I have purchased a back to the wall pan and a seat from QS. The first pan was damaged and it took a few strongly worded emails for them to agree to take it back without me having to pay for the courier. I had to pay for the 2nd and when they got the 1st one back would they give me a refund. The seat has now fallen apart (not QS's fault, under warranty) but in order to get a replacement I have to pay for a new one and then wait for the box, put the damaged one in the box to send it back and only when they receive it will I get a refund. The 2nd seat has now arrived and is damaged (you would have thought they checked things before sending out). You cannot speak to anyone on the phone once the sale as gone through, only emails. I would not buy from them in the future and would warn anyone to be wary.

I ordered a full bathroom set, about 1400 pounds worth. I wasn't drawn by price it was just that they had the toilet I wanted and an excellent website and selection so I ordered the rest of the stuff. I normally review a company first but I was directed to QS as a supplier for the specific Saniflo I wanted. Afterwards I started to look at some terrible reviews for QS and became worried but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I think a lot of the bad reviews are based on people's too high expectations on how bricks and mortar retailers have to work. I worked in retail management myself and I think a lot of customers are so used to an Amazon experience to not appreciate the logistics of brick stores. Think about it: if a store advertises thousands of products (lets say baths as an example) they would need tens of thousands of sq. feet just to store the baths. If someone books a plumber based on placing an on-line order that's just foolish. It's not a book; it's a bathroom. Your expectations of your supplier having everything in stock just in case someone might order it is ridiculous plus they do tell you not to do this in their T&C and FAQs. I had a look at QS's showrooms on Google streetview and was satisfied that this was a decent sized company to handle my order. Also bad reviews are easy to come by. People are rarely moved to do a good review but will scream from the rooftops if they get bad service so I took all the negative reviews with a pinch of salt knowing from experience customer's expectations.
Pros: Products were delivered in immaculate condition. Exactly as specified. Five stars.
Delivery service was excellent. Phoned in advance. Driver waited for me to check all the goods and were courteous and professional.Five stars.
I got an email from QS to tell me how to check the goods and the procedure to follow if anything was damaged or missing. Five stars.
Email service was excellent. QS responded to every email to update me even telling me that my bath would take a few more weeks. Four stars as I did have to email them to ask where my goods were after two weeks but no big deal. B&Q don't tell you anything either.
Cons: As others have stated telephone service is non-existent. I rang once for an update of my order and that was not helpful or of any use but I always consider that no company has good telephone service nowadays so nothing I wouldn't expect. That's the only reason they don't get five stars. Email service was good.
Overall: Perfect goods and to be frank the best quality goods of this type I've ever had and excellent delivery service from Translink. Informed of delivery and returns procedure well in advance. Website probably the best I've used for my homebuild. I just wish there weren't so many poor reviews for this company. Bathrooms can be a nightmare but QS delivered. As I said I didn't buy on price so I don't know how they compare but others have said they are very competitive. Only thing that lets them down was the phone-call I made.
I ordered a replacement Triton shower and found this site to be the cheapest, ordering was easy and the delivery was excellent it arrived when they said it would, I would highly recommend
UPDATE: I have now been contacted by QS Supplies' manager who has very evidently taken my comments extremely seriously and is taking immediate action on the matter. I have no doubt that I will now get fast delivery and that internal issues will be addressed. That's what real customer service is - thank you.
Original comment: Having ordered an expensive toilet seat based on supposed stock position, I enquired by email its status a few days later. I was informed of it had been despatched for delivery the day after a bank holiday. I stayed in. Two days on nothing, so I phoned. The person's customer interface was at best uninterested and downright short, and included not my problem, don't know anything about this, it was despatched yesterday and will arrive today. So why was I told a different story last week? Know nothing about this. How will it be delivered - a courier and they'll send me the tracking information later today (on the supposed day of delivery). Can you send it now - no not my department. He kept on interrupting me. I eventually lost my cool. These guys need to learn what customer service is, how to treat a customer, how not to tell fibs and how to take responsibility. Customers respond well to being told the truth and of issues with orders. Websites should declare reality not hoped for stock levels. I'm sorry to say pathetic service. BUYER BEWARE.
Very poor service with very poor customer service, I believe they took my money with no intention of supplying the product and now five weeks from the original order I am now chasing a refund and the only response I get is they can hold my money for 30 days after the order was cancelled. This company have made several promises regarding my order to simply fob me off their customer service is non existent. I have used another supplier who supplied and delivered the product within two working days, One Stop Bathrooms so I would recommend you use them instead. QS Supplies are the worst on line supplier I have ever used.
Hunted for a tap online, this place came up cheapest, it was in stock and it came as soon as I expected. Well packed and just as described. Everything as it should be.
Our goods were delivered by an excellent delivery service. I unfortunately did not like the basin I had ordered. QS Supplies were helpful and the process of changing the basin was easy and uncomplicated. I have to say this was all made possible by the wonderful service of Dev. He was very efficient and not put off by all the calls I made! Very kind and courteous. We will be dealing with QS Supplies again and asking for Dev.
I have used QS Supplies in the past and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again in the future. The goods arrived promptly, at a convenient time, and were extremely well packaged and protected.

After searching for a towel radiator, we finally placed and paid for one from QS Supplies back on 6th April. We are still waiting for delivery following numerous emails and the promise of delivery last Wednesday or Thursday and a telephone conversation with a young man who obviously didn't really care how I felt about the delay in receiving my goods. I have lost two days from work to be home for this delivery which should have been completed during my holiday period at the beginning of the month. The customer service person I spoke with told me the item was expected back in stock last Friday and would be shipped today to arrive with us tomorrow. On checking the QS website, this has obviously not been completed as there is no tracking information available. I have now given up and emailed them requesting a full refund without delay.
This company appear to let people down on a regular basis. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order and saved a lot of heartache and stress.
Perhaps some customer care training would help but, to be honest, I think this company are too far gone to be helped.
The Deva Metropolis Mono Sink Mixer Tap was very good quality; so much so that it impressed our plumber who fitted it.It is now working superbly well and is exactly what we wanted.
We were suprised and impressed by the very quick delivery and good packaging.

I found the service very quick no hassle and just what I wanted at a price that was cheaper than anywhere else.
I came across QS supplies as I browsed the net for a new shower tray. I only knew of the big named companies and was a little skeptical when it came to smaller unknown companies offfering the same products at a fraction of the price. Instead of placing my order directly online I thought id call there order line to see if i could determine how Kosher they actually were and to be honest after 2 minutes on the phone with them I was confident enough buying from them solely because of the vast knowledge they had regarding all the different products. To cut a long story short the tray arrived perfectly in time only issue was i'd taken the wrong measurements so the tray was too big. A quick call back to themand i was advised of the returns procedure and had the item returned and replaced within 4 days. I'd reccomend to all.
Following the delivery of only one item and no delivery note or explanation I was a little concerned. However my call to the company was answered promptly, a helpful chap took control of my order. He called me back as he said he would and kept me updated on the outstanding items. I have now received all the items ordered. Overall a fantastic service even if I did have concerns to start with.
I received my delivery on time, which was in perfect condition and no faults were found. I also received a text message from the currier which was fantastic seen as I work and I would have not been able to receive it. The sales team were fantastic by guiding me through what to buy and showed me what items were best for me.

I purchase a shower tray, not cheap at £148.60
The waste that came with it did not work properly as the centre part did not reach below the water level therefore allowing foul odours to escape from the soil pipe.
Qs claim that they have never had these problems and reluctantly gave me the manufactures number who immediately knew that the wrong part had been supplied and told me what to ask QS to do. This involved them getting a customer support form and requesting a cup insert instead of a basket. I got back on to QS who insisted I send an email. They replied “they did not understand”. Second email I had to explain in great length. They then requested a photograph. So I rang them again to tell them that they have all the information they needed to request the correct parts and that the company know what the problem is. Yes you guessed it, they asked for another email.
They fob you off refusing to resolve the issue and in the mean time I have a shower tray that’s useless. I would not advise anybody to use this company.
Everything, from the ordering process during which the sales rep (Mo) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, to the delivery which was organised in a convenient and timely manner, was superb.
The quality and range of products is also far better than anything else I could find on the internet and having scoured many other sites, I could not find better prices.

Ordered my shower on Sunday evening, e mail confirmation later that evening. Monday morning received text to say item was despatched and due for delivery Tuesday. Text received Tuesday morning to say delivery would be between 10.36 and 11.36...... At 10.33 the doorbell went !! Fantastic service and great communication. Oh yes the shower is great too !
I am impressed with the service from the initial phonecall to buy the shower unit to it being delivered to my door the next day. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.
I bought 11 radiators from QS. I live nearly 200 miles from their showroom. I can't believe that without even seeing the customer, I received excellent service. The number of quotations I asked for was spot on every time I called. They listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly for the best solution with the budget in mind. They beat competitors locally and also provided free delivery. Would definatley buy from QS again

A few calls to enquire about certain items and the customer service was outstanding! in fact i also received a courtesy call to come and pay a visit to the showroom which i've got to mention is in a class of its own!
Anyway, went ahead with it and picked out items to complete my luxurious bathroom and delivery times were way better than expected… i don't think i've seen my wife so happy in years so obviously earnt myself a few brownie points there :)
All in all, honestly speaking, i couldn't have asked for anything more! A well established and reputable company and the best in the market for many many reasons!!!

I ordered and paid for this toilet on line, it was delivered within two days, the transaction was very easy and the goods excellent, I really would recommend this company.
I ordered a bristan shower from QS Supplies LTD, It was the cheapest on the internet.
It was delivered next day, less than 24 hours between ordering and delivering.
The chap who took my order was as polite and efficient as you would wish for, I would recommend QS Supplies LTD to all.

Bought a matching set of taps. Bidet tap looked as if it had been repackaged-did not match the other taps and was damaged. They asked for set of photos-sent them straight away. No response to photos after 1 week so contacted them again and they said just return all taps for refund! Then they booked collection for a day I told them was unsuitable and asked me to contact interlink to sort it out.
Companies like this give on line retail a bad name.

I left a harsh review on this company over a week ago and it appears I do have to eat my words! They have stayed in touch regarding the refund process and have been nothing short but a delight to communicate with. The refund, as promised has been paid in full back into my bank account. As there has been a swift process I would buy from them again.
