Wow - What A Ride !!!

I love my new dildo its almost like the real thing, its size is realistic and god it feels nice when its lubed. The only bad thing is the chemical smell but I'm hoping it will fade in time. Otherwise, I reckon my ex husband might never be replaced.....

Package delivered ripped open .... Postman knew exactly what I had purchased

Well I ordered a few goodies for myself and they were delivered really quick. Only problem was my parcel was ripped open so someone had been looking inside. The parcel was not secure just very flimsy packaging. Considering there was nearly £50.00 worth of good in it I was really annoyed. Also I one of the items I ordered does not work how it should do so it was a total waste of money.

Will I buy from them again... no, definitely not.

I've always been a little afraid of buying online but after calling the company (regarding a size of a product) I was very reassured. Initially I bought a small low cost item to relieve my fears and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order the day after. I've since used the same company a few times and the service is top notch. I'd highly recommend this company.

Ordered the goods at night and received an email with tracking number the following morning, followed by delivery the same afternoon.....brilliant service and one of the best value for money sites we have came across.

Simply put there is alot of products to choose from a great selection, I have infact already recommended this site to people, I also like how they take Paypal, that is what I use most of the time to pay for stuff anyway, so I ordered what I wanted and was able to login to check the status of the order, great, I also receieved an email when the order was processed with my tracking number for next day delivery which was great to have, and of course it did arrive next day, the whole experience was smooth and really transparent, no hassle at all. awful vibrator but brill customer service!

Bought a vibrator for £7.99, when we received it it was unbelievabley loud that we just could not use it...and lets just say.... it ruined our night!! :( However i did get a full refund once i cleaned the toy and returned it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ prob not the best thing to suggest a customer to do but hey!

Thank you for the review.

I am sorry the item you ordered wasn't up to the quality you should expect,but I am glad our customer service department dealt with it properly.

I thought there is something I should clear up to ensure there is no misunderstandng.

When we ask customers to clean an item up for returning it is simply so that when we receive it back, our staff can quickly process and check it. Once that is done it is put aside to be returned to our supplier. If we have to give an item a thorough clean before we test it then this can delay things.

A bit disappointing but very cheap !

When buying this it arrived within 2 days which was really good ! It came with batteries included and 3 types of lube.
However the product is too hard and a little uncomfortable. But for the price i suppose its a good buy.
Dont get me wrong i still manged to enjoy it a little ;)
I will definatly return to Purple Pleasures again though :)

I was searching for a product on the net when i came across purple pleasures offering what i wanted at a price which was too good to miss, i placed my order which was very straigh forward and was amazed when it turned up 2 day later.

Well designed, next day delivery.

Easy to use, nice feel offering loads of levels and different pulses. Only fault is lack of instructions for changing batteries and removing bullet.

fantastic service

i ordered some lingerie for a weekend with my partner, i ordered it fairly late and did not expect it to arrive on time, but i was amazed and so delighted that it arrived 2 days after ordering, hence to say we had a great weekend, but i would definitely be ordering more from purple pleasure and so much to choose from, prices are fantastic compared to other websites or stores, im a very pleased customer and so is my partner ,,,,,,

They got it wrong

The product was illustrated with the wrong picture on the web site which was of course a bit misleading. The product however was as described and was recieved without delay. After my order I noticed the product was removed from the site so the seller must have realised the error. It would not put me off using the company again.
