yet (Monday).
My only real complaint is the lack of information on the order. I didn't know when the item was sent, the account went from 'pending' to 'complete', and remained 'complete' even when I sent the torch back (hence my chat this morning). It would be much more helpful to have status messages on the order such as 'awaiting stock', 'part order dispatched', 'order dispatched', 'return received - processing', 'return received - replacement dispatched' etc. 'pending' just suggests 'I'll get round to it whenever' (particularly if it's there for a week), and 'complete' when the item is dispatched is jumping the gun

Wrong item sent twice.

I ordered multi kit bag but they sent me heavy duty bag. Mistakes happen. I had to reorganise my day to wait for a cuirier to collect the wrong item and delivere the right one. I also had to pack the wrong item and filled in a form. After second item was delievered, I found out it was exactlly the same bag that it was sent my mistake in the first place. Later on I was told that they were out of stock so they kept semding me the wrong bag. Now I have to wait for their curier to collect the wrong bag. they are not able to send me a replacement. Good that I'll need this bag next week not this week. I will buy it somewhere else where costumer service is more awake.

Unfortunately both bags were genuine mistakes, it was not our intention to send an alternative deliberately. Where items have been discontinued we will always contact the customer first to discuss alternatives before sending anything.

Looked after me like a friend not a company.

Wow, not some work boots from that website patrol store, really good site for us officers, great price and service, but they became faulty!! Just as I thought I'd be spending more money on my work boots the great service didn't stop. They have arranged a carrier to collect my old boots and deliver my replacement on the same day FREE!!!

bad customer relations !!!

the item i ordered had " vanished " from the store room and had to ring the company several times along with emails to see when they would be delivered....all promises of contacting me over a 2 week period were broken and still dont know when they will be sent !!!......will NOT be using them again and would rather pay the extra for my items from a company with good customer relations !!!!

I am sorry you were disappointed with our service, unfortunately stock errors do happen from time to time. Our records show two attempts to contact you on the landline number you provided on the date of order, but were were unable to reach you and had to leave voice mails. Order tracking shows the goods delivered they day after this review.
