Excellent product, excellent service
I bought pint size glass tankards and had them engraved for the ushers at my wedding. The website is very easy to use and very easy to input what you would like engraved onto the product. They arrived within a week and are of a very high standard, beautifully engraved and came in a very nice presentation box. Will definately use the website again for future gifts. Thank you.

Brilliant Service
I ordered a pair of Brandy glasses as a retirement gift for a very dear friend. The website asked me for the date that I needed them for and they were delivered 1 week earlier than I requested which was first class service. The product was of very high standard and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Personalised Gifts Engraved to anyone. Excellent service all round. Thank you for a very good product and prompt delivery.

Not overly impressed
As I brought this product as a wedding present I was very disappointed when it arrived. The photo album was four days over the 5 day delivery date and when it arrived the album had black dirty marks over it, the corners were bent, the spine was creased and the pages inside were folded over. I was also disappointed by the engraving of the names as it was small and barely readable. Plus the gift bag was creased and dirty.
Overall, not very happy especially for the price I paid.

Fantastic will be telling all my colleagues and friends about your company.
I was looking for a tankard and having gone into a few websites and was not happy I came across this one by chance.
I needed a tankard with engraving at short notice and I was happy to see that this company could provide this service. The web pages were easy to navigate around and before I knew it I had already placed my order. The tankard was engraves and delivered to me within days and I was extremely pleased when I saw how professional it looked.

Excellent fast service
I found the on line ordering very easy to follow,and the choice of gifts very good. the engraving was superb and the delivery was quick even though I only took the standard option. When I called to see how the order was progressing the operator was very helpful. I will definitly use this company again.

Not fantastic
Engraving on the box was ok, slightly slanted though and the quality of the 'keepsake box' was poor. Not what I expected for over twenty pounds. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Efficient but I had to enquire as the whereabout of part of my order - all sorted very quickly though
I got what i ordered in good time but when i received the parcel only 2 out of the 3 items i'd ordered were there. There was no covering letter or invoice. Literally just a jiffy bag with two boxes. I emailed the next day to explain this and ask if there was a problem with the third item and got a response very quickly apologising and explaining that it was a mistake and the remaining item would be sent out. It arrived a couple of days later and the invoice was attached this time. I would shop with them again as even though there was an error, there was no difficulty in sorting it. The only other thing which bothered me a little as there was no "we have dispatched your item" email so I wasn't sure when to expect it.

Fantastic service, second to none on customer care
A brilliant customer service with true desire to assist in creating the perfect gift. The experience was amazing and as I had unusual circumstances needing my order asap, I felt like my order really mattered. Felt like a personal, family, caring business aspiring to give the highest quality and care. Hate to end on a negative but there is only one, and that was the cost for postage and packing, I felt it was a little high, understandable with the delicate goods being transported but still a little steep.

Quick, efficient, good communication and great quality

I was very pleased with the good packaging of the item and it was a pleasant surprise to receive a gift bag also. The tankard was of very good quality, heavy and sturdy, but smooth edges. Husband said his beer tasted very nice out of it!

Beautiful looking product
My gift went down really well. I bought a bottle of white wine with peronalised label for a 50th Birthday present and in the gift box too. Delivery was in reasonable time and packaging sufficient. I would definatley purchase from here again, it was a great gift.

very unproffessional and organized
from having ordered hip flasks and necklace from this company, and receiving them all at diffrent times as a whole this company are highly unproffessional and relied on "suppliers" to dispatch customers order, my advice to future customers are to stay clear of this novice company as there 7 days delivery is also a farce

Fantastic
I am really pleased with the tankard I ordered for my husband's 60th birthday.
I requested delivery for the 18th May and it arrived before that date,
It was boxed in a nice blue satin lined box and engraved with my wording. He is over the moon with it and I would definitely use this service again.

Great service, I ordered this late for a birthday present but it was delivered with time to spare!!!
What a great 70th birthday present for a retired sailor, a lovely hip flask with a picture of a boat on the front and engraved with my own words on the back, it was well received! I didn't order it with lots of time to spare (only a few days) but it arrived by the day I needed it as requested. Great service, great present, would order from them again.

Brilliant service
I thought the service you gave me was just brilliant. I ordered 1/2 pint tankards on a Tuesday and they were delivered on Friday and though I haven't seen them myself I am told that they were very nice and beautifully packaged.

Poor service broken promises and late delivery
I used this service as they were reasonablty priced and offered logo engravment. The site was easy to use but the problem started after the order was made.
The engravers had issues engraving the logo which I had sent to them - was I contacted regarding the issue no I was not. Instead they wait almost 2 weeks to complete a rather simple task meaning that my great grandads 100th birthday present will not be here for his 100th birthday on may 13th. made worse by the fact that after contacting them regarding this issue I was promised its arrival on the 12th may which was not met. Not only will he be thoroughly dissapointed but it reflects badly on me making me look unorganised and un caring.
So a big thankyou for all your help, I can safely say I will never re use this service.

Speedy, hassle-free and efficient service
I ordered some engraved whisky glasses requiring both text and a logo for a gift with a week's turn around required. These were delivered several days before in a pleasant presentation box - though the engraving could have been a tad better (?) the logo was well cut into the glasses and very clear. A good job all round.

BRILLANT!!
They worked hard to give me what I was after I wanted coats of arms done on 2 glasses yet I had trouble finding a clear image for each item, yet they kept trying to help and even looked themselves.
Clear and quick with email responses and once achieved the final product arrived quickly and was just what I wanted and I am really please with them.
Recommend to any one and the prices are fab, compared to engraving in the passed on the high street. Many thanks. Brilliant!

Good quality and good value
I had no problems with the buying process, either on the website or on the telephone. The pewter tankard is handsome and satisfactorily heavy, and attractively presented in its box. My only reservation is that the engraving is light and doesn't stand out well, but at the price that's not too surprising and it may improve with age. Altogether I'm very satisfied.

Disappointed
I was really looking forward to the engraved pendant and chain I had purchased for my sisters 21st birthday, however I was sadly disappointed. Though I cannot argue that the gift was a very reasonable price, the promise of the fine quality engraving was not met. The engraving is barely visible, requiring you to squint to see if it is actually there. I had on first glance assumed it was not engraved at all.
Thankfully, as it was a reasonably low price I will pass on the gift and hope my sister appreciates the thought rather than the end product.
