Tape does the job, delivery company bit rubbish
The tape does what I want, but I knew it would before I ordered. Delivery was not great - I paid for the signed for delivery by accident, entirely my fault. I wasn't in when was delivered so got it redelivered to my place of work, where reception is manned from 8 until 6. It was not delivered to work, no card was left. I emailed customer services to complain and they told me to contact the courier company to arrange a redelivery. The first delivery was really quick, but to redeliver is a 2 day wait and then by the time I had arranged the third delivery it was well over a week.from placing my order. Bit of a fiasco, initially my fault but overall not the.best service

Having tried several physios and had an arthroscopy on my knee I have been very disappointed that I still had a lot of pain and stiffness to put up with.
I am still able to do country walks and go to the gym as long as I can take the pain so do not yet qualify for a knee replacement.
A knee support seemed a possible help although I was not too hopeful as I have lost a lot of cartilage and was not sure if it would be effective.
I must say that I have found real improvement since I have started using the Physioroom support. I definitely get less for the first few hours and it is only later in the day that the pain returns.
I dont think it is a cure but there is definite pain relief.

Great padded goalkeeper shorts
Re: Padded hDc Goalkeeper Short (Guard) Large. Just wanted to say how impressed my son (an academy goalkeeper) has been with the above shorts. He uses them several times a week. They provide really good cushioning when diving, they wash well and after 6 months use they still look like new! Will definitely buy again and no hesitation in recommending them to other goalkeepers. A shoulder to lean on!
I came off my motorcycle & fell heavily on my right shoulder, sustaining a fractured clavicle. Internet search did not give a particularly optimistic prognosis, until I came across the PhisioRoom website. They have a clavicle brace which promised significantly better support than a conventional sling. Delivery was faster than a fast thing going fast & I found immediate relief and comfort compared with the sling. I wore it day & night for 14 days & now after 19 days am wearing it only at night. The fracture clinic says another 3-4 weeks for complete healing, but in the meantime I am now doing light exercise of the arm. I am 68 years old & have been taking a vitamin K complex supplement as well as eating calcium rich foods. One tip, slide some tubigrip over the arm straps to avoid underarm chafing.

Easy to find item required and very efficient delivery.
When you want something small it is annoying to have p&p which doubles the price of the item. What we got was a good price on both and it was delivered the next day. Excellent !

Great Service
Great service no problems with goods and very quick delivery. The only gripe is they never offer discounts for returning customers which i feel would be a nice touch for customer loyalty especially if you are spending a couple of hundred pounds a year.

Good products, rubbish courier.
I have no problem with the products but your courier lets you down and they are so inflexible and intransigent that I would not order anything from you again.
Do I really need to sign for £20's worth of goods that can be left in a safe place?
Why, when other couriers ring when they are on the way or give you a 2 hr time slot do I have to wait in for 8 hours?
Get a decent courier or even better use the royal mail! It's always easy to pick up a parcel from a local post office (rather than driving 50 miles to their collection point)

Fast delivery and good choice.
The 3/4 length insoles I bought are just what I needed and have made shoes easier to walk in. I only needed one insole so I'm not sure if they could ever be bought singly . The only advice I might give is that they are not needed for hill boots such as Scarpa as they already have support. I would advise anyone who has foot pain around the arch to get it checked out as insoles might be what you need.

Why doesn't the NHS use these?

Terrible delivery disaster that included the company lying to me, I definitely won't be using the company again as I was disgusted. To cut a long story short, the company did give me my money back but they need to sort out delivery! I ended up getting a product from another company that heard out my story and sent it out special delivery! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
